"A security guard at the museum, Greg West, said he spent several minutes chasing Barney before wrestling the dog to the ground." --------------------- LOL! I guess Barney was having a bad day! Animals are very unpredictable, as proven in this case!
Too much temptation for old Barney. Being asked to guard a bunch of teddy bears. Who would assign a dog to do that? I agree, I hope he is not put down for doing what comes natural.
Maybe the dog hasn't been neutered! As Bob Barker from the Price is Right says, have your pet spade or neuter. LOL! Yeah, Elvis must be rolling over in his grave! The dog just needs an Anger Management class. I wonder if the dog and John Bolton can be sent to the same Anger Management class!
The move came after hours of criticism and pressure from Senate Democrats who urged him to come before the
Senate Armed Services Committee to answer questions about the administration's Iraq policies. Earlier Wednesday, Rumsfeld had said that his crowded calendar did not allow him to be present for the meeting Thursday morning, but he agreed to attend a private, classified briefing in the afternoon with the entire Senate.
Barney is hiring Scooter's memory expert to testify that with his busy job requirements and long hours that he could not be counted on to remember everything, especially not eat the King's teddy bear. ;)
Someone should ask Rumsfeld about the D.U. being spread around in Iraq and Lebanon. Same birth defects on the poor Iraqi babies and children of Gulf War parents. They cannot speak out, they need the insurance for their ill children or benefits get cut off. Blackmail. Meanwhile, everyone is dying with cancer or other health problems and all these countries are toxic. Betcha Deadeye Dick and Poppy know all about it. They might have Kuwait somewhat cleaned up.
Germany and France knew what the U.S. did to the Iraqi soldiers after the first Gulf War, now do you get it?
Those blacken, burnt corpses look like the ones of the kids in Lebanon from the other day. Shame on humanity.
Let's hope Rummy is under oath.. And I wish Fitz would be the person to crossexamine Rummy because I have a feeling that Fitz can easily slap an indictment or two on obstruction of justice and lying to the prosecutor! That's an easy bet. Let's hope that the Democrats put the squeeze on making sure Rummy is under oath!
Fitzgerald,
Good to see you on the blog, my friend!
"Barney is hiring Scooter's memory expert.." Hmmm.. If Walton turns down the smurf's request, Barney may be the smurf's last resort. Both have a lot in common. They are small and they have been thrown a bone lately!
In a discussion with Mark Green, Democratic candidate for New York attorney general, and KT McFarland, a Republican running for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (D-NY) Senate seat, about President Bush’s efforts to protect New York City from terrorism on the July 31 edition of MSNBC’s Hardball, host Chris Matthews claimed that "[w]e know" President Bill Clinton "didn’t stop" the September 11, 2001, terror attacks on the World Trade Center. Well, technically that’s true, Clinton "didn’t stop" 9/11. Then again, if my memory is right, Clinton had left office eight months before it happened.
Also, since Tweety is blaming Clinton, then why is the Gerbil taken the credit for the 90% job approvsl rating after the 9/11 attack?
Hi guys SPB I heard about Rummy testifying yes under oath. Well look for his temper to get high and he will attack. The rich get tax breaks while defrauding the IRS sweet. Fitz this is an important month so we'll see and hear from you later. Fitz you have so many new bloggers and I'm beginning to wonder if some are from the other camp as I read the comments. Just a thought. I like Chris Matthews comment as most of the GOP blame everything that goes wrong on Bill Clinton that's the norm.
Cheney, Rumsfeld, Bush, Powell and the DOD had to know that they would NOT be welcomed with open arms and sweets in Iraq. Stop and think, people were dying, children playing with D.U. bullets then getting very sick....babies deformed. Look how the Gulf War Vets have been treated!
I don't know if this is true or not, some guy told me this once---but stuffed animals have a chemical or odor to them that dogs kinda like, if ya know what I mean. (nasty)
Anyhoo, maybe this Barney was so smart that he figured out the Teddies were not the real deal. And pitched a fit.
I'm not kidding about this, he said his dog almost died from h&&&ing on the stuffed toy for so long when he wasn't home. Gross.
I need a whole bunch of those! We could get about 50 of those things and go to the WH and demand to speak with the dubya *lol* military families can put their logo on top so the AF doesn't shoot us ;-)
Darn! I just saw that about being private-sometimes I get too excited and miss stuff
This just stinks and Bush gets to keep that Popiel Pocket Fisherman and Ronco Rotisserie that Allen boosted for him.
"Claude Allen, the former Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, is set to plead guilty, McClatchy reports. He'll admit to a single misdemeanor: for "fraudulently stealing items worth less than $500 from a Target store." He'll get no jail time - just $850 in restitution to Target Corp. and one month's probation. That's a pretty sweet deal considering police alleged that he stole over $5,000 from Target and Hecht stores. He faced up to 18 months in jail."
I guess they know now that the dog guard does not work and Fitz's post tells us what a GRANDE sense of humor he has..... Top of the mornin' to all.... the birds are chirping getting reasy for the hot day and the bee-keeper comes to take the bees that lived in the hollow tree ... That is a very interesting process...They have the same method of survival since time began..think we could take a few pointers from them... We are into allowing one war to smother the other regarding the news... Rummy was waiting for Karl to finish his script before agreeing to testify... Doozy time.... Ms. Jackie I await your post on Rummy after he testifies
A new teacher was trying to make use of her psychology courses. She started her class by saying, "Everyone who thinks they're stupid, stand up!" After a few seconds, Little Johnny stood up. The teacher said, "Do you think you're stupid, Little Johnny?" "No, ma'am, but I hate to see you standing there all by yourself!"
I think the news room reporters at the WH ought to do thiis for Showy Snowy this joke sure applies to him
Gen. John Abizaid, Commander of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) has told Congress that violence in Baghdad is as common as he can ever recall, and that the nation may be headed for civil war, RAW STORY has learned.
Abizaid oversees US operations in a 27 nation region covering much of the middle east.
Military leaders are also reporting to Congress that they did not anticipate a civil war one year ago.
*********************************** Now are Ambien Cheney and Rummy Van Dummy going to still insist that the Insurgency is in it's "last throes"
Hey Barney my pal, I have a few teddy bears residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue that I would like you to meet...:)
About Patti McCormick, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for the Bad Seed. I don't know who won that Oscar that year. But, at least she was recognize for her accomplishments for her acting abilty for someone so young at that time.
Embattled Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman - facing a possible primary defeat Tuesday because of his strong backing for the Iraq war - yesterday launched a Hail Mary attack on the Bush administration's handling of the war. "I supported our war in Iraq but I have always questioned the way it was being executed," Lieberman said. "This administration took far too many shortcuts. We continue to suffer the consequences, as do the Iraqi people."
Too little too late. And the people in his state will not buy those beans!
Blackwell, the state's secretary of state, who has strong ties to Washington, is one of a handful of prominent black conservatives in the Republican Party, a group that the Bush administration has been courting. Blackwell, however, is running 20 percentage points behind Democrat Ted Strickland, a congressman from Lisbon in eastern Ohio, according to a recent poll by The Columbus Dispatch. Strickland received 47 percent of support compared with Blackwell's 27 percent in the poll, which had a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points
Now here is a candidate trailing in the polls asking a President who has the worse poll numbers to campaign for him. Very stupid move...
A White House aide, who requested anonymity because his information was preliminary, said Wednesday that he knew of no top Bush administration official who had a relative who had served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Yet:
In his scathing 2004 documentary “Fahrenheit 9/11,” Michael Moore said that only one of the 535 members of Congress had an enlisted son in Iraq. He was referring to Senator Tim Johnson, Democrat of South Dakota, whose son Brooks served with the Army in Bosnia, Kosovo, South Korea and Afghanistan as well as Iraq before coming home.
A report by columnist Sidney Blumenthal in Salon claims that Israel is receiving intelligence from the US's National Security Agency. Blumenthal claims to be in touch with "a national security official with direct knowledge of the operation" to supply Israel with signals intelligence from American assets to help it monitor armament transfers from Syria and Iran to Hezbollah. He states that President Bush has approved the intelligence sharing. Bush is being influenced by neoconservatives in his administration led by Vice President Dick Cheney's staff and Elliot Abrams, senior director for the Near East on the National Security Council. The group, according to Blumenthal, seeks to start a 'four front war' by giving Israel the pretext to strike Iran and Syria. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has been briefed, but is not a central actor in the plan.
Barney I think you're in trouble! Your memory experts won't help with this Special Prosecutor! LOL
January 9, 2006, 12:06 pm We Read Vanity Fair So You Don’t Have To Posted by Peter Lattman In the February issue of Vanity Fair (the one with a bikini-clad Lindsay Lohan on the cover), David Margolick pens a paean to Illinois U.S. Attorney and special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, “Mr. Fitz Goes to Washington.” It’s a good read, but unfortunately isn’t online (if VF were a restaurant, there wouldn’t be a sign out front).
Here’s what you missed:
Margolick is oddly infatuated with Fitzgerald’s brain. Let us count the ways in which either Margolick or a source describes his cerebrum:
The Gerbil's daughters wouldn't last 60 seconds in Iraq or Afghanistan! They would be complaining about the weather, they want to know where is the nearest Jamba Juice for smoothies and the nearest bar of Happy Hour, and where is the nearest Nordstrom store for shopping! There is a bumper sticker that is sold on America Blog that says Draft the Bush Twins.
I just watched some of the hearings for Rummy. And what a bore.. Those officials ceetainly have been in office for a 100 years. Some of them are out of touch with reality. And what are the Democrats in this hearing to hammer Rummy?
As far as Lickerman, he chose the lick the Gerbil's boots and ass. So, he is deserving whathe is getting in the poll numbers! Go Lamont!
Hi guys Lieberman got a great supporter as Tom DeLay speaks out for vote Lieberman now the Dems are really in trouble. Is Lieberman a Dem or Republican? Rummy has the same illness as Libby it's that memory problem. The Bush Administration might have that problem so the Doctor in the Libby case will be needed as all get charged with crimes. Oh and I forgot where I put my keys this morning too. We know Bush is supporting Israel and it's stupid for them to deny it. Israel has said they got weapons and intelligence from US. Yet Connie and Bush keep lying. Have a great day bloggers.
I've been watching C-Span, as well. So much talk as usual and little action! Hello! Wakeup you fools and get our troops out of there! It is only getting worse and the longer our troops stay, the worse it will get! I can clearly see that and I'm not even a General! LOL
Katherine Harris's campaign manager accused of petition fraud in Massachusetts
Embattled US Senate candidate Katherine Harris' (R-FL) fourth campaign manager, Bryan Rudnick, was accused of petition fraud while working for Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage, today's issue of ROLL CALL has reported.
“I cannot imagine any objective finding that CO2 is a pollutant,” says Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX). “If that’s true, God is a polluter.”
I certainly would cross the street if the lightning bolt hits Barton about that remark!
3. The Blame the Spouse Defense!
From TPMMuckraker:
Halliburton Lobbyist Blames Wife for Green Party Donation
This morning I spoke with the Halliburton lobbyist who gave $1,000 to the Luzerne County (PA) Green Party. "It was my wife" who made the contribution, Bill Wichterman told me. Wichterman, a well-connected GOP lobbyist, presumably backs Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA), his onetime employer. So, do the Wichtermans have a wacky Dharma-and-Greg thing going on? I asked Bill if his wife was a Green Party member. "I'm not going to answer any questions about it," he replied. Well, would your wife be willing to discuss the contribution? "No, she wouldn't."
And it will be a very cold night for Witcherman on the couch!
Roger, that was error on my part. It was supposed to be the Gerbil's brain not Fitz! And you are all people should have caught my comments about the booze when Fitz is NOT a boozer! I am quite surprised by you, my friend! Here is the correction:
Roger,
I don't think a memory expert can help the GOP crooks. They all have a case of pure denial especially for the crimes that they have committed. They don't need a memory expert just a prosecutor to indict and convict all of them. Then, all of a sudden, they will start to recall their graft. Yes, Global Warming is destroying this Earth!
The Gerbil's brain vs. Fitz brain? There is no comparison between those two. The Gerbil's brain had been so fried from the booze that I don't think there is any more cells left in that brain. The Gerbil brain has been fed jello pudding for the past 5 years! Surely, there is no comparison between an intelligent U.S. attorney and prosecutor who earned his job and title to a drunk, Richie Rich, lame duck, and moron President who stole his job and title in two terms!
Embattled Rep. Bob Ney (R-Ohio) raised no money for his legal-defense fund in the second quarter, after having brought in $65,000 the previous quarter, according to recent public disclosures. Ney created the fund in January to help foot legal bills stemming from his dealings with former Republican lobbyist and convicted felon Jack Abramoff. The fund was expected to help pay Ney’s attorney, Mark Tuohey at Texas-based firm Vinson & Elkins, but thus far it has not made any disbursements, save for buying checks April 12. In a telephone interview, Tuohey disputed assertions that Ney is not paying him. “Don’t assume that because he hasn’t used any contributions [from the fund] he hasn’t paid his legal fees. I’m not doing it on a pro bono basis,” Tuohey said. A spokeswoman for Ney, Katie Harbath, said that the fund is “still active” but that she could not answer further questions.
Quote: “I cannot imagine any objective finding that CO2 is a pollutant,” says Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX). “If that’s true, God is a polluter.”
I cannot believe it. A man stated, CO2 is not poison in the atmosphere. Did this man visit no school? And this man is also still Representative. Joe, take this: wikipedia
That is another moron representative that graduated from Gumby University. It makes you wonder what type of representives are being put in office. "God is the polluter." Give me a break. I seriously cringed when the imbecilic Gerbil said that he was a "war President" because he "always had war on his mind." Man, small minds for small intelligence!
A federal appeals court affirmed a lower court's ruling that the state GOP had no grounds to remove DeLay from the ballot. Judge Sam Sparks ruled in July that, at the time DeLay was taken off the candidate slate, there was no firm evidence he had moved to Virginia and no conclusive evidence that he intended to live in VA on Election Day. Justice Edith Clement, a Bush SCOTUS finalist, voted today with two Democrat appointees to endorse Sparks's decision.
And DCCC spokesperson Bill Burton chimes in: "One way or another, Tom DeLay is going to be serving a two year term. But it's not going to be in Congress."
I did hear about Claude Allen pleading guilty. He gets no jail time and a month of probation(basically a slap on the wrist). He whole case was just bizaare from a get go. First, it was $5,000 worth of good that he stole and now it is under $500.00! Then, he claimed the twin brother named Chuck defense! I know that the Gerbil and company had something do with cleaning up this scandal in the WH!
We have new defense. It is called the Weather defense! Check out the comments from Rummy from the Department of Duh:
From Thinkprogress:
Rumsfeld Claims Insurgent Violence Increases ‘In the Spring, Summer and Fall Months’
Last month, Lt. Gen. David Richards, head of NATO’s Afghan security force, said the country was “close to anarchy.” Asked about the situation today, Rumsfeld admitted there was a resurgence of the Taliban, admitted Taliban fighters were “occupying safe havens” in Pakistan and other places, and admitted that violence has increased recently. Then he blamed it all on the weather:
Does the violence tend to be up during the summer, in the spring, summer and fall months? Yes it does. And it tends to decline during the winter period. Does that represent failed policy? I don’t know. I would say not.
Rummy needs be in a nursing home. A memory expert can't help him! ------------------------- SPB: Don't forget the "Depends" and the butt wipes! Maybe Katherine Harris can get a job in the nursing home changing his diapers and wiping his butt! LOL LMAO ROFL
And, please do not give him a TV in his room because if he watches the weather report he will be calling the Dept. of "DUH" and telling them the troops can expect change due to climatic change! LOL LOL
Texas Republicans take DeLay case to Supreme Court
Texas Republicans plan to appeal a federal court's decision that Tom DeLay is eligible in Texas Congressional District 22, RAW STORY has learned. The fight will now take the case all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
Lieberman Demands Lamont Sever Ties With Jane Hamsher
Joe Lieberman went on the attack today against Firedoglake's Jane Hamsher, the blogosphere's most well-known, vocal supporter of Ned Lamont. The issue is this one. Jane is not part of the campaign, she's working on her own as an unpaid activist. After her mother died, she decided to go to Connecticut to follow the Lamont campaign rather than return home right away. Lamont is lucky to have her and the publicity and support she brings via FDL. I hope she stays right where she is through primary day.
SPB Lieberman Demands Lamont Sever Ties With Jane Hamsher Now can Lamont ask Lieberman is sever his ties to a criminal Tom DeLay and the GOP. Or will Lieberman get support from Abramoff and Cunningham next. And SPB where is Porter Gross I know Key Lay is on an Island living it up but Gross is missing.
Rummy really looked feeble during his conference. Still answering his own questions, I see. Should be defending himself soon.
I cannot believe there is even a question about a pull out for Iraq-the military is spent-civil war-duh! S-Q I trust not Gallup , add 20 points to that 55%.
Geez it was hot today, I thought for sure I'd melt. Military families press conference went well-the big ones actually showed up-it's the least they can do since they did their share to get us into this mess...
Lieberman, haha, I don't like that weasel. I wonder why (and how many) in the upper echelons of our gov have duel citizenship-an escape hatch?
That should bother people when high level officals-making policy and deciding national security interests-Hadley said in Nov 2005 speech to AEI that Bush would put Israels' security above no matter what it costs us.
To answer your question, yes, Lamont can demand Lieberman to cut ties with Spanky. And I think Lamont is smart enough to ignore what Lieberman is doing. Lamont is so far ahead from Lieberman and the momenteum is growing. Why stoop down to Lickerman? Lamont knows that Lickerman is desperate.
And where is Potty Gross. Well, Gross may be either with his lover, Jack Nasty in Canada or hiding out from the investigators in the Hookergate scandal since he has ties to that scandal!
Atomic gau only scarcely avoided Stockholm/Berlin - in Sweden after an incident from 26 July in the nuclear power station Forsmark-1 four of the ten atomic reactors were switched off. As was communicated on Thursday by the responsible authorities, the opportunity was to be used to examine the safety systems. Atomic critics see an almost disaster in the incident in the work north of Stockholm. Politicians and environmental's groups in Sweden demanded a comprehensive examination of safety precautions. "Still more error in the automatic control would have arisen, then the world would have experienced previous week possibly their second supergau" after Tschernobyl, said IPPNW atomic expert Henrik Paulitz.

SPB I looked up the case Daubert vs Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals. I found the following interesting reading. Petitioners Jason Daubert and Eric Schuller are minor children born with serious birth defects. They and their parents sued respondent in California state court, alleging that the birth defects had been caused by the mothers' ingestion of Bendectin, a prescription anti nausea drug marketed by respondent. Respondent removed the suits to federal court on diversity grounds
Now is Libby going to say his memory is off because of some drug he took. I'll be doing more checking on this as all the criminals in jail need to know their new defense on appeals.
THE liberal Air America radio network is going to be harder to hear in New York.
Next month, it is switching stations - to a weaker AM station, WWRL (1600 AM).
Al Franken and his lefty colleagues are leaving WLIB (1190 AM) apparently because they couldn't come up with enough cash for the owners, former Manhattan Borough President Percy Sutton and his son, Pierre.
Starting Sept. 1, Air America will be on WWRL, at the top of the dial where AM signals are weakest - especially at night, when greater FCC restrictions apply.
As The Post reported last March, the ratings-challenged liberal network failed to renew its two-year lease with the Suttons.
Relations between the Suttons and the network's execs were rocky from the start and only got worse after the network's shaky finances became known and a scandal broke out involving loans to Air America from a Bronx charity.
It figures. Who wants to listen to that "doom and gloom" crap anyway? Rush, Sean and Glenn Beck do it the old fashion way. They have a product that people want to listen to, they get advertisers, they pay their own way and they are successful. Air America has a product that only the loneliest people in the world would listen to. After one hour of Al Franken you want to slit your wrist.
Now Hillary has said what all Americans have said for a long time Rummy should be sent to a nursing home Thank you Hillary for saying what others are thinking.
Jackie: After the hearings today, Rumsfeld just confirmed he is unqualified to be in the position he is in. Which is the case of this entire admin. None are qualified and they have ALL failed the American people!
Anon @ 7:45 PM Only THINKING people who care about others and the environment as much or more than they care about themselves are listening to Air America. D
It refers to a group of Jews of the Near East who followed Sabbatai Zevi and converted to Islam in 1666. (Roger....Look on that date: 1:666) Zevi's conversion is generally understood to have been forced. http://www.faktedon.com/wiki/de/ do/Donmeh.htm (English-button)
At the point of the world a Jewish Potentat would stand, in the name its "the coworkers of the divinity" whole mankind would control. Thus the free bricklaying developed, and so 1717 in London the Grossloge were created by England. http://www.luebeck-kunterbunt.de/ Seite5/Gaunerjargon.htm
Jewish history during the Diaspora was marked by the appearance of a succession of pseudo messiahs - among them Sabbatai Zevi - who claimed that they would return the Jews to Zion. Equally unsuccessful was the scheme of the Italian Nasi family, which obtained a permit from the Turks to establish a Jewish community in Galilee in the late 16th century.
Go ahead and listen to Nazi Radio. You are a brainless troll anyway. But we do agree on one thing, go ahead and slit your wrists, it would make a wonderful improvement on the world. On less ugly hateful neocon in the world!!
shug: "painful birth pangs of the new Middle East."
We learn that Israel is moving government offices from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. If the Hezbullah can hit Tel Aviv, they can hit Jerusalem. Is this part of a post-nuclear war scenario where Jerusalem will become a seat of world government and no longer capital of the "Jewish" State?
Ahmadinejad says Israel "has pushed the self-destruct button... They cannot finish the business they have begun."
I am visiting this blog. And very interesting different topics of conversation on this posting.. Let's see.. The topic is about the Barney tearing apart Elvis' teddy bear. I love Elvis! I've been to to one of his concerts many years ago. That is too bad that the teddy bear was ruined by the dog. I hope nothing happens to the dog since I am animal lover.
By the way, I love your shades, ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha...
Welcome abroad, Mrs X! We have another female blogger.
In the news:
From Americablog:
Rick Santorum signs statement defending transgender rights by John in DC - 8/03/2006 07:59:00 PM
Oh, how the mighty fall. Now, it's great that Santorum signed the statement - desperate to be sure - but great. How Santorum's religious right buddies are going to react to the Senator reportedly meeting with a transgender activist last week and then signing a non-discrimination statement that includes gender identity along with sexual orientation, well, that's quite another matter.
Scrotum and Lickerman are both in the same boat. Trying to get votes! Desperate people do desperate things!
Since Jackie mention Hillary, The comment of the evening from Hillary. From Americablog:
Hillary smacked Rumsfeld at today's hearing
"The secretary has lost credibility with the Congress and with the people. It's time for him to step down and be replaced by someone who can develop an effective strategy and communicate it effectively to the American people and to the world."
It's about time sombody told Rummy to his face live on T.V. that he needs to retire!
Thank you for your kind and warm welcome, Special Prosecutor Biloxi! It's nice to be welcome. I will visit more often as I can to share my concerns about this country. I am very displeased of the way this country is going under the Bush Administration. I hope things will change very soon!
I am not offending my those words.. Rick Santorum is a Scrotum in my book! I am sure others on the blog have far worse names for Santorum as well as President Bush. I can think of a name for Bush. But, it is quite a bit vulgar to post on this blog! I am happy that someone like Hillary Clinton told Rumsfield that he should retire. He is definitely hurting the American people by staying his position. The old fart should go!
I guess a troll has crawled into the blog! I hope that I didn't offend you, Mrs. X with the comments about Scrotum and Lickermen. But, that is what they both are. And I have been on other blog site in which called Lieberman and Santorum far more worst names that I do.
This is a blog. And everyone has a right to speak their mind about a topic... In my line of work, you hear a lot of women that will put a man into shame when they get angry.. I just have to get know each person's personality on this blog as well as other blogs that I visit. Besides, who was that Anon person?
That is why the Bush team memos issued before implementing their policies expressed concern of their own liability under the War Crimes Act. To change the substantive law after the actions were taken is tantamount to retroactive immunity. As one legal expert stated:
"They want retroactive immunity," said Mary Ellen O'Connell, a professor of international law at Notre Dame, who has been critical of the Bush administration's detention policies. "Have you known of any other time in our history when we have tried to immunize public officials against crimes after they have committed the crimes?"
Actually, yes. Bush is now also trying to obtain retroactive immunity for his legal liability in implementing his illegal NSA spying programs. ------------------ Nice bumper sticker SPB, hey S-Q where/how did you and hahaha add your cool graphics?
The sentence disappointed authorities in Kingman, Arizona, who had hoped a harsher punishment for defendant Kelly Fischer would discourage others in the church from taking teenage wives. Fischer was the first of seven members of the Fundamentalist Latter-day Saints (FLDS) to be tried for plural marriages to minors.
I don't believe that. That pervert only gotten 45 days??? What happened to justice served??? That is outrageous! I look forward to November election! I look forward to Spitzer getting into the office. We have so many problems on the East Coast. I am heading of the blog now. It is a bit late on the East Coast. Have a nice evening you all!
T: That doesn't surprise me that Bush is trying to get his butt covered! That is why they're adding additional attorneys to the WH staff...they expect they are going to need them! LOL
SPB: I know, that guy should have gotten more than 45 days! It just amazes me the crap that folks get away with!!
Hi S-Q, It was hot, but the press conference was cool-military families had a meeting with Hillary...and she has asked for Rummy's head today? Hmm
More fat at the WH? Won't help, especially if he continues to hire his buddies, who are just as dumb as he is. I had Juvi delinquents in the prison that were smarter criminals than this crew *lol*
As for the house and senate We are going to continue bugging them until they give it up! ;-)
Now we will each start in on them in their home states. These guys have no idea what they are in for. I'd love to tell, but they probably read Fitz blog. It's legal, ethical and moral and should shame them to no end!
Gee is that all it takes to add the graphic? t will get on it, and yes this is the "real t" !
Mrs. X that anaon was me,the 2nd one ever here. But i don't drop in much anymore...too much tomfoolery. I believe this was you below , but maybe not...it's not as serious here as it used to be...lots of inanity mostly.

The good Governors of each state struggling to make due without school funding or National Guard equipment should be told...Mr. Wanta should monitor his money very closely. Don't trust anyone especially churches, charities, and the federal gov't.
Every evil-doer needs to be held accountable for their actions or helping to cover-up the crimes against the American people or the world, especially Afghanistan and Iraq.
roger rancourt: The stories about Leo Wanta and Jeff Fisher are getting really exciting!! Things will happen fast from now on... We better buckle our seat belts. D

With the way the Bush Administration has manipulated the tax cuts for the past years, I am for the tax cuts for the wealthy as Senator Kerry said in his 2004 Presidential run. But, the President has aimed those tax cuts for the poor and middle class (which I am affected in that catagory) and pocketed money for himself and his certain officals in his White House staff members. I think that is wrong. But, I think the Bush has really changed the meaning of the wealthy in most American's eyes. There are many wealthy people that outraged of the treatment of their money by the Bush Administration and the unfair treatment to the poor and middle class. But, money that are supposed to be allocated to the poor and middle class are being diverted to the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. And because the Administration decided to not allocate money to NY to prorect on another terrorist attack, it leaves the state very vulnerable. I just hope November is more promising. And because Bush has screwed the economy in the U.S., we are left with no choice but tax cuts.. But, it is unfair to tax more of middle class than the wealthy. Bush might have flunked in math on that!

LOL!
Calling Dr. Frist for a rabies shot for Barney!
I bet Barney had a mouth full of cotton after that! LOL LMAO
Good news folks!
Rummy decides to testify on Iraq war
The move came after hours of criticism and pressure from Senate Democrats who urged him to come before the
Senate Armed Services Committee to answer questions about the administration's Iraq policies. Earlier Wednesday, Rumsfeld had said that his crowded calendar did not allow him to be present for the meeting Thursday morning, but he agreed to attend a private, classified briefing in the afternoon with the entire Senate.
Barney is hiring Scooter's memory expert to testify that with his busy job requirements and long hours that he could not be counted on to remember everything, especially not eat the King's teddy bear. ;)
LOL Fitz! The dog that forgot everything he had done! he he
We miss you on the blog Fitz! :)

The ties that bind.
There are pics and videos in places.
Ha ha ha!

Tweety Matthews forgets who was president on 9/11
In a discussion with Mark Green, Democratic candidate for New York attorney general, and KT McFarland, a Republican running for Sen.
Signing off for the evening! Biloxi out!
Good to see you back on the blog Fitz!

So was it for the oil and to destroy evidence??
I don't know if this is true or not, some guy told me this once---but stuffed animals have a chemical or odor to them that dogs kinda like, if ya know what I mean. (nasty)
Anyhoo, maybe this Barney was so smart that he figured out the Teddies were not the real deal. And pitched a fit.
I'm not kidding about this, he said his dog almost died from h&&&ing on the stuffed toy for so long when he wasn't home. Gross.
Good Evening Justice Bloggers,
Good news about Rummy-can't wait to hear his answers.
Why is it so flippin hot in DC?? Looking forward to it being better weather during Camp Democracy!
S-Q, You should try to come for a couple of days for the camp-sign up to teach a class. T is for talking tomorrow-at a Mosque-pretty kewl, huh?

Rummy was waiting for Karl to finish his script before agreeing to testify...

Ms. Jackie I await your post on Rummy after he testifies
Good Morning All,
Interesting comments e, RR and info too.
What a bunch of bull on the Target thief-smack on the hand. Sounds like he had "help" with sentencing-besides a decent lawyer.

From Raw Story:
Top General: Iraq may be headed for civil war

Holy Joe decides to change strategies.
Lieberman rips W's war plan
Embattled Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman - facing a possible primary defeat Tuesday because of his strong backing for the Iraq war - yesterday launched a Hail Mary attack on the Bush administration's handling of the war.
"I supported our war in Iraq but I have always questioned the way it was being executed," Lieberman said.
"This administration took far too many shortcuts. We continue to suffer the consequences, as do the Iraqi people."
Too little too late. And the people in his state will not buy those beans!
Bush Stumps for Ohio Governor Candidate
Hmmm.. I found this article interesting:
No family members of Bush team have served in Bush's wars
US supplying Israel with NSA signals intelligence
LOL

We Read Vanity Fair So You Don’t Have To
Posted by Peter Lattman
In the February issue of Vanity Fair (the one with a bikini-clad Lindsay Lohan on the cover), David Margolick pens a paean to Illinois U.S.
“his remarkable mind”
“his uncanny memory”
“his ‘scary-smart’ intelligence”
“his brain was a marvel of organization”
“his brain was like a computer”
“his mainframe-computer brain”

Go Lamont!
Hi guys
Lieberman got a great supporter as Tom DeLay speaks out for vote Lieberman now the Dems are really in trouble.
LOL

Here is an update on Bob Ney:
A mystery over Ney’s legal bills

Spanky loses the appeal in court!
DeLay Loses Appeal To Get Off Ballot

Folks,
We have new defense. It is called the Weather defense! Check out the comments from Rummy from the Department of Duh:
From Thinkprogress:
Rumsfeld Claims Insurgent Violence Increases ‘In the Spring, Summer and Fall Months’
Last month, Lt. Gen. David Richards, head of NATO’s Afghan security force, said the country was “close to anarchy.”
Asked about the situation today, Rumsfeld admitted there was a resurgence of the Taliban, admitted Taliban fighters were “occupying safe havens” in Pakistan and other places, and admitted that violence has increased recently. Then he blamed it all on the weather:
Does the violence tend to be up during the summer, in the spring, summer and fall months? Yes it does. And it tends to decline during the winter period. Does that represent failed policy? I don’t know. I would say not.

Good Afternoon All,
Rummy really looked feeble during his conference.
This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.
Jackie,
To answer your question, yes, Lamont can demand Lieberman to cut ties with Spanky.
Here is my battle cry!

Atomic gau only scarcely avoided
Stockholm/Berlin - in Sweden after an incident from 26 July in the nuclear power station Forsmark-1 four of the ten atomic reactors were switched off.

Held a generals rank
When the blitzkrieg raged
And the bodies stank
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guess my name, oh yeah
Ah, whats puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, oh yeah
I watched with glee
While your kings and queens
Fought for ten decades
For the gods they made
I shouted out,
Who killed the kennedys?
When after all
It was you and me
Let me please introduce myself
Im a man of wealth and taste
And I laid traps for troubadours
Who get killed before they reached bombay
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, oh yeah
But whats puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, oh yeah, get down, baby
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, oh yeah
But whats confusing you
Is just the nature of my game
Just as every cop is a criminal
And all the sinners saints
As heads is tails
Just call me lucifer
cause Im in need of some restraint
So if you meet me
Have some courtesy
Have some sympathy, and some taste
Use all your well-learned politesse
Or Ill lay your soul to waste, um yeah
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, um yeah
But whats puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, um mean it, get down
Woo, who
Oh yeah, get on down
Oh yeah
Oh yeah!
Tell me baby, whats my name
Tell me honey, can ya guess my name
Tell me baby, whats my name
I tell you one time, youre to blame
Ooo, who
Ooo, who
Ooo, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Oh, yeah
Whats me name
Tell me, baby, whats my name
Tell me, sweetie, whats my name
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Ooo, who, who
Oh, yeah

Thank`s for the "dark-connections" infos....I think, it will be terrible
Investigation

RADIO
Now Hillary has said what all Americans have said for a long time
Rummy should be sent to a nursing home Thank you Hillary for saying what others are thinking.
Hillary Clinton calls for Rumsfeld to resign
Jackie:
After the hearings today, Rumsfeld just confirmed he is unqualified to be in the position he is in. Which is the case of this entire admin. None are qualified and they have ALL failed the American people!

Only THINKING people who care about others and the environment as much or more than they care about themselves are listening to Air America.

It refers to a group of Jews of the Near East who followed Sabbatai Zevi and converted to Islam in 1666. (Roger....Look on that date: 1:666) Zevi's conversion is generally understood to have been forced.

Good Evening bloggers,
I am visiting this blog.
Rick Santorum signs statement defending transgender rights
by John in DC - 8/03/2006 07:59:00 PM
"Scrotum and Lickerman"
What a classy way to welcome a lady.
Good God.
Thank you for your kind and warm welcome, Special Prosecutor Biloxi! It's nice to be welcome. I will visit more often as I can to share my concerns about this country. I am very displeased of the way this country is going under the Bush Administration. I hope things will change very soon!
"What a classy way to welcome a lady.
Good God."
Anon,
I am not offending my those words..
Not at all, Mr. Biloxi!
This is a blog. And everyone has a right to speak their mind about a topic... In my line of work, you hear a lot of women that will put a man into shame when they get angry.. I just have to get know each person's personality on this blog as well as other blogs that I visit. Besides, who was that Anon person?
From KOSBush Seeks Retroactive Immunity From US War Crimes Prosecution

Polygamist gets 45 days for sex with teen bride
Investigator fears sentence sends wrong message
The sentence disappointed authorities in Kingman, Arizona, who had hoped a harsher punishment for defendant Kelly Fischer would discourage others in the church from taking teenage wives.
Fischer was the first of seven members of the Fundamentalist Latter-day Saints (FLDS) to be tried for plural marriages to minors.

I look forward to Spitzer getting into the office. We have so many problems on the East Coast. I am heading of the blog now. It is a bit late on the East Coast. Have a nice evening you all!
T:
That doesn't surprise me that Bush is trying to get his butt covered! That is why they're adding additional attorneys to the WH staff...they expect they are going to need them! LOL
SPB:
I know, that guy should have gotten more than 45 days! It just amazes me the crap that folks get away with!!
Indeed SPB, cute kitty photos.
As for the house and senate
We are going to continue bugging them until they give it up! ;-)
Now we will each start in on them in their home states. These guys have no idea what they are in for. I'd love to tell, but they probably read

Legalized rape=National Security...

If these words from Edmonds and Weaver can not be understood from an intellectual standpoint, the words can be understood instinctively from the emotional content of rape.
Any invasion upon body and mind, without mutual consent, is rape.
If you rape me during my sleep, it is still rape. ("Covert" national security.)

Good Morning fellow bloggers:
I am glad that it is Friday.

Thank you for the warm welcome. My pic can be a bit distracting.
Anon at 12:11am:
The information that you indicated from your comments is not mines.
Roger,
With the way the Bush Administration has manipulated the tax cuts for the past years, I am for the tax cuts for the wealthy as Senator Kerry said in his 2004 Presidential run.
