Rove Is An Obstruction Of Justice...

Obstruction of Justice - refers to any interference of the administration and due process of law. This can take place during an investigation, as well as during a trial.
Anyone who knowingly interferes with the work of police officers, investigators, prosecutors or government agencies can be charged. Someone can also be charged with obstruction of justice if they impair the efforts of a court trial. For example, threatening a juror or witness or being really smug and arrogant.
"Hundreds of pages of emails and memos "discovered" by the White House in February and turned over to Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald show that Karl Rove played a much larger role in the Valerie Plame Wilson leak case than he had previously disclosed to a grand jury and FBI investigators.
In February, TruthOut was the first to report the existence of the 250 pages of emails from Vice President Dick Cheney's office and the Office of the President that were written in mid-2003.
Some of the emails and memos were written by Rove, and are part of a growing body of evidence suggesting he lied to the grand jury and the FBI and may have obstructed justice during the course of the investigation. It was following their disclosure that Fitzgerald advised Rove's attorney, Robert Luskin, several weeks ago that he intends to indict Rove for perjury and lying to investigators. The lingering question, sources close to the case said, is whether Fitzgerald will add obstruction of justice to the list of charges that he has already drafted against Rove." [continued]

You have a solid case for Obstruction of Justice against Karl Rove. That facts speak for themselves. Now how will the DOJ handle a defense attorney who obstructed justice as in the case of Attorney Luskin? This is a little odd that an attorney would go that far to defend his guilty client unless he has some involvement or plays a part in this himself. I realize that the GJ has to really take their time but Rove has to many lies to explain away. But the Attorney is the puzzle, looks like Ms. Novak made them dig themselves dipper in the lies.
Don't worry I'm following this case because your a good teacher and you make it easy to understand.
Oh and yes Libby knows what he's charged with too. You are right I missed that one.

Yes Fitz, lay out the obstruction of justice charges.

They certainly deserve it as does Hadley, with the documents here.
