I just read the article by Leopold a few minutes ago. I gues you are hinting that we are closer to the truth. The office of Cheney and the National Security Council connection to the CIA leak case? This case certainly turned into a "who done it" mystery and a Watergate replica.

Hi Fitz hope you're feeling better and ready for the next round. I waited some of the games and the dude from Chicago win. I still like Bode. I read it and it sounds like an Oscar winning movie. The twist and turns of lies and who dud it was great. If these guys are going to use the Nixon play book to try to get out of this. Well this will be the biggest corrupted Administration in the history of this country. So far it worse then tricky Dick. Fitz your good real good and now they know it too.
Yes, it is like a football playbook except that playbook does change as strategies changes in the football game rules. The Administration thinks that playing the Tricky Dick handbook worked in the past and they assume it will work in the present. This Administration is like the play: Waiting for Godot (where two characters are waiting for the Godot. They do the same thing over and over again and getting the same results). This is definitely the definition of insanity for the Administration: doing the same thing over and over again expecting the different results.

I cannot comment on the interview on Air America by Larry Johnson. I have never watched the program. Libby is only charged with lying. If or should there is additional charges to Libby, I am sure that Fitz will keep us posted. Again, Libby or any of the suspects in this CIA case have not been charged with leaking the CIA name. As Fitz said, Rove is not ruled out or anyone else. Right now, there are a lot of speculations and ideas on what Fitz's next move is. And only Fitz knows and kept mum about it and has kept the media and the Administration still questioning. I read the WSJ this weekend. Now I know why Libby tried to use the "greymail" strategy. Libby's lawyer is John Cline. Cline is an attorney in the California area who was involved in the Oliver North's Iran-Contra case in the 1980s. I find it amazing that Cline stated to Fitz that he wasn't using the "greymail" strategy for his client, Libby, when that same tactic was used for Oliver North to walk.
Right, everybody knows he would and/or wants to use the strategy.
Its Getting so pathetic seeing Cheney talk on national TV now, about how it was NOT classified and on top of that...
He can declassify anything at will? WTF? You can't have both! It was classified period and the rest is bullshit.
Its just getting to be a joke, shut these assholes down. Cheney should have thought about the fact it was classified when he decided to betray the country and wreck the CIA for a "foreign government's" interests!
That's the end of that....as for the "secret indictments" Johnson said, well, all I know is there is some under seal for national security reasons so those indictments..and the arguments would be heard after we're out of the woods.

Greymail. Funny it was used when Fitz was about 13 years old. I guess the White House can only get the oldie Attorneys to do their dirty work. With aged ideas and fail procedures no wonder Rummy is so made. Their so far behind the times its sad. Who would have thought our Fitz would grow to be the one to set the stage for the clean up of the worse crimes of the White House in the history of this country. To answer your question: It would be Hastert. But, there is a problem with him. He has ties with Abramoff. So, he would not be the person to choose from. The next person is Condi (shoes and all). But, we have with a problem. With her connection with the Admnistration, she couldn't be fair to choose a new president. With all of the possible candidates for President under investigations with Abramoff, CIA Leak, torture, and the GOP corruption league, the U.S. have to hold a National election for the first time in history.

All I know is Cheney has to be taken out first and he's got a ring...a ring involved in conspiracy.
Bush obviously wasn't in it much, if at all and he won't be touched by the CIA.
But, Bush probably would be removed anyway for the NSA garbage or just decide to remove himself after the senate votes/turns against him. He would throw his hands up, because all of the real bad guys are already gone (aka cheney and crew!!) which is why its so important WE REMOVE THE FIFTH COLUMN.
Then if that does happen, its a special election...and if it did, I sure as hell dont want Nancy Pelosi as president...shes an AIPAC stooge....I'd want runoff election period. Especially for congress..

It is Tuesday. In today Biloxi goodie bag is interesting news. I knew that there was a connection of the selling of the ports to the Arab company and with the Bush Administration. Here the today's article:
W aides' biz ties to Arab firm
Treasury Secretary John Snow, whose agency heads the federal panel that signed off on the $6.8 billion sale of an English company to government-owned Dubai Ports World - giving it control of Manhattan's cruise ship terminal and Newark's container port.
Snow was chairman of the CSX rail firm that sold its own international port operations to DP World for $1.15 billion in 2004, the year after Snow left for President Bush's cabinet.
The other connection is David Sanborn, who runs DP World's European and Latin American operations and was tapped by Bush last month to head the U.S. Maritime Administration.
The ties raised more concerns about the decision to give port control to a company owned by a nation linked to the 9/11 hijackers.
