Good News and Good Morning Justice Bloggers, latest from RAW
So far, 22 House Members — all of them Democrats who have been leading figures in the out-of-Iraq movement — have signed on to the Iraq War Powers Repeal Act of 2006, introduced July 25 by Rep. Lynn Woolsey (Calif.).
Woolsey’s bill, H.R. 5875, would declare that the United States has been engaged in an occupation of Iraq for more than three years — since President Bush’s May 1, 2003, pronouncement that “major combat operations in Iraq have ended” — that has weakened America militarily and economically, diminished its role in the world and provoked a bloody and ongoing civil war in Iraq.
“It’s become very clear that we’re not in war,” Woolsey explained last week. “We’re occupying Iraq and the president never came to us and asked us for permission.”

I found this important news at Firedoglake this morning about the Net Neutrality Law:
"Senator Ted Stevens is trying to pull a fast one, and get a cloture vote on net neutrality before Congress is scheduled to recess this week. He’s been buttonholing three Senators in particular to gain their cloture vote:
– Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas
– Ben Nelson of Nebraska
– Joe Lieberman of Connecticut
Please call and/or FAX these Senators and let them know how important it is that they vote against cloture — because voting with Stevens means voting with the corporate shills who want to charge you extra to exercise your right to free speech on the internet. You can call toll free through the Capitol switchboard at 888-355-3588."
A cloture vote is the only procedure by which the Senate can vote to place a time limit on consideration of a bill or other matter, and thereby overcome a filibuster.
Please make these three calls today...if the corporations take away our freedom on the internet...we are really screwed bloggers!!! Please fight back! I called this morning and it felt great!

That's for passing along that information about Senator Stevens. I did call the 888 number... I spoke with a representative. Let me tell you.. The woman was downright snotty to me over the phone and claimed that Stevens "done nothing wrong." I had exercise my opinion. She replied to me "whatever." Tjis telling you what type of people are hired in these officials office. Then told me that she will pass along my information. She didn't ask me name or what state I was from or anything.. The broad was just rude. I will email my officials in the area and explain of course the unprofessionalism from Stevens' office!

It just my luck today that I had to get someone over the phone that was just anal! Sheesh! Anyway, I am glad that you had someone male to talk to and I got stuck with that broad! And that is true about emailing and followingup with the officials. My officials are very good in followingup with me in a timely matter.. But, I didn't like the unprofessionalism from Stevens' office. As long as there are people that are taxpayers, all officials including Senators should give the public the respect over the phone and in the office on whether to agree or disgree with an issue or concern.. After all, they serve the public and we put them in office! I wonder if that woman that I talked to over the phone was really Britney Spears. LOL!

I know that the bloggers including yourself want more indictments from the Gerbil and company and Addington.. The little soldier is small potatoes to the major players involved in the leak case. Even though the little soldier is only charged with 5 counts of lying to investigators, making false statements, and obstruction of justice, Libby can be a useful tool to give more information to bring down the Administration. Think about it! His lawyers are so desperately wanting that memory expert from UCLA to testify. To Libby's lawyers, that is Libby's only chance to prove in his eyes, that he couldn't remember certain events from the timeline because of his stressful work in National Security matters. That is what Libby's lawyers are banking on. Now, on the Prosecutor's side, Fitz, he doesn't care if Libby brings in a memory expert or Dr. Phil to testify, it is simply a waste of time.. I am sure that Fitz has witnesses line up to testify on Libby's demeanor on his daily duties as the assistant to Cheney and assistant to the Gerbil. When Libby's trial doesn't not go well in his favor, he will ask or beg Fitz for a plea bargain. If he doesn't, then he is idiot! And the November elections will play a role of where the pendulum swings in the Gerbil Administration. If the Democrats/Independents win the majority in November, the Administration will not come to Libby's rescue. Right now, it is the every man for himself in that Administration. And certain officals in the WH will turn on one another.. Fitz is smart enough not to objectto the little soldier's cries for the memory expert testimony because Libby will hang himself to dry! Just wait for the rest of the house of cards to fall soon...It will be a domino effect in the Administration.

oh, I give up! The efforts I've made to show the real war beyond the regular political frick and frack! I even posted a document that had been ripped off this blog a year ago that gave Fitzgerald the power to negotiate, indict, or levy with every senator/congressman and it was regarded as fluff. All I've done for 5 years now has been responded to as fluff. I've lost a cousin to all my efforts, and put my neck out brazenly to consistently fall back ridiculed or denied opportunity to continue to help Fitz attain the largest indictment he could ever want. Impeachment. Things I've done I'm sure others have taken credit for, so much for the truth. Wrote an email to him asking if he wanted me to pursue the last whistleblower that will open up a chain of indictments longer than the time I've wasted on this political quest for truth. It was never to turn this way. When the spirit of truth steers you towards another direction, what can you say? No? Put down by attorneys and looked down upon by those that providence has led me to see as hope for our future...
I give up! If Fitzgerald wants his straight arrow he knows how to contact me. If you think I lied to Doyle or was going off on tangents for no good reason then maybe this isn't the political party I should be offering my help to.
