Check this out. This is fron Crooks and Liars. Tim Russett interviewed Bob Woodward. And Woodward told Russett that the Ambien cursed him over the Ambien's statement about Kissinger. Here is an excerpt:
MR. WOODWARD: Well, he called to complain that I was quoting him about the meetings with Henry Kissinger that he and the president had. I had interviewed Vice President Cheney last year a couple of times at length about material I’m gathering on the Ford administration, on-the-record interviews, but he volunteered, he said, “Oh, by the way, Henry Kissinger comes in” and he, Dick Cheney, sits down with him once a month and the president every two or three months. And Cheney was upset I was quoting him. And I said, “Look, this—on-the-record doesn’t have anything to do with Ford, you volunteered that.” He then used a word which I can’t repeat on the air. And I said, “Look, on the record is on the record,” and he hung up on me.
MR. RUSSERT: What, what do you mean, he swore at you?
MR. WOODWARD: He, he said what I was saying was bull-something […] No, but he, but he hung up. Now, look, I can, I can see, I went back and looked at the transcript that he can—ever had a disagreement about ground rules with someone. Have you?
MR. RUSSERT: Well, he thought he was talking, he thought he was talking to you for one project and you used it in another project.
MR. WOODWARD: Well, exactly. But it had nothing to do with it, and it’s clearly spelled out that it’s an on-the-record interview. And so—now, what does he do instead of saying, “Well, OK, I look at it this way, you look at it that way.” It’s a metaphor for what’s going on. Hang up when somebody has a different point of view or information you don’t want to deal with.
With the smurf requesting documents of nine National Security manner, you would think that this will confuse the jurors and maybe himself with too many documents. Libby may get on the stand and talk about something else other than the timeline of his charges... Just thought Russett's question was interesting..
Congress is too busy destroying humanity, kissing corporations' asses, covering up crimes for decades, and making sure they get their fair share.
Some kind of 'public service'. No wonder they want to stay for decades. No wonder the Bushes, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the neocons/neolibs keep connected.
The only public service they do is photo ops. (helping themselves to taxpayers' money and molesting kids)

This is insane and evil but yet it all makes sense now.
Once the critical feedback of a report card is gone, improvement of the nation becomes impossible or subject to caprice. That report card is the election. People naturally think they are doing the right thing in their own bubble. When facing a real hand counted paper ballot in thousands of precincts, candidates in an election will be far more honest than with centralized programmable and Diebold et al voting machines. Those voting leviathans have no open source code, while we have privatized our election process. Chuck Hagel owned the voting machine company that took his office against the polls from 1996. Others have followed his example. The mainstream media almost never talks about it, save for publications such as Rolling Stone and the Robert Kennedy Jr. articles. If our leaders continue to be chosen by machines rather than people, and they are operating the machines, there is no chance for “continuous self improvement,” as George Washington noted regarding his task as “your humble servant.”
I just saw Iraq for sale and the names popped out. Titan, CACI, KBR and Halliburton all stole taxpayers money. The torture was instruction ed by private company that sent the men to teach our troops how to kill and torture Iraqis. Yes the Pentagon hired them and knew what they were going to do. Let the troops get the blame because company couldn't be charged. Yes Cheney set this up from the beginning and yes the GOP was robbing the country blind and didn't give a dam about the soldiers that died. They still don't care it's all about the money. As for fingers Foley well it was about the money to as to keep his secret as well as the vote count needed for the illegal bills that have been pasted by the powerfull GOP.

Ginnie Brown- waite FL GOP stated in one of the papers Foley was full of shit , she's known him for years and he doesn't drink but immediately became a drunk molested by priest and into rehab , apparent convenience and sympathy. Move on to another one.
