Anyway, since "old" extraordinary renditions "methods" are literally known in every last detail, (thanks, Bob), - Europe, (the "old world"), (especially Italy), cordially sends an invitation to all participants in appreciation for the "insider's" view of the modern new world renditions methods.

The Christian values GOP are boxed in. Save Hastert as he allowed the pervert to attack kids for years without stopping it. Foley's name will remind people of what happen to so many kids under the protection of the GOP leadership. Now comes the spin blame lie games. Those who still support the GOP are supporting a group of men who put illegal bills ahead of saving children. Some supporters compair Clinton to Foley and that's really reaching for a straw. Notice no word from Cheney or Rove. Well Karl isn't going to step in this discussion because of his own closet. Cheney is most likely collecting as much as he can due to his legal problems. Oh I saw Bush's Daddy who said he doesn't like people to say his son is stupid. To bad his son acts stupid and let Americans know he was drunk for 4 years in college and his Daddy paid for his degree. Some things should be kept secret but George just had to tell the Princeton class of 2001.

Here goes Dumbya again with his signing statements and grabs for power:

"President Bush, again defying Congress, says he has the power to edit the Homeland Security Department’s reports about whether it obeys privacy rules while handling background checks, ID cards and watchlists.

In the law Bush signed Wednesday, Congress stated no one but the privacy officer could alter, delay or prohibit the mandatory annual report on Homeland Security department activities that affect privacy, including complaints.

But Bush, in a signing statement attached to the agency’s 2007 spending bill, said he will interpret that section “in a manner consistent with the President’s constitutional authority to supervise the unitary executive branch.”...

Privacy advocate Marc Rotenberg said Bush is trying to subvert lawmakers’ ability to accurately monitor activities of the executive branch of government.

He said the Homeland Security Department has the most significant impact on citizens’ privacy of any agency in the federal government.

...Bush’s signing statement Wednesday challenges several other provisions in the Homeland Security spending bill.

Bush, for example, said he’d disregard a requirement that the director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency must have at least five years experience and “demonstrated ability in and knowledge of emergency management and homeland security.” ..."

Well said, and check out any candidate. Foley and the Republicans have abused the law, skirted the law to abuse children. Don't think other pedophiles aren't sitting back and taking notes.

Everyone should know by now-that this is a far-cry from the real, WHOLE truth and evil of what really happened (is happening) to a lot of children in this nation and around the world.

Question: Who was that FBI Agent who covered up the Foley E-Mail?
I just saw Melanie Sloan on CNN and she named the FBI Agent to the reporter but will the Public ever know?
They also talked to New York Police and Georgia Law Enforcement about this and they said they would have set up a sting.

I'm waiting for Foley's new DVD porn movie: Fingering Foley does Florida. That DVD will be next to Paris Hilton's sex video!

Man, what 5 years of the Administration has done to this country morally and emotionally! Notice that you haven't seen Porkrind lately after his announcement of October surprise.. There was a program last night about Foleygate and they had Ms. Erin Runnion, mother of Samantha who was murdered by a sex predator, and she was absoultely outrage by Foleygate. She was the one that went to Congress and pleaded for a bill to pass to protect children from child predators and sex offenders. And that same Congress nearly slapped her in the face with a child predator elected officals in office who they protected for years.

That's for sure. Interesting how Foley was so good at crafting a predator law-not to mention his own stunning statement to John Walsh (and Walsh's reaction)
the rest of us had to work with victims and look at tons of cases to figure that out.

A shrink friend that works with them said pedophiles in prison population they make the best clerks because they tend to be very methodical thinkers.

I noticed there was only one W sticker on a vehicle in the OH GOP HQ lot yesterday, the rest of them bare. hmmm;-)

We'll find out more when we find out who knew about Foley and for how long.

This is going to rightfully scare the hell out of a lot of people, especially in Corrupticut given all the sexual predator teachers we have. Heather Wilson (R-NM), who cried about Janet Jackson, served on Page Board when pages were warned about Foley

In all the coverage of the Foley Republican child predator scandal, we almost overlooked the key role of Rep. Heather Wilson (R-NM). Wilson, who you may recall literally wept for the cameras after the Janet Jackson/Super Bowl episode, served on the House Page Board at a time when pages were warned about Foley. In fact, she was on the page board when Foley gave that creepy speech in 2002 about he cruised down to Morton's in his BMW with one of the pages:
U.S. Rep. Heather Wilson's service on the seemingly innocuous House Page Board has brought the Mark Foley scandal into the Albuquerque Republican's hotly contested race for re-election.

Wilson's Democratic opponent, Attorney General Patricia Madrid, charged Monday that Wilson failed to protect the pages from a sexual predator when she was one of five members of the board from 2001-04.

"This board was specifically charged with taking care of the pages," Madrid said.

Madrid cried about seeing Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction flash of a boob and yet she didn't protect the pages from a pervert! Go figure!

Dem Senate candidate Jon Tester has just released a blistering, must-see new ad blasting GOP Senator Conrad Burns for criticizing his call for a repeal of the Patriot Act. It's noteworthy because Tester's unabashedly slamming the Act, in complete defiance of all the pundits who have told us again and again that Dems will suffer severe political setbacks if they dare question it. The ad notes that the Act allows the government to search "our" bank accounts and medical records, then concludes: "When you see Senator Burns attack Jon Tester, ask him: `Why do you think we're the enemy? Where's Osama Bin Laden? And when did you get so out of touch with Montana?'"

Yeah, where is OBL?

So after vetoing the local retail living wage law in Chicago and then last week calling for the federal government to override local minimum wage laws, Daley has stepped up to the plate to defend Hastert over the Foley affair:
“If you took the impropriety of every congressman and senator in Washington D.C. [as an excuse to demand resignations], I don’t think anybody would be left,” Daley said.

http://www.tpmcafe.com/

Yup, Mayor Daley defends his buddy Hastert. And when Daley's dirty laundry is aired, he will throw Hastert under the bus!

Prosecutor: Libby Wants to Load Up Trial
By PETE YOST
ASSOCIATED PRESS

WASHINGTON (AP) - Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff intends to load up his criminal trial with information about nine national security matters, the names of foreign leaders and details about various terrorist groups, say court filings in the Valerie Plame leak case.

The papers filed this week hint at what has been taking place behind closed doors as Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald tries to limit the amount of classified data that I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby is permitted to use at his trial in January.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton is asking whether classified evidence would overlap Libby's likely trial testimony. Libby's lawyers have already said he will take the witness stand to deny lying to the FBI in its investigation of the Plame leak.

Even if prosecutors agreed ahead of time about the importance of "the nine national security matters" he wants to disclose, Libby would be entitled to introduce additional evidence, his lawyers wrote.

Folks,

Here is the update on the closed hearings with the smurf and Fitz. This is from Fitz's side:

Prosecutor:Libby wants to load up trial

Dick Cheney's former chief of staff intends to load up his criminal trial with information about nine national security matters, the names of foreign leaders and details about various terrorist groups, say court filings in the

Valerie Plame leak case.

Libby's lawyers have already said he will take the witness stand to deny lying to the

FBI in its investigation of the Plame leak.

In court documents, prosecutors argued that it would be "unnecessarily wasteful of time" to allow Libby to present "names of foreign leaders or government officials of other countries, or the names and histories of various terrorist groups."
The danger for prosecutors is that the sheer volume and extreme sensitivity of classified information Libby wants to introduce could scuttle the trial.

Graymail folks is what the smurf is pulling with the crunch 'n munch prosecutor!
