The Beat Goes On...

The beat goes on.
Drums keep pounding a rhythm to the brain.
La de da de de, la de da de da.

"Today, defense lawyers are also expected to file a motion asking U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton, who is presiding over the case, to dismiss all charges against Libby.

La de da de de

On Friday, Fitzgerald and the defense attorneys are scheduled to argue at a court hearing whether Fitzgerald should have to provide Libby with classified material and information about reporters and administration officials questioned in the investigation." Wa. Po.

Make sure you go to a real doctor for a flu shot. Then please take care of yourself you can't keep getting sick. I'll talk to you later about that. Now I'm glad I followed the Ollie North case. Libby is not getting good representation from these attorney. They act like their working for Rove/Cheney interest. Or their just going throught the motions. I've also noticed that that I don't remember is coming up alot lately with Bush, Cheney and Rummy. Isn't it funny how people choose to forget or remember. If there were a Million dollar check for Libby and the same day he leaked the CIA's name. Watch do you think he'd remember $$$ your right he'd remember that. The brain is a powerfull tool and it has storage space.

I have to aggree with Jackie that the little soldier's attornies are certainly bleeding him dry for funds. By using the same strategy that was used in the Oliver North's case, it is a clear sign for Scooter to switch attorneys. Libby says that he can or can't remember things. I bet if Libby's buddies, Rove, Bush, and Cheney turn on him, Libby will all of the sudden tell Fitz: "It is a miracle. I can now remember everything!" Uh huh....

Hi guys, Fitz and staff. I'VE STILL GOT IT. I read the Washingpost article and yes its called selective memory loss. My grandmother who was 99 years old would say when she didn't want to talk to a person " who are you " then she'd say " who am I ". Once her check came in from my Grandfather's estate and she gave us their history. I said how do you remember that far back, she told me people believe anything and who's going to argue with an old lady. Fitz either Libby is as old as my grandmother or he's lying. Us baby bommers remember our grandparents and their tricks of the day. My grandmother was sharp as a tact and knew how to work it. I told you we learn alot from the older generation. So get your staff to dig and look for you know what I mean and it will be check mate. Oh don't forget the special surpise for me on March 10th and by the way I'll be 29 years old again. The age clock must be stuck, don't think just go with the flow.

Jackie,

It is called "selective loss" memory but in Libby's case it called " CYA" memory loss. Libby only select to his BB brain to not remember leaking the CIA's name and other things om that matter.

Switching gears:

The Biloxi bags is full of the goods:

1. Sept. 11 Report Ties Bin Laden to UAE (United Arab Emirates. People won't be happy to hear this!)

The trail

"Within 48 hours of the explosions, the investigators have linked some of the terrorists to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. But it is almost certain that these may turn out to be just staging posts and the trail will lead to other parts of the Middle East and Asia."

This was on Raw Story today. I know that this is an old story. But, Raw story rerelease this for a reason of a connection. Notice that there hasn't been any followups from the Adminstration.

3. Finally, the Knucklehead of the week article presented by Bush:

Bush insists outsourcing to India has its benefits
By Jim Puzzanghera
Mercury News Washington Bureau
WASHINGTON - To people in Silicon Valley and around the country concerned about the outsourcing of jobs to India, President Bush on Wednesday offered something to make the practice more palatable.

http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/13940642.htm

And try convincing this strategy to the Northern California folks whose housing market is so extremely high that people are losing their homes left from right. And outsourcing is the answer?

Jackie is right. I'm guessing the lawyers don't want to cross the Bush-Cheney regime, even for their client, so Libby had better be cautious. Then again, I don't much care if he gets nailed for them, if he's so stupid as to go along, loyal little soldier.
As for the flu, I had it and it's rotten, especially the coughing, which lingers way too long. No cure, really, just sleep, soup and cough lozenges to quell. Eventually you get over it although complete energy return is more elusive.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Pat, as always. We know it will be right in the end.

Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) Lyrics

I was five and he was six
We rode on horses made of sticks
He wore black and I wore white
He would always win the fight

Bang bang you shoot me down
Bang bang I hit the ground
Bang bang that awful sound
Bang bang my baby shot me down

Seasons came and changed the time
And I grew up I called you mine
He would always laugh and say
Remember when we used to play

Bang bang I shot you down
Bang bang you hit the ground
Bang bang that awful sound
Bang bang i used to shoot you down

Music played and people sang
Just for me the church bells rang

HEY x4

Now he's gone I don't know why
Until this day sometime I cry
He didn't even say good bye
He didn't take the time to lie

Bang bang he shot me down
Bang bang I hit the ground
Bang bang that awful sound
Bang bang my baby shot me down

Song: Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)
By Cher
Music and lyrics by Sonny Bono

On audio album The Sonny Side of Cher (1966)

All,

The Abramoff case is alot bigger than we thought. Now, Abramoff has ties to Russia:

Abramoff ties to Russians probed
US inquiry widens to energy concerns
By Michael Kranish, Globe Staff | February 23, 2006
WASHINGTON -- The federal investigation into the lobbying activities of Jack Abramoff has broadened to examine his dealings with the Russian government and a pair of high-profile Russian energy company executives, according to documents made available to the Globe.

A subpoena in the case, issued this month to an Abramoff associate, says the US government is seeking information on Abramoff-related activities with ''any department, ministry, or office holder or agent of the Russian government." The subpoena, which has not been made public, was given to the Globe by a person who is involved in the case.

Fitz,

No wonder you have a headache with the liitle soldier. Now, Libby wants his case thrown out?? Amazing. A man who claims can't remember anything wants the case thrown out. And Libby can remember that part from his lawyers!

Attorneys want Libby charges thrown out
They say prosecutor in CIA leak case doesn't have proper authority

WASHINGTON - Lawyers for Vice President Cheney’s former top aide asked a federal judge Thursday to dismiss his indictment because the special prosecutor in the CIA leak case lacked authority to bring the charges.

New York Mob Indictment Charges 32

By LARRY NEUMEISTER, Associated Press Writer 1 hour, 42 minutes ago

The 42-count indictment unsealed Thursday accuses the defendants of engaging in criminal activity for more than a decade.
U.S. Attorney Michael J. Garcia also released details about a corrupt lawyer whom he said had enabled the family's acting boss to order a murder from prison and direct other crimes. The lawyer, Peter J. Peluso, pleaded guilty last summer, admitted his role in the murder and agreed to cooperate against his client, Liborio S. Bellomo.

My blog friends, Fitz, staff this is for you and the famous Libby defense. Crystal Waters sang Gypsy Woman and Cher sang her song on the Sonny/Cher show. O its good to be a baby boomer with a memory. I know the PJF Flygirls remember and Grandmanuk can go back beyond that. Now if we on this blog dont' have memory loss what does that say about the little soldier as he's younger. If any of the NSA or White House review this blog site I recommend that Libby get new lawyers or " Bums still cry, " Hey Buddy have you got a dime". In other words Libby is now begging next song " I walk the line in jail".

Here is a second runnerup to Bonehead award for this week: Tom DeLay!

DeLay Writes Letters: It’s “Absolutely Untrue” That Abramoff Was “A Close Friend”
A handwritten letter from DeLay to his constituents, 2/6/06:
"A final word on Jack Abramoff. the notion that he was a close friend who wielded influence over me is absolutely untrue"

And there you have it, from the House Majority Bonehead leader, Tom De Lay. He sounds like Bush when Bush claimed that he didn't know Abramoff but photos showed up with Bush/Abramoff connection. BOTH IDIOTS ARE DUMB LIKE DOORKNOBS!

Special Prosecutor Biloxi,

What I really can't believe is little soldier has now resorted to the "blame the prosecutor" defense!!!!

Is he totally stupid? Libby now claims that all charges must be dropped because the prosecutor wasn't appointed by the president.

Yet nowhere in the constitution does it say, the special prosecutor/prosecutor gets APPOINTED by the president...it says they get appointed by the acting deputy attorney GENERAL...which was JAMES COMEY, who runs the show.

His arguments are alot of scared "hot air"!!!! aka bullshit. I want these bastards out of there, and I'm helping bring the reinforcements!!!!

Anon, I hear you. But, it will not work for the little soldier! I just read an attached statement by Comey when he nominted Fitz as the Special Counsel. This fairy dust and stunt by the little solider to dismiss all charges because Fitz's position as Special Prosecutor wasn't approved by the Senate and therefore Fitz should be removed from this case. Libby sure need another lawyer because his lawyers are bleeding him dry and making him look like a village idiot!

Here are some of the facts of Fitz:

1. Fitz served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois on September 1, 2001. The Senate confirmed his nomination unanimously and Bush signed his commission on October 29, 2001

2. Here is the actual document for Comey's approval of Fitz's position signed by Comey and Fitz. You are right. Fitz doesn't need to appointed by the President. That is a weak argument:

http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/iln/osc/documents/ag_memo_august_12_2005.pdf

This is why Fitz can sing because the little soldier doesn't have a leg to stand on. Since he is bringing up Fitz's position, what I want to know is HOW DID LIBBY GET HIS TWO POSITION? Did he apply for the position like any other American citizen? AND HE IS QUALIFIED FOR BOTH POSITIONS?

I read through the plenary authority that Comey gave PJF a while ago.

I concur it just doesn't get any more airtight than that. Whew...

I hope our prosecutor has seen the doctor-there is a lot of the flu going around. Take care-p

Bluewild!

Of course, Bush knows about the connections with Abramoff, DeLay, CIA Leak, port sales, NSA, and so on. These scandals are now coming faced because the strategic plan by Bush to place his base in different positions for political gain and special favors are falling apart. Don't be fooled by the idiot. Just think about how Nixon strategically planned with all his players his reelection in the 70's. Same playbook but different era.

On a side note, 29 years old. Huh? It would be nice that everyday that we wake up that we have a merry fitzmas day!
