Who Didn't Foley Hit On..?

might be an easier path to take...

Three More Former Pages Accuse Foley
of Online Sexual Hanky Spanky

"I was seventeen years old and just returned to [my home state] when Foley began to e-mail me, asking if I had ever seen my page roommates naked and how big their penises were," said the page in the 2002 class.

The former page also said Foley told him that if he happened to be in Washington, D.C., he could stay at Foley's home if he "would engage in oral sex" with Foley.

And here is statementon CNN from a Lousiana family of one of the Foley’s victims.

The full text of the family's statement:

We wish to remain anonymous in an effort to prevent any further harm to our family.
There has been much media inquiry regarding our son and his time as a house page. Although our son bravely came forward with information regarding Congressman Foley, his experience as a House page was not marred by the kind of wrongdoing that appears to have occurred with respect to other House pages and Congressman Foley.
In fact, we are pleased that he had the opportunity to serve as a page in the U.S. House of Representatives and if given the opportunity, he would serve as a page again.
We would like to express our support for our congressman, Rodney Alexander, whose office sponsored our son's position as a House page. As far as we know, Congressman Alexander's conduct in this matter has been beyond reproach. He has tried his best to do what we have asked him to do from the very beginning: Namely, to protect the privacy of our son and family from the intense media scrutiny we are now having to endure.
In the fall of 2005, as soon as Congressman Alexander became aware of the e-mails received by our son, he called us. He explained that his office had been made aware of these e-mails by our son and that while he thought the e-mails were overly friendly, he did not think, nor did we think, that they were offensive enough to warrant an investigation.
Rather, we asked him to see that Congressman Foley stop e-mailing or contacting our son and to otherwise drop the matter in order to avoid a media frenzy. He did so. If we had any other knowledge or evidence of potential impropriety, we would have asked for the matter to be treated differently. For instance, we were not aware of the instant messages that have come to light in the past few days.
These instant messages, which have only recently surfaced as a result of the news of the ambiguous e-mails received by our son, are separate matters.
As a young man with integrity who had the courage to question the intention of the e-mails, we respect and honor our son as a hero. Despite his courageous actions, he is becoming a victim due to the harassment by some of the media. Please honor our request that we be left alone. There is nothing more that we can contribute to this ongoing matter. He is not the story, and we feel this intense media scrutiny could endanger our son and family.
We have no intention of discussing this further. Thank you.

"Yesterday Rep. Roy Blunt (R-MO) criticized Speaker Hastert for not having done more when he found out about solicitous emails that Foley had sent a page. Today he's back-tracking, calling Hastert "an effective leader of unquestioned integrity."

Full statement below the jump...

"The Speaker has led the House and has helped lead the country wisely and well. He is an effective leader of unquestioned integrity, and his statement today is proof of his commitment to protecting those who serve in the House Page Program.

"Mark Foley's actions were despicable, and he deceived us all. I know that if the Speaker had known what we know now about Foley's disgusting activities, he would have personally moved to have Foley expelled from the House of Representatives.

"We all now realize that this terrible situation could have been handled differently. We are all upset; we are all horrified; but we all stand together with our Speaker.

"Those who are trying to create the appearance of disunity between myself and the Speaker should know: There is not, and has not been, any daylight between the Speaker and me.""

It just seems you know, another case of deflect and misdirect.

He seems to like Hastert alot now all of a sudden.

Let's see in Nov how the Republican voters feel about having perverts represent them in Washington. Libby will plead guilty after Nov. as this friends will have no power to black mail anyone. No, it's not worthwhile now.

TIME poll: Sex scandal has hurt GOP election chances
by John in DC - 10/05/2006 06:24:00 PM

Two-thirds of Americans aware of the congressional-page sex scandal believe Republican leaders tried to cover it up — and one quarter of them say the affair makes them less likely to vote for G.O.P. candidates in their districts come November....

The poll suggests the Foley affair may have dented Republican hopes of retaining control of Congress in November. Among the registered voters who were polled, 54% said they would be more likely to vote for the Democratic candidate for Congress, compared with 39% who favored the Republican — a margin that has jumped by 11 points from a similar poll conducted in June....

Almost 80% of respondents were aware of the scandal, and only 16% approve of the Republicans' handling of it....

Only 38% of respondents in the TIME poll now support President Bush's decision to invade Iraq, down from 42% three months ago.

Almost two-thirds (65%) of respondents disapprove of President Bush's handling of the war, while 54% believe he "deliberately misled" Americans in making his case for war — a figure that has increased by 6 points over the past year.

President Bush's overall approval rating, according to TIME's poll, now stands at just 36%, down from 38% in August.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Former Rep. Mark Foley refusal to identify the clergyman he says molested him as a boy is reckless and could put other children at risk, say victims' advocates and a former priest who knows the ex-congressman.

And of course, That was made up story by Foley about his clergyman. But, those victims have a point. Since Foley has claimed that he was raped by his priest, that priest can attack more victims. But, since Foley lied to cover his real problem, being a pervert, I am glad that victims made that important point.

"Hastert's 'Tin-Foil' excuse!"

Hey, GEF:

Thanks for pointing that out to me. Hmmm..

In an August 2004 appearance on Chris Wallace's FOX News Sunday, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Dennis Hastert (Republican), stated, "We don't know where George Soros's money comes from. We don't know where it comes from, from the left, and you don't know where it comes in the right. You know, Soros's money, some of that is coming from overseas. It could be drug money. We don't know where it comes from." Soros responded to Hastert by saying, "by smearing me with false charges and mischaracterizations you are attempting to stifle critical debate and intimidate those who believe this administration is leading the country in a ruinous direction. Now that I have called you on your false accusation, you are using additional smear tactics." [11] Soros filed an official complaint with the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct. Soros claimed that Hastert's comments "strongly suggests a deliberate effort to use smear tactics, intimidation and falsehoods to silence criticism."
In 2006, Hastert criticized Soros again, this time in regards to the controversy over whether or not Hastert should have acted on information regarding Rep. Mark Foley: "The people who want to see this thing blow up are ABC News and a lot of Democratic operatives, people funded by George Soros.

Incidentally, Harken Energy, a firm partly owned by Soros, did business with George W. Bush in 1986 by buying his oil company

The Gerbil has business deals with Harken Energy which is owned by Soros..

7:06 PM
Blogger Roger Rancourt said...

GEF its obvious the whole scam.

Gerbil is connected to Soros and Hastert constantly attacks Soros so he's really attacking Gerbil. Hastert knows its cooked and his ass is grass so he's throwing them all under the bus.

But then Gerbil claims he never knew Soros yet Soros bought up Harken energy. Smackaroo because we know about all those lies now.

"Gerbil" claims then go up in smoke and we find out George Soros and the Gerbil are the only ones exchanging favors!!!!

Prosecution time betty.

7:09 PM
Blogger Special Prosecutor Biloxi said...

This is little tidbit of the Harken Energy scandal:

According to SEC documents, investigators concluded that neither Bush nor the rest of the company's hierarchy were aware of the magnitude of the loss at the time Bush sold his stock. The investigation was criticized on several grounds, including the fact that the subject of the inquiry, Bush, was never interviewed by the SEC.
A pertinent point here is that the SEC Commissioner had been appointed by President George H. W. Bush Sr., and its counsel had worked for Bush Jr. negotiating the purchase of the Texas Rangers.
On Oct. 18, 1993, an SEC memo declared the investigation has been terminated as to the conduct of Mr. Bush, and that, at this time, no enforcement action is contemplated with respect to him. The letter also stated that the investigation's termination must in no way be construed as indicating that the party has been exonerated or that no action may ultimately result from the investigation.

Sound a rise of an Enron scandal. And notice that the Gerbil was never intervewed by the SEC! All about the benjamins!

7:12 PM
Blogger Roger Rancourt said...

And Gerbil was never interviewed under oath for any of the 9-11 commissions. You can count them all on one hand SPB and they're all in on it together!

So tear down one, the whole enchilada unravels!!!!!!

With full fledged subpoenas we'll get to the bottom of every nook and cranny and find out what else Louis Freeh and the neocons had done.

Think about that.....

So lets prosecute virtually everyone in this just like it was the Tom Delay scandal....

Tracy Henke resigns from Department of Homeland "Security"

"October 5, 2006 -- Tracy Henke, who President Bush recess-appointed to the post of Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Grants and Training, is resigning. Henke became infamous for cutting homeland security funds for New York City and Washington, DC while seeing to it that her native Missouri and Dick Cheney's Wyoming received more than their share of homeland security money. Henke's dishing out of huge grant and training money to Missouri at the expense of more vulnerable locations like New York City, New Jersey, and Washington, DC irritated some Homeland Security Department officials. The word is that many career officials in the department are happy to see Henke go.

Ironically, Henke, while a Deputy Associate Attorney General in the Justice Department, testified on June 9, 2005 before the House Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security on "Protecting Our Nation's Children From Sexual Predators and Violent Criminals.""

""The Speaker reached out to Democrat Leader Pelosi and shared with her that Louis Freeh would be a great choice to strengthen the security of the House Page program," said a top House GOP leadership aide. "Pelosi rejected the idea because she wanted the focus [sic] attention on the investigation."

Pelosi’s staff did not immediately return a request for comment.

The Democratic leader may have balked at Freeh having an investigative role in the scandal because many Democrats view him as a Republican ally.
Freeh’s 2005 book, "My FBI: Bringing Down the Mafia, Investigating Bill Clinton, and Fighting the War on Terror," was severely critical of Clinton.

Former Clinton aide Sidney Blumenthal once called Freeh "bar-none Clinton’s worst appointment."

In the last four years, Freeh has given thousands of dollars in political contributions to Republicans and nothing to Democrats. He gave $4,000 to two Bush-Cheney '04 fundraising committees and $1,500 to the National Republican Congressional Committee, according to PoliticalMoneyLine.com, a website that tracks fundraising."

Louis Freeh tossed off the case....

OK boys and girls now if you want to see pathetic, just witness this in New Jersey!

" "I was having a couple of beers with my staff when she approached us and noticed my pin and began to ask about it. In a conversation that lasted fewer than five minutes, I had taken off my pin to show it to her. She then took the pin and walked away, and wouldn't give it back until the police were called. Any other sensational stories about this are outrageous and false."

Mezoe said the incident began around 1 a.m. as she strolled past Ferguson, who was leaning against the bar on the second floor. She said Ferguson, a Georgetown alum, grabbed her by the arm and pulled her toward him, introducing himself as a member of Congress. He pulled out his congressional ID card, she said, and pointed to his pin. "That's special," she said sarcastically. "Yes, it is special," he replied earnestly, she said.

"He came across as very arrogant, as though he was invincible," Mezoe said. "He appeared older, slightly balding, not someone I wanted to talk to. . . . It was very obvious I was a student and not someone to sit down and talk politics with over a late-night drink. I don't think he was interested in my political views."

Mezoe told us that as last call was announced, Ferguson gave her the pin – which she attached to her shirt. When she declined Ferguson's offer to "come back" for a drink, Mezoe continued, Ferguson demanded his pin back. According to Mezoe and other witnesses, she refused to return it unless he apologized, and walked away.

A Ferguson staffer tried to change her mind. "This guy in a suit came up and said, 'I'm sorry, it's my fault. I brought him here and got him drunk, and that's why he's behaving like this.' He asked for the pin and started stroking my hand. I told him, 'If you think you're helping the situation, you are sadly mistaken.' "

Then, Mezoe added, a young jeans-wearing woman, who seemed to be with Ferguson's group, approached and tried to remove the pin by force, grabbing at her chest. The attempt was unsuccessful. Finally, Mezoe said, she was granted a brief audience with the congressman as his aides stood close by. "What is your perspective on what happened here?" she asked. "You stole my pin and you won't give it back," he answered. To which Mezoe replied: "How old are your children, Congressman Ferguson?"

Mezoe said the staffers immediately interposed themselves between her and their boss. "You have offended the congressman," one informed her, she said.

Ferguson's chief of staff yesterday insisted that no such words were ever uttered, that no hand-stroking occurred, and that no young woman with the congressman's party ever approached Mezoe and grabbed at her.

But everyone agrees that Mezoe stood her ground, even after manager Dave Nelson offered her a $50 gift certificate to return the pin. "I won't be bribed, it's the principle of the thing," Mezoe responded, continuing to insist on an apology. Nelson then called the police, and after 2nd District D.C. Police Officer Robert Ferretti arrived and cuffed one of her wrists, Mezoe said she returned the trinket. No charges were filed, and the police department's public affairs office declined to make Ferretti available for an interview.

We hear that among the guests -- who received a handsome box marked "O" and filled with jigsaw puzzle pieces to be assembled into an invitation -- are former labor secretary Alexis Herman, pundit Julianne Malveaux, former D.C. first lady Cora Masters Barry, civil rights activist Dorothy Height and former D.C. control board official Constance Newman. "There will be black-tie dinners, cocktails and fun things of all kinds," one lucky invitee told us yesterday. "

Republican Mike Ferguson Caught out on a "Good Night"!!

Folks, this is really pathetic stuff. That congressman was totally out of whack. He treated the bar like his Mafia joint and her like a sex slave.

This is the type of pathetic stunts that only happen in fascist countries....this guy is a serious funny-bone.

How many of our congressmen or congresswomen are now behaving like this as though, they were above the law you wonder?!??

Yup. The director of a non-profit for victims was asked to teach perps about what they did she asked me to team teach it with her, as she did not teach in that evironment- but it was just too yucky for me to contemplate.
I just couldn't look at grow men who had done that sort of thing to kids.

That is part of what we protested today in front of the GOP headquarters. Oh you should have seen it-them peeking out of their blinds at us and guess what the police didn't show up there, only when we protested the dems-but they are middle class hurting from Bushie too and you could plainly see they were into it and had no problem with us.
I'm sure they were a little concerned about the younger kids-you know the pink hair and such. But it was fine-we got lots of support from people driving past. All kinds of people participating. Really represented America

Hastert's staff: our boss lied
by Joe in DC - 10/05/2006 09:43:00 PM

Tonight on CNN, Paula Zahn asked Dana Bash about Hastert's allegations that Democrats and ABC News were somehow to blame for the Foley Republican child predator scandal:

Zahn: Is there any proof of that?

Bash: No, there isn't any proof of that. The Speaker's office is saying they haven't been able to back that up.

They can't back it up because it's not true. Their boss lied. And, the Speaker's office admitted it.

Hey Kiddies! GEF is right, Hastert must be worried. His folks sent out an automated telephone message from some pathetic sounding woman shrieking about how Nancy Pelosi would be Speaker next. It was more about how the world will end [not in so many words but it sure was sexist and ironic coming out of a female's voice] if Pelosi and Hillary Clinton will get more power.

BREAKING. A well-placed source has told WMR that the Pagegate scandal will soon involve underage male and female teens who have not served as congressional pages, but who have reported abuse by well-known GOP players in the nation's capital. The source says the Psychiatric Institute of Washington's "Center Unit" has dealt with a number of child abuse cases involving senior Republican office holders in the Washington, DC area. Now that GOP abuse of minors is finally receiving media attention as a result of Pagegate, it is a matter of time before the abused males and females report the details of their own abuse cases.

See if we get our elected leaders furnishing and running drugs internationally, technically we aren't fighting drugs or terror we're paying for it and illegally selling the weapons to blow up countries.

So now Hastert has admitted he is a pedophile type, friend of Louis Freeh and also internationally running drugs for terrorists.

So I guess we keep him in office, thats the Republican way right.

Until that is, we have to watch him implode after 5 of his staffers resign and he goes down on criminal charges.....

Well folks you are finally letting the real Newt be known - something us Georgians have known about him for years - but many of whom thought and some probably still do think - he walks on water. In my eyes he walks in the sewer. But does he have enough people fooled that they would actually want him for president? Oh dear God I pray not. Slime is slime is slime whether democrat or republican - libertarian - or anything else. But you know what I have found out in the many years I have lived - those who are yelling the most about the splinter in someone else's eye has an enormous plank to remove from their own and in time it all comes out and we see them for what they are. Glad the truth about Newt is finally coming out.
