HOUSTON - Cyberterrorism could be the most devastating weapon of mass destruction yet and could cripple the U.S. economy, former CIA Director Robert Gates said at a terrorism conference Saturday.

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2006/
11/8/161940/682

Robert Gates, you have some explaining to do.

Were you or were you not among the group of Bush I associates who met with representatives of the Iranian Mullahs in 1980 in order to make sure that Americans kept hostage weren't released until after Jimmy Carter was defeated?

Also present, Ben-Menashe wrote, would be about a half dozen Israeli representatives, including David Kimche, and several CIA officials, including Donald Gregg and Robert Gates, an ambitious young man who was considered close to Bush. At the time, Gates was serving as an executive assistant to CIA Director Stansfield Turner.

GHWB needs all his dirty secrets exposed once and for all.

10-17-06: President Bush signs into law one that does not exist!

On Oct. 17, 2006, President Bush signs into law the Military Commissions Act of 2006, or that's what he thinks along with most every one else including Congress, but he signed it 14 countable days after Congress adjourned, thus failing to return a bill that violated Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constition.

The good part is that the gerbil cannot declare war on a dime anymore from his rubber stamp.

The bad part is that the 110th Congress is not in power yet so the gerbil has carte blanche until that time.

Exclusive: Charges Sought Against Rumsfeld Over Prison Abuse

Just days after his resignation, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is about to face more repercussions for his involvement in the troubled wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. New legal documents, to be filed next week with Germany's top prosecutor, will seek a criminal investigation and prosecution of Rumsfeld, along with Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, former CIA director George Tenet and other senior U.S. civilian and military officers, for their alleged roles in abuses committed at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison and at the U.S. detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Hi, Mr. Biloxi:

Yes, I am really excited about Elliot and Hillary in office. Let's not talk about Rudy.. That is another story. You kept up with so much of the Libby trial. Sorry, but I have been away for a while off the blog. But, I do know that Libby can't use the memory loss expert in the trial.

I wanted to ask your professional opinion. Do you think that Libby has a chance in the dark to be found innocent in the trial or will he try to work a deal with Mr. Fitzgerald? I like your feedback on that. Thanks!

Mrs X:

Well, in my professional opinion (and this is my own opinion snd I don't know what Fitz's strategy is), Libby, at this point, should plea bargained with Fitz. Libby and his lawyers were banking on the memory expert to testify in the trial. Libby's tragic mistake was to use the memory loss defense as his only defense since the "greymail" defense didn't work for Fitz. Any smart person has a Plan B and Libby doesn't have a Plan B. The real question: is Libby going to take the stand in his own defense although he can't have a memory expert to testify? Libby is basically toasted if Fitz brings in Cheney and Armitage as government witnesses. Right now, Libby is on shaky grounds going into the trial. If Libby plea bargains, who is to say Judge Walton will give Libby a break since Libby doesn't have a criminal record. Remember, Libby wasted the time of the court, the Judge, the prosecutor, the government, and the taxpayers' money. I don't think Walton will give Libby a break. But, Libby's lawyers have to find some miracle defense to get their client out of the mess. And don't look for the Gerbil to help Libby. Now, that the Democrats have control, Libby is hosed for a pardon.. I look for Rove to be next on Fitz's radar real soon.

Well the people are awake and pissed off...

Somebody better do something real fast or the Sh@# is gonna hit the fan...

9/11 & Iraq is foremost in everyones mind s-q and Iraq had nothing to do with the terra wars because they finally admitted that it was about resource control. Oil.

The administration was lying for 6 years to the American and raking big bucks for self interest contracts(Bechtel, Halliburton, and Defense Contractors, etc) while selling out our Job base at home to Corporate interests here and overseas..

While they prop up the market and fudge the numbers to tell everybody that everything is ok, the situation out there in the real world is getting critical with Foreclosures, Bankrupcies, Layoffs, and forced retirements...

Meanwhile the globalist evildoer fatcats are telling us to calm down and everything is under control.

Ideals won't feed or shelter a family folks..Fudging the numbers won't make the problem go away.

Maintaining the status quo while our kids fight in some god foresaken hell hole in order to insure a fatcat a full tank of gas while his family is back home getting arrested for wearing a peace shirt in a mall is not my idea of everything is ok!

So Mass media can keep lying but the truth is out there and no amount of sugar coating will make reality go away!

"Lawyers for the plaintiffs say that one of the witnesses who will testify on their behalf is former Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski, the one-time commander of all U.S. military prisons in Iraq. Karpinski — who the lawyers say will be in Germany next week to publicly address her accusations in the case — has issued a written statement to accompany the legal filing, which says, in part: "It was clear the knowledge and responsibility [for what happened at Abu Ghraib] goes all the way to the top of the chain of command to the Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld ."

First of all, It is generally agreed that this election was a statement about the war in Iraq, which is why the first order of business is to bring our troops home now! Bipartisan Legislation was introduced by members of Congress Dennis Kucinich, Ron Paul, Walter Jones and Neil Abercrombie “Homeward Bound” callling for the return of our troops starting October 2006. Contact your congressperson and tell them to sign on or introduce a similar bill immediately. Also contact Nancy Pelosi(use zip code 94110) or email her directly and tell her to bring the bill to the floor of the House as soon possible.

Congress and the President of the United States, George Bush(snr), indicated in Public Law 102-14, 102nd Congress, that the United States of America was founded upon the Seven Universal Laws of Noah, and that these Laws have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization. They also acknowledged that the Seven Laws of Noah are the foundation upon which civilization stands and that recent weakening of these principles threaten the fabric of civilized society, and that justified preoccupation in educating the Citizens of the United States of America and future generations is needed. For this purpose, this Public Law designated March 26, 1991 as Education Day, U.S.A.

This White House reminds me of a really bad western movie. You know, one of those B movies where their mouths move about a minute after they actually say something?

The bad guys ride into town and start shooting up all of the people for no apparent reason other than they want to take over the entire town... (that would be the current administration)

Then a cowboy, clean clothes & clean shaven, wearing a white hat, rides into town and climbs off his white horse and suddenly swings his rifle around and shoots all 40 of the bad guys! (that would be the new Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi)

Round 'em up Nancy! LOL

The deceptive “Education Day, U.S.A.” Law/Religion (H.R.102-14) was birthed when elder Bush was in power. The DATE CHANGES because THEY use the JEWISH CALENDAR.

SPB,
Justice for Germany would be start but it isn't going to bring back the dead. I have no idea what sort of punishment would be sufficient for those kind of humans...

The British also had enough of Blair and his bulls.... Today Blair pulled out another terrorist threat from under the table, it was running on Sky News when I went for lunch and people didn't even look up from their plates or break off their conversations...

Fear and Terrorism in TV has been reduced to daily soap meaninglessness, how sad..

"AH...Thanks for the insight...
perhaps!"

A person told me once that when criticize someone for his or her action or mistake, be careful of your words because one day you can be in that same situation.

That just a word of advice...

Pelosi, Dean, Fitz and others are in a leadership role. Leaders are judged by others. And leaders will be criticize for their actions for the good and bad. But, real leaders take the criticisms in stride and strive for the best to serve others...

You are right, Waterflake. Justice in the U.S. will never bring back the deaths of the soldiers. But, justice is needed to restore the integrity in the U.S. as well as Germany. It is a shame that the soldiers were put in harms way because of the Gerbil's greed...

guess it's the same person writing the script, to them it's all a big game show under the heading:

'How best to manipulate entire nations'

SPB, I know and it's not just the soldiers but so many innocent civilians, especially children. I think they should be handed over to the families of their victims and let them decide. (oh and as the Geneva Conventions don't seem to count for the Gerbil he shouldn't have the benefit of being protected by it)

Well, they better hope that some even smarter group is not out there planning to trap them in their own game...

Remember this one thing Waterflake:
"No matter how smart you are, no matter how smart your friends are, there's always someone smarter than you and your friends! No matter if you thought-out all the details...

And that smarter one or group may be having a dollar bet that they can destroy you and your group!"

"Ever seen that Movie Trading Places ?"

So, true, Waterflake. Also, the honest journalists lost their lives too.. You notice that the Gerbil doesn't talk about that.

"guess it's the same person writing the script, to them it's all a big game show under the heading:"

And that script will be rewritten.. Nancy Pelosi is one tough cookie and next in line 3rd for the Presidency.. Right now, the Gerbil is walking on egg shells.
