Hi Jordan,

We're sure you meant this question for Mr. Fitzgerald, but it would be hard for him to answer because he is not allowed to speak specifically about any cases. You know, like Rove and Libby.

You can find out online what the judge thinks about Libby's defense- That it's not about the reasons for going to war, but about lying to investigators about who revealed that a Bush critic's wife was a CIA employee.

A lot of people hate lying. I hate lying. When someone lies to you, it is an insult. It's like saying, "You're too stupid and worthless to know the truth."

Jordan, the president made many bad choices because he did not listen to experts.

His own father, in the first Gulf war did not attempt to go into the city of Baghdad because he said a war in Iraq would not have a reasonable exit and he was right.

Hello Jordan!

You are youngest blogger on board. Do I think that the President has made good choices? The answer is no, Jordan. You have to understand that anyone can have a title such President, lawyer, doctor, etc. But, you can't get leadership. Leadership is earned. and this President hasn't earned leadership. There is a difference between a leader and dictator. Leaders listens to people and take criticisms. A Dictator doesn't listen to people rather they tell people what to do no matter what the person feels. The President of the United States's position is not just a leader but to serve the public. And the President hasn't served the people. He has dictated to people. As you, Jordan, become an adult, you will learn what leadership is and being a servant to others in life. A book that I highly recommend for you to read is "Lincoln on Leadership." This will give you an insight of Lincoln's leadership as President. And you can ask yourself if President Bush's leadership is on the scale of Lincoln. Great question, Jordan. Hope to hear from you again...

Ask anyone I know jordan, the answer to that question is obvious.

Those who would think he made good choices, are completely blind.

I fully believe that all the zionists think he made wise and perfect choices, because they are who were behind this whole war.

Many of the nazi straussian zionist coalition, is aethiest, has no hebrew background and mostly despise the arabs. How are they in control of all foreign policy?

Might want to ask them?

Because of unconditional support towards certain countries like Israel, the USA has never had any identity of its own.

The Federal Reserve's demise will burn things in and free some from slavery, but the road ahead is one measured in change.

I know a few....they are the 30% of the bush base..the debate shall go forward.

The line about other foreign countries also receiving foreign aid and you being an anti-semite for singling out israel, is pure BS.

Let me just give you a few pointers. There is no single country, worldwide, that receives the same unconditional support.

Israel and its handlers are not without its flaws; and deserves to be criticized completely fo we don't get into such a mess again.

5 billion a year could be equally distributed between the middle-east, rather than sent exclusively to israel or any government not deserving of that aid. That is a fact, and history has not been kind to the renegades and outcasts in the straights of homuz.

Valerie Plame gets book deal

New York Times

Valerie Plame Wilson, the Central Intelligence Agency covert officer whose name was publicly disclosed three years ago, has agreed to sell her memoir for a little more than $2.5 million, according to people involved in the bidding process for the book.

"The book, whose working title is "Fair Game," is scheduled to be published in the fall of 2007 by Crown Publishing, an imprint of Random House. Steve Ross, senior vice president and publisher of Crown, said the book would be Ms. Wilson's "first airing of her actual role in the American intelligence community, as well as the prominence of her role in the lead-up to the war."

Look for Ms. Wilson's book next year!!

BigPharma does it again.

This is something we need the USDOJ to look at because since Yale was central to the Lyme Scam, and Corrupticut bieng what it is, no lawyers will tale them on for fear of retaliation.

And the US Attorney we have is political- in with the Rowland-Bush gang. AND, the Chief Justice of the Second Circuit is John M. Walker (a Walker-Bush) AND Dubya's uncle Jonathan Bush lives here too, both are involved with Yale, and Jon Bush was involved in the Riggs Bank scandal.

The DOJ needs a former BigPharma chemist because of all of the obvious corruption and incompetence at the NIH, FDA, and especially the CDC.

Someone good and pissed at all the bullcrap. Someone let down on Lyme in Lyme central, where BigPfarma *is.*

Here I am in 2001 telling the FDA Yale and SmithKline committed a FRAUD, and never proved LYMErix prevented Lyme:
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/ac/01/slides/3680s2_11.pdf

Do I sound mad? BigPharma *does* this stuff all the time and there's no one competent to look into the matters. Merck is trying each Vioxx of the nearly 10,000 claims/cases individually, instead of the DOJ charging Merck with FRAUD, because Merck knows these cases will go on forever, and people will eventually give up. There will be no one around to fight for each person's estate.

We're on our own out here. No law enforcement protection.

Final posting. and I know that the blogger will read this late Sunday:

First Posting:

Those damn emails will haunt Abramoff and The Hammer:

AP: DeLay Staff Knew Abramoff Arranged Junket

What's new here are the emails, which seem so darn conspiratorial:
"Our financial disclosure forms from the England/Scotland trip are due tomorrow afternoon. ... I would appreciate if you would send me your information," a DeLay aide wrote Abramoff's firm.
The e-mails show Abramoff's team provided then-DeLay chief of staff Susan Hirschmann a final cost figure of $75,600 for the weeklong European trip taken by DeLay; his wife, Christine; Hirschmann; Hirschmann's husband; and Rudy.
The e-mails stated DeLay's office could attribute the figures to "the final bookkeeping efforts" by [NCPPR]. Despite the figure from Abramoff, DeLay's report to Congress put the cost lower, at just over $70,000.
[Abramoff's assistant, Susan Ralston] wrote she had a follow-up conversation with DeLay's office. Hirschmann wanted "a name" of someone at [NCPPR] who would attest to paying for the trip and was concerned whether the center's executive director, Amy Ridenour, knew about the costs.
"She (Hirschmann) just wants to make sure that if someone starts asking questions that Amy Ridenour knows about these s," Ralston wrote.
And yes, that Susan Ralston is the same one who's currently Karl Rove's assistant. Apparently she's good at preparing for when "someone starts asking questions."

NYT: House Committee to Investigate DHS Limo Contract
By Paul Kiel - May 7, 2006, 12:28 AM

"On Friday, Republicans and Democrats on the House Committee on Homeland Security announced that they planned to investigate Shirlington Limousine's contract.
"The information we've obtained raises a number of serious questions, from the contracting process to possible security concerns," said Representative Mike Rogers of Alabama, the Republican chairman of the House subcommittee in charge of management and oversight at the Department of Homeland Security. "The appearance of a lack of background checks on contractors is another troubling personnel issue at D.H.S. that we are examining."
In a draft letter to the inspector general of homeland security, to be sent Monday, Representative Bennie G. Thompson of Mississippi, the ranking Democrat on the Homeland Security Committee, asks why the department hired the limousine company and whether Shirlington's bid received preferential treatment. It seeks a list of official passengers.
Democrats on the committee said Friday that they plan to ask homeland security officials about the Shirlington contract in a May 18 hearing."

Finally, the Democrats are taking action! Signing off!

Offering each the bloom or blight,
And the choice goes by forever
Twixt that darkness and that light.
Though the cause of evil prosper,
Yet 'tis truth alone is strong;
Though her portion be the scaffold,
And upon the throne be wrong,
Yet that scaffold sways the future,
And, behind the dim unknown,
Standeth God within the shadow

That's a GREAT idea!!

No contact with "elected representatives" except through their open blogs. We could call it, um, DEMOCRACY?

No more onlogged visits to the White House by certain imaginary people who Bush never met. No more no-bid contracts. The CIA and the even bigger Negroponte spooks are too stupid for words. Cases in point: E-bombs, thermite, and the Mennonites running drugs from Mexico to Canada.

Booo.

$354 million for the Halliburton jails project, but they won't give that money to the poor families and build them homes. If we build $150,000 homes for people, instead of these jails with that money, we could build 2360 homes.

If we spent that money on a new energy widget factory, we could create thousands of jobs, and the products could go into American homes (silicon plasma solar panels and the converters necessary to pump energy back into the system).

Like, if I said that to the CT Governor I would be declared insane and sent to jail as a terrorist.

Oh, What am I saying. That already happened.

Well, Luskin is trying ti save this client, Rove. As you recall, Luskin and Rove gave conflicting information to Fitz. And notice what Leopold said that the very end of his article: "Novak testified that she told Luskin about Rove being Cooper's source in either January or May 2004 - guessing it was likely in May. Luskin testified that it was between October 2003 and February 2004." In Truthout, Rove had lied to investigators "eight out of 9 times." Rove and Luskin are afraid and that they are now switching the blame on V. Novak. And how can Novak tipped off Rove about Cooper??? Give me a break... Here is some of the excerpt of timeline of Rove that I pulled from Waterflake's website:

July 10 or 11, 2003: Karl Rove email Stephen Hadley after his discussion with Times reporter, Matt Cooper. Rove claimed that he tried to steer Cooper away from allegations Wilson was making about the faulty Iraq intelligence. Rove told Libby that he had earlier that week discussed Wilson’s trip and Wilson’s wife with columnist Robert Novak and that Novak would be writing a story.

July 2, 2005: Rove’s lawyer, Robert Luskin, said that Rove spoke with Matt Cooper “three or four days” before Plame’s identity was first in print by Robert Novak. Luskin asserted Rove “never knowingly disclosed classified information” and that Rove didn’t tell Cooper that Plame worked for the CIA.

Now in 2005, Vivica Novak wrote about her grand jury testimony informing Fitz of a conversation that she had with Rove's lawyer Luskin. After learning that Fitz might be calling her to testify, Novak wrote:
"I hired a lawyer ... but I didn't tell anyone at Time," Novak wrote of the days leading up that interview. "Unrealistically, I hoped this would turn out to be an insignificant twist in the investigation and also figured that if people at Time knew about it, it would be difficult to contain the information, and reporters would pounce on it."

Novak knew that she was going to tesify and she was afraid of what Fitz would ask her. Now, Rove is saying it is Novak that tipped off Rove about Cooper. E, Rove and Luskin are trying to cover their butts. That is why Rove is charged with obstruction of justice and lying to the FBI investigators and prosecutor..... They both know that Fitz is close to the truth.. Since Novak was dimissed from her job, we haven't heard from her... But, the bottomline is that Rove had a conversation with Cooper at the time in which Ms. Plame was a active covert and when the documents were still classified.

1. Finally, someone is telling the truth on why Potty Goss has tossed out from his position:

Behind the Goss toss
W's 'alarmed' panel sealed top spy's fate
BY RICHARD SISK
DAILY NEWS WASHINGTON BUREAU

WASHINGTON - A little-known White House advisory board convinced a reluctant President Bush to launch yet another high-profile shakeup of the nation's intelligence community and can CIA Director Porter Goss, sources said yesterday.
Bush had already gotten an earful from Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte on the shortcomings of Goss, but the final push came from the "very alarmed" President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board, intelligence and Congressional sources said.
Alarms were set off at the advisory board by a widening FBI sex and cronyism investigation that's targeted Kyle (Dusty) Foggo, the No.3 official at the CIA, and also touched on Goss himself.

The board, which includes longtime Bush confidant and former Commerce Secretary Don Evans, joined in the growing chorus inside and outside the CIA calling for Goss' ouster, persuading Bush to act, sources said."

Kathleen,

You make it sound so simple, but you are so right.

Criminals are labeled by the system and then they are purged off the voting rolls, so they don't count.

Aka innocent black people and muslims.

Corrupticut has done this type of election fraud for years also. Then the felons happen to flow back through the system, using their rigged program in the voting machines.

And the first step for all of them, is making sure all these innocent people are made felons to begin with. They do that by like you say, making the war on drugs a referendum to purge voters & overthrow initiatives. You have no democracy then. You have a plutocracy.
