Boy, pay back is certainly a bitch! Even the Hammer hand-picked and buddy judge couldn't help him! He remains on the ballot. Man, the Hammer got nailed. Can't wait for that nail to finally seal Spanky's coffin with a conviction!

Alan Keyes is always available to stand in for disgraced Republican candidates. He has nothing else better to do, too bad he did not get on the ballot.

Now, let's not get started about the carpet bagger that you just mention, Alan Keyes, Night Owl! He really had a hell of lot of nerve to call Ms. Clinton (whether you like Hillary or not) a carpet bagger! He should have look at himslef in the mirror when he made that crapola comment. I was glad that Obama kicked his ass in the Senate race. No, Night Owl, we don't want to see Keyes' name on ballot on any state or even on a job application for Walmart. Leave the disgraced Keyes where he is: licking his wounds and picking his nose!

Folks,

WASHINGTON - President Bush will hold a series of formal news conferences outside of Washington, DC, as part of an effort to listen to people in different parts of the country, a White House official said Thursday. The first such briefing will be Friday, in Chicago.

Bush's mid-morning news conference will be a part of a Chicago visit that begins Thursday night with a dinner with the city's Democratic mayor and local opinion leaders and continues the next day with a breakfast with leaders in the small business community, said White House counselor Dan Bartlett.

Fitz, are you going give your favorite Gerbil a warm welcome into your crib or you just going togive him the heel of your shoe?

And how come former GOP Senator Bob Smith and former GOP John Le Boutillier are eating their own as in McCain?

DeLay on ballot means problems for Texas GOP

Brian Beutler
Published: Thursday July 6, 2006

A ruling by a federal judge today to keep former Representative Tom DeLay (R-TX) on the 2006 ballot is likely to have undesirable consequences for the Republican Party in Texas, RAW STORY has learned.

Looks like the Slimy GOP has a very big problem!!

Nice DeLay said he lives in another State yet he's on the Texas ballot. Just where does this guy live?

DeLay is the wind. He apparently lives anywhere he can appear on a ballot ... he has no worldly possessions.

He is truly a wraith.

The opinion granting a permanent injunction in favor of the Texas Democratic Party is good reading. DeLay testified that he could not say with any certainty where he would be residing on election day, which is the day that matters under the Constitution. He did not know if he would be residing in Virginia a week from now! You know, I guess that part is true, because he was probably waiting for the Court to rule before "deciding" where he would be living on election day. What a complete and utter farce, and the Judge makes it quite clear that he understood it to be a farce.

At the end of the opinion the Judge makes a comment that various things, including "manufactured evidence," can not trump the Constitution.
