Kenny Boy Who..?

Convicted Felon Lay: Why are the Media Forgetting the Bush/Cheney Connection?
"Reading the MSM's coverage of Ken Lay's testimony -- side by side with its coverage of George Bush's latest bleating about energy -- I've been struck by how little discussion there is of Lay's and Enron's deep connections to Bush, Cheney, and the White House's energy company-dictated energy policy.
It would be like flash-forwarding four years to some future trial of Jack Abramoff and hearing nothing about Tom DeLay."
"So, as a reminder, here's what we must not forget:Lay didn't become "Kenny Boy" and an intimate FOG (Friend of George) because of his folksy charm. Enron and its executives doled out $2.4 million to federal candidates and parties in the 2000 election -- including $113,000 to the Bush/Cheney campaign. Lay and his wife also gave $100,000 to Bush's 2000 inaugural fund (Skilling chipped in $100,000 of his own), and another $5,000 each to the Bush-Cheney 2000 Recount Fund to help assure there'd be an inauguration. What's more, Lay even gave W's folks a ride to their son's 2000 inauguration on an Enron plane." [more]

I believe the question is self explanatory?
The MSM reports nothing that is detrimental to this Administration.

We do not get news in this country (except alternate news sites), we get "stories" where journalists (yuck that word is so inappropriate) tell us what to think about nothing.

The MSM is pathetic, the WH Press Corps is even worse.

You'd honestly think that they could have some real fun with this.

Abramoff E-Mails to Get First Courtroom Airing in Safavian Case
By Kristin Jensen, Bloomberg

May 22, 2006

The U.S. government's probe of influence peddling linked to lobbyist Jack Abramoff, based largely on a trail of e-mails, gets its first courtroom test this week in the case of former White House official David Safavian.

Safavian, 38, goes on trial in a Washington courtroom on charges he concealed Abramoff's interest in government business when seeking permission to accept airfare for a Scotland golf trip from the lobbyist in 2002. Safavian is also accused of obstructing inquiries into the matter. He pleaded not guilty.

Abramoff has pled guilty to conspiracy to corrupt lawmakers and is cooperating with prosecutors. The Justice Department has also secured guilty pleas from three former congressional aides who worked for Republican Representatives Tom DeLay of Texas and Bob Ney of Ohio.

``This may be one of the rare times where the Justice Department has to lay out its whole case publicly,'' said Melanie Sloan, a former federal prosecutor who runs the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. ``It may be the only one where they ever go to trial.''

Abramoff, 47, promises to figure prominently in the trial though he may not actually testify. U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman granted a request by prosecutors Peter Zeidenberg and Nathaniel Edmonds to permit hundreds of e-mails written or received by Abramoff to be admitted as evidence. The judge excluded just 14 of the government's exhibits....

If people had paid attention to the media during Enron's glory days they would have notice how close Bush and Lay were. Ken Lay was going to be appointed to a top govenment job people. Remember you get the top job with the most money. Ken Lay was discribed as one of the smartist men of our time and even the Bush family had shares in Eron. Why oh why don't people pay attention. The media just isn't saying anything because they were ordered not to by the White House. It seems when one of the loyal crooks get caught these guys play the gillian defense of I never knew that person. Notice how few friends Abramoff, DeLay and Duke have now. At one time the GOP dropped these names all the time as friends now not a word. Times are changing and the evil doers are going down fast.

Well, folks!

All I can say is connect the dots. Enron and Tyco are not the only companies that were in bed with the Gerbil and company. There are others who are in the backpocket of King Gerbil!

Oh ROGER!
Cheney suffers from advanced Coronary Artery Disease which has resulted in MULTIPLE formations of circulation-clogging plaque.

He will never spend all his money, he'll be dead soon. His disease continues to progress. Undoubtedly it has also affected his carotid arteries producing blockages and probably also affecting vessels in his brain.

He doesn't have ADD, he's suffering from brain damage.

Stress aggravates cardiac disease, fortunately!

Fat boy goin' down.
