Good morning Fitz:

I just read the article by Leopold a few minutes ago. I gues you are hinting that we are closer to the truth. The office of Cheney and the National Security Council connection to the CIA leak case? This case certainly turned into a "who done it" mystery and a Watergate replica.

Fyi: Fitz,

You may want to put a link on the article. I clicked on your posting to get to Leopold's article. Jackie may be confused about your posting. Thought I warned you before Jackie gets on the blog to comment.

Hi Fitz hope you're feeling better and ready for the next round. I waited some of the games and the dude from Chicago win. I still like Bode. I also waited Batman Begins no I didn't do any of his fight moves. All the up dates on the case and current events SPB always takes us to the site. So you just get your clothes out for Tuseday morning back to the Bat Cave aka DOJ.

I read it and it sounds like an Oscar winning movie. The twist and turns of lies and who dud it was great. If these guys are going to use the Nixon play book to try to get out of this. Well this will be the biggest corrupted Administration in the history of this country. So far it worse then tricky Dick. Fitz your good real good and now they know it too.

Blogger Special Prosecutor Biloxi said...

Yes, it is like a football playbook except that playbook does change as strategies changes in the football game rules. The Administration thinks that playing the Tricky Dick handbook worked in the past and they assume it will work in the present. This Administration is like the play: Waiting for Godot (where two characters are waiting for the Godot. They do the same thing over and over again and getting the same results). This is definitely the definition of insanity for the Administration: doing the same thing over and over again expecting the different results.

SPB, and others hello. Hope our prosecutor got some needed rest.
Q? "Libby is not charged with conspiracy or any other offense involving acting in concert with others, and the indictment lists no un-indicted co-conspirators," states Fitzgerald's motion, which asks a judge to deny the defense motion seeking evidence Fitzgerald said is unrelated to Libby's criminal indictment.
Does this mean Larry Johnson was incorrect when he said last week on Air America that there was also a separate indictment when Scooters was filed? Do Feds use secret indictments very often?

I cannot comment on the interview on Air America by Larry Johnson. I have never watched the program. Libby is only charged with lying. If or should there is additional charges to Libby, I am sure that Fitz will keep us posted. Again, Libby or any of the suspects in this CIA case have not been charged with leaking the CIA name. As Fitz said, Rove is not ruled out or anyone else. Right now, there are a lot of speculations and ideas on what Fitz's next move is. And only Fitz knows and kept mum about it and has kept the media and the Administration still questioning. I read the WSJ this weekend. Now I know why Libby tried to use the "greymail" strategy. Libby's lawyer is John Cline. Cline is an attorney in the California area who was involved in the Oliver North's Iran-Contra case in the 1980s. I find it amazing that Cline stated to Fitz that he wasn't using the "greymail" strategy for his client, Libby, when that same tactic was used for Oliver North to walk.

5:07 PM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

Right, everybody knows he would and/or wants to use the strategy.

Its Getting so pathetic seeing Cheney talk on national TV now, about how it was NOT classified and on top of that...

He can declassify anything at will? WTF? You can't have both! It was classified period and the rest is bullshit.

Its just getting to be a joke, shut these assholes down. Cheney should have thought about the fact it was classified when he decided to betray the country and wreck the CIA for a "foreign government's" interests!

That's the end of that....as for the "secret indictments" Johnson said, well, all I know is there is some under seal for national security reasons so those indictments..and the arguments would be heard after we're out of the woods.

Folks,

We certainly have an idiot president. Any one on this blog can be the POTUS with no exprience necessary after you read this article about Dubya. From the Biloxi goodie bag. White House will not say that Michael Crichton, author of Jurassic Park, is a global warming expert. Scotty is ducking questions:

White House won't say whether they consider novelist global warming expert

Greymail. Funny it was used when Fitz was about 13 years old. I guess the White House can only get the oldie Attorneys to do their dirty work. With aged ideas and fail procedures no wonder Rummy is so made. Their so far behind the times its sad. Who would have thought our Fitz would grow to be the one to set the stage for the clean up of the worse crimes of the White House in the history of this country. I'll just set back and relax and watch the out come. Oh Fitz March 10th is special so give me an indictment/statement/shock on that day just a request not an order.

5:39 PM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

Guess keep an eye on march 10 or whatever now!

By the way, Fitzgerald is a war machine. He does not tolerate anyone's crap and his buddies, they took down the entire Chicago mob.

At the end of all this we need to unleash him and the rest of the squad on Florida, that damn columbia/israel mob or whatever else has wrecked the country.

I wrote a little patriotic song for Presidents Day I'd like to share. It's in the style of Cohan and should be thought of in Capra sense.

We're bringing the war back home
Where it ought to have been before!
We'll kill all the bees
And spiders and flies
And we wont play in refrigerators lying on their sides
We'll wash our hands after wee wee.
And if we're a girl, before!
And we'll march,march,march, et cetera!
'Til we never do march no more!
(All together, now, boys!)
We're bringing the war back home
Where it ought to have been before!
The pretty donut girl on the corner
Will be smilin' with a wringer in her hair!
We'll wash our hands after wee wee,
And if we're a girl before!
And we'll march, march, march, et cetera!
'Till we don't have to march no more

I'm still working on this one, it's a little rough stil;

This land is made of mountains,
This land is made of mud,
This land has lots of everything
For me and Elmer Fudd.
This land has lots of trousers,
This land has lots of mousers,
And pussy cats to eat them
when the sun goes down!

To answer your question: It would be Hastert. But, there is a problem with him. He has ties with Abramoff. So, he would not be the person to choose from. The next person is Condi (shoes and all). But, we have with a problem. With her connection with the Admnistration, she couldn't be fair to choose a new president. With all of the possible candidates for President under investigations with Abramoff, CIA Leak, torture, and the GOP corruption league, the U.S. have to hold a National election for the first time in history.

All I know is Cheney has to be taken out first and he's got a ring...a ring involved in conspiracy.

Bush obviously wasn't in it much, if at all and he won't be touched by the CIA.

But, Bush probably would be removed anyway for the NSA garbage or just decide to remove himself after the senate votes/turns against him. He would throw his hands up, because all of the real bad guys are already gone (aka cheney and crew!!) which is why its so important WE REMOVE THE FIFTH COLUMN.

Then if that does happen, its a special election...and if it did, I sure as hell dont want Nancy Pelosi as president...shes an AIPAC stooge....I'd want runoff election period. Especially for congress..

Line of Succession a/k/a Corruption:
-->The Vice President Richard Cheney
-->Speaker of the House John Dennis Hastert
-->President pro tempore of the Senate1 Ted Stevens
--->Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice
--->Secretary of the Treasury John Snow
--->Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld
--->Attorney General Alberto Gonzales
--->Secretary of the Interior Gale A. Norton

Which leaves us at:

Secretary of Agriculture Mike Johanns
what do we know about him and Abramoff ...?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening folks!

It is Tuesday. In today Biloxi goodie bag is interesting news. I knew that there was a connection of the selling of the ports to the Arab company and with the Bush Administration. Here the today's article:

W aides' biz ties to Arab firm

Treasury Secretary John Snow, whose agency heads the federal panel that signed off on the $6.8 billion sale of an English company to government-owned Dubai Ports World - giving it control of Manhattan's cruise ship terminal and Newark's container port.
Snow was chairman of the CSX rail firm that sold its own international port operations to DP World for $1.15 billion in 2004, the year after Snow left for President Bush's cabinet.
The other connection is David Sanborn, who runs DP World's European and Latin American operations and was tapped by Bush last month to head the U.S. Maritime Administration.
The ties raised more concerns about the decision to give port control to a company owned by a nation linked to the 9/11 hijackers.

Fifth column
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

For other uses of Fifth Column, see Fifth Column (disambiguation)

A fifth column is a group of people who clandestinely undermines from within a larger group to which it is expected to be loyal, such as a nation. The term originated with a 1936 radio address by Emilio Mola, a Nationalist general during the 1936-39 Spanish Civil War. As four of his army columns moved on Madrid, the general referred to his militant supporters within the capital as his "fifth column," intent on undermining the Republican government from within.

S-Q,

It is not Rummy. Thank goodness! Rummy along with Bush doesn't know how to email. And Rummy can be possibly president? That would be scary! Anyway, to answer your question on the order in line for POTUS? Here you go:

1. Vice President: Cheney
2. Speaker of The House: Hastert
3. Secretary of State - Condi*
4. Secretary of the Treasury – John Snow
5. Secretary of Defense - Rummy
6. Attorney General - Gonzales*
7. Secretary of the Interior - Gale Norton
8. Secretary of Agriculture - Mike Johanns *
9. Secretary of Commerce – Carlos Guttierrez *
10. Secretary of Health and Human Services - Elaine Chao
11. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development - Alphonso Jackson
12. Secretary of Transportation - Norman Mineta
13. Secretary of Energy - Samuel Bodman *
14. Secretary of Education - Margaret Spellings
15. Secretary of Veterans Affairs - Jim Nicholson *
16. Secretary of Homeland Security - Michael Chertoff *

* means that these people are new kids on the block or on the job training. They were replaced by the Bush's original 9 cavinet members that bailed out.

On a side note, I found out that a list of corporations are connected with the cabinet members. So, Bush strategically chose his cabinet members to his advantage. Here are some samples corporations:

1. Johanns' connection to Kraft, Tyson
2. Gonzales: Vinson & Elkins
3. Rummy: Motorola, Sears
4. Bodman: Fidelity Investments
5,. Jackson: American Electric Power
6. Norton: BP, Ford, NL Industries
7. Chao: Northwest Airlines, Clorox, Bank of America
8. Rice: Chevron, Charles Schwab, Transmerica an Aegon Co.
9. Mineta: Lockheed Martin, Boeing, United Airlines
10. Snow: CSX, Business Roundtable
11. Andrew Card: General Motors
12: Josen Bolten, Director of Office Management & Budget: Goldman Sachs

Need I say more???

Waterflake: Thanks for the info.
