Small Pun Alert..

“I think this is all getting a little blown out of proportion,” said the now 35-year-old Jennifer Binder, who confirmed that she dated Skilling in the late 1990s.

“Smile, Jeffrey. That’s It. Gorgeous, Jeffrey, Just Gorgeous"
HOUSTON — It looks like Jennifer Binder, Jeffrey Skilling’s former lover and favorite photographer, has left Houston. Check out her impressive Web site at http://www.binderphotography.com/." [more]

I like how journalist Peter Lattman at the WSJ finds his facts fast and digs deep. My team is like that as well, but in order to be Government Prosecutors and on my Enron Task Force, you also have to be ambitious, driven and accustomed to winning - and that they are!
I already have the cohibas set aside for Sean, Kathryn, Cliff and John, but until the jury brings back the guilty verdicts we never count our chickens until they frown.
I wonder...if she is willing...do you think Jennifer will charge her hourly, half day or full day rates to preserve their integrity for me?

Jen has so high paying clients. I've seen better as far as photo's go. So theres something Jen's not showing on her web site that makes these guys drive to her services. Looks more like the old trade with a new twist. But what ever she's doing the hospitals will never be empty with her having so many clients. Now didn't I say stay away from dirt. Don't let Sean and his tean anywhere near that woman. There has to be a clean/honest person to take photos of your team. I can only think of what the jurys are thinking about Seans information about Skillings $10,000 sex payment.

All I can say is that there is alot of dirt with the "Enron smart guys." I'm glad that you pass along the law blog with Peter Lattman. I look forward to hearing from him in tomorrow's trial. And regarding Jennifer, a 10,000 photo job? Yeah right! Don't they mean : a b**w job? Tell Sean that after this case is over, please tend to the doctor for a disinfectant. There is more sex in that Enron company and also the Gerbil Administration that they would put the porn movies out of business.

Jennifer Binder
Founder & President

After graduating cum-laude from the University of Houston, Jennifer Binder founded and ran a profitable commercial photography business specializing in annual reports and editorial work for more than 8 years. As a photographer, she contributed to Forbes, Fortune, Business Week, Newsweek, CIO, CEO, Town & Country and many other publications. On the corporate side, she worked for Greyhound Bus, Coach USA, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Exxon Credit Card Services, Chevron Chemicals, Shell, Enron, Apache, Global Marine, Miller Lite, Merck and more. Towards the end of 1999 Jennifer started digitizing her images and selling them on the web. It was not long before her corporate clients requested her to develop systems to archive their photos resulting in her second company, Secure Digital Assets (SDA). Since 2000, Jennifer has been creating new digital asset management services including the archiving of digital photography, video and graphic files. The idea to archive digital media online came from her experience at Fotofest, an internationally recognized photography exhibition in Houston where she spearheaded the research and development of Fotofest’s Kodak Digital CD Library funded by Kodak in the early 1990’s. Jennifer worked directly with the founders of FotoFest, Wendy Watriss and Fred Baldwin, to catalog the organization’s library of images and convert them into a CD library. Her in-depth knowledge of the creative process, as well as how assets are used in commercial, corporate and editorial venues is invaluable to the team at SDA. She says “one of the things I enjoy most about what I do is the opportunity to take a vision, put it into practice and see real benefits realized by our clients.”
