Sixty Days Notice Ought To Do It...

and let the door hit him on the way out! ;)

Rangel To
Evict Dick

Harlem's newly powerful Rep. Charles Rangel wants to stick it to his White House nemesis Vice President Cheney - by taking over his spacious House office.

At the same time, the veteran congressman offered a limp olive branch to the vice president yesterday, saying he regretted publicly calling him an SOB last week.

"I take back saying that publicly. I should have reserved that for him when we were together privately," said Rangel. "Believe me, he would have understood."

Rangel (D-Harlem), poised to become the next chairman of the important House Ways and Means Committee, spoke of the need for bipartisanship with the Republicans, even as he continued his feud with Cheney.

"Mr. Cheney enjoys an office on the second floor on the House of Representatives that historically has been designated as the Ways and Means chairman," Rangel mused. "And, I've talked with [future Speaker of the House] Nancy Pelosi ... and I'm trying to find some way to be gentle as I restore the dignity of that office to the chair."

Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'

Keep movin', movin', movin',
Though they're disapprovin',
Keep them doggies movin' Rawhide!
Don't try to understand 'em,
Just rope and throw and grab 'em,
Soon we'll be living high and wide.
Boy my heart's calculatin'
America's been waitin', been waiting for the end of their ride.

Move 'em on, head 'em up,
Head 'em up, move 'em out,
Move 'em on, head 'em out Rawhide!
Set 'em out, ride 'em in
Ride 'em in, let 'em out,
Cut 'em out, ride 'em in Rawhide.

Yeah it's always touchy movin' into someone's old office space. But change is inevitable and it's all forotten in a few weeks or so... And life goes on, preferably for the better.

I do hope Mister Cheney had a swell time on his hunting trip to tide him over and give him something to plan on for next year. Anyways why is he looking so glum? He is richer than sin after all these shenanigans, and I sure he too has remote island acreage, though if he is listening it could be sinking now. Oh well we can't extradite him from the depths I guess that's cheerful news too.

Uh-oh my old Catholic guilt is coming on for being vindictive, sorry! Kind-of.

The truth should not be whitewashed to protect anyone or any country. The various agencies and politicians must earn the TRUST of the American people again.

Otherwise, our troops die in vain without truth and justice.

Now it's the Dems turn. Cheney made alot of enemies on the hill. It's pay back time. Yes the mighty will fall. Cheney will lose his Big Business backers and leave with his head between his legs. Cheney knows this and is trying to make it a soft landing. All the secrets will be revealed and it is a cut throat business that's how Cheney got his by destroying someone else.

Toto was last seen trying to sniff out the truth and looking for that justice bone. He was sporting a nice new handsome blue sweater though.

Toto thinks all the "Wizard's" tricks should be revealed to people and animals everywhere.
