I printed out the article to read later but just want to comment on Ali Mohamed. It's hard to believe that he is still alive and rotting in some prison somewhere. He must have had dirt on dozens of administration people, their mishaps if not their misdoings, and a lot of them must have wanted him really out of the way.

Alert: Hastert To Take Blame
In a press conference scheduled for noon CT in Illinois, House Speaker Dennis Hastert plans to accept some measure of responsibility for failing to discover Rep. Mark Foley's misconduct with pages, a House official said this morning. " He is taking responsibility because the buck stops with him," the official said.
Hastert won't resign "because that would be giving into the Democrat party’s best wish," the official said.
He is expected to make several announcements, including one about revisions to the page program.

b. The Gerbil doesn't want Fitz to figure out the truth especially the 9/11 conspiracy.

In order to catch a terrorist, you have to get into the mind of a terrorist: think, sleep, and respond like a terrorist.
And I hope that there is a new 9/11 investigation in the future because it is needed.

Yeah, those emails on the CREW website by Fingers Foley is pretty disturbing.. Because I have the blogger Jordan go on my blog at times, out of respect, it is a bit inappropriate for me to post those emails on my blog or anywhere else because of the explicit, disturbing and graphic language. So, I'll just have a link for the viewers. But, we all have the understanding of how sick Foley is. Anyone of those kids even in my own neighborhood could have been a victim of Foley.
Speaking of Foley. I found thid piece of information from WSJ. The question is can Foley be charged a federal crime? Maybe or maybe not. Foley can be faced state charges. Here is an excerpt:

One FBI official familiar with the investigation said that for the enticement to be considered criminal, it has to be more substantial than words. If there is concrete evidence including records of the dinner meetings, then Foley is hosed.. I have feeling that Foley just didn't have internet sex only with these pages for 11 years. There were more that Foley wanted. The real question is how many of the those pages that he met with in an intimately setting and how many will come forward.. If we are finding out that Foley contacted pages even as far as California, what other page from another page that he preyed upon?

Foley better pray that he is not charged in California since he contacted a pages in that state and that state is very strict on sex offenders under Megan's Law. If Foley is charged in CA, he would have to register as a sex offender.

Hastert asserted Wednesday that any Republicans urging his ouster were playing into the hands of Democrats and blamed his problems on the media and Democratic operatives, even suggesting former President Clinton might somehow be involved.

"I saw Bill Clinton's adviser, Richard Morris, was saying these guys knew about this all along, If somebody had this info, when they had it, we could have dealt with it then."
In fact, Morris, who has advised both parties, offered no independent knowledge of Democrats being aware of the Foley communications before they came out.
