I am not worried. Judge Walton is an American patriot and believes in the rule of law, justice and the American way.

Can I say it again?

Libby is one idiot attorney and WH employee.. Still playing the graymail crapola?? Doesn't baby cojones comprehend that the Oliver North playbook is getting really old??? Man, he is really putting National Security at risk in his dead horse case. All of this dog and pony show is not working in the smurf's favor. He will certainly cause all 12 jurors to ask for Advil from his confusing defense.. I'll say again. Baby cojones should have plea bargained with the rugby man prosecutor. What a shame that he is going to prison. This is an easy Vegas money bet!

I'm glad you are not worried, but I was when reading that article...I thought you were dropping us a not-so-happy hint...Is Judge Reggie going to rule soon or has he already ruled on the classified info this week...

Will we be able to read the documents at the Office of Special Council website soon?

Go get 'em Fizie...I'm praying for you, your team, the truth, the American people, and I've even got my fingers and toes crossed...

I can't wait for this trial to get started...I will be FedEx-ing Krispy Kremes to your office so you can keep your strength up!

"Lewis Libby had **prior** knowledge of 9-11 attacks..."

Roger;

I am aware of that. I knew that some time ago but the MSM are not focusing on that. There was an article in Vanity Fair some time ago. Fitz will get the smurf on his charges but little Irve is not off the hook with his ties to the 9/11 and his part in the Iraq propaganda. That is another investigation. And former WH employee Andrew Card is not off the hook either..

Uh oh, another shoe just dropped...

ASHINGTON (Reuters) - An aide to top White House political adviser Karl Rove resigned in the fallout over a congressional report showing many White House contacts with ex-lobbyist Jack Abramoff, a spokeswoman said on Friday.

Last week's report by the U.S. House of Representatives Government Reform Committee said Rove aide Susan Ralston had passed inside White House information to superlobbyist Abramoff while she was also accepting his tickets to nine sports and entertainment events.

Hmmm..

From the LA Times:

WASHINGTON — At the Republican National Convention in 2000, Rep. Mark Foley hosted a late-night bash at a Philadelphia gay bar, where an acquaintance snapped a photo of an attractive young intern sitting on the Florida congressman's lap.

Months later, according to the acquaintance, when she offered to send him the photo, Foley looked anxious.

The intern, "male or female?" he inquired.

"Female" was the reply.

"Oh, thank God," Foley responded. "Send me that photo, I might need it someday."

For most Republicans, being photographed in a compromising position with a young woman could be scandalous. But in the sometimes strained world of gay Republicans, it was an asset.

Basically, a good coverup for Foley to hide who he really is. If anyone asked him about his sexuality, he just simply flip the photo of the girl to cover his tracks.. Nice try, Foley... Busted!

Fitz I read the article now it seems Libby might be giving to much information. As there are other cases pending and future charges Libby's defense might give evidence to help convict other criminals. Look it's a simple matter of why didn't Libby just say I can't remember. A lie is a lie. To make the jury hear all the ins and outs of why we invaded Iraq isn't going to change the fact that Libby lied rather then just say I can't remember.

At some point, could Judge Walton throw out much of the clutter as an attempt to harm or obstruct the case?
