Excuse me but you had past contests and Jackie is still looking for the prizes. And no auotgraphed picture of you. Jackie got desperate and had to download your photo! She frequently emails me and want me to represent her when she sues you! She is hoping to get Judge Walton as her judge LOL!
Now, the question: when is Dick Cheney going to resign? Good question. Let's see. I will give a wild guess of March 15, 2007. I am taking in consideration of the Wilsons' civil case when starts this month, Waxman's investigation into the Iraq contruction, the end of Libby's trial, and more information come out from the Libby case about Cheney's involvement, and so on.
P.S. If I win, I want cash, man, cash!

AUSTIN — Acting on an issue stirring controversy in the Legislature, Gov. Rick Perry on Friday made Texas the first state to require girls to get a new vaccine for a sexually transmitted virus that causes cervical cancer.
The executive order, which would apply to all girls entering sixth grade next year, prompted surprise and relief from one lawmaker who didn't think her bill requiring it would have passed.
But it so angered many social conservatives who have consistently backed Perry that they suggested money and political ties to the vaccine's manufacturer were behind the decision. ----
The FDA has rumors out there about drugs being reran as *new* since the brand name time ran off, vaccines (associated with Libby's name for profit), approval of harmful drugs because of the drug companies controlling the studies. What happened to the whole government?

The Vice President of the United States, Richard Cheney, against whom a subpoena issued by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is outstanding and whose immunity from its consequences has not been lifted, bribed one or more officials associated with the US Treasury Thursday or earlier this week, to stall the Wanta Settlement payment.
Monies were actually transferred into the bank account(s) of the bribed officials, to stop the Wanta Settlement, according to investigators and CIA ‘white hat’ sources.
PRESIDENT BUSH SIGNS PAYMENT PAPERS AT BANK OF NEW YORK
On Wednesday 31st January, President George W. Bush Jr. appeared at the offices of Bank of New York, in New York City, where he personally signed off the documents authorising the $4.5 trillion payment to be made to the securities account of Ambassador Leo Wanta’s AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. He did this in accordance with his undertaking not to impede the Wanta Settlement any further, given to the ICJ by Ms Condoleeza Rice, as mentioned in our previous report.
But the documents were not executed via US Treasury compliance, which was irregular. As a consequence, the system was short-circuited for improper off-balance sheet and other purposes, enabling Cheney and his corrupt associates to access the funds in order to generate yet further off-balance sheet, untaxed accruals using the Ambassador’s money without Wanta’s permission.
Specifically, on Thursday 1st February, Cheney corruptly negated the authority of US Treasury compliance staff, preventing them from activating the prearranged banking codes and remitting the $4.5 trillion at last to the Ambassador’s securities account.

I think Cheney will resign March 10th yes that special day and a true gift. Now Cheney will be cornered three ways Libby case, Wilson case and Waxman will go public with his charge. Like Nixon Cheney has the power and wont want to give it up, like Nixon it will be Cheney's business partners who will tell him to step down.

Now I do have SPB representing me when I take you to court for my prizes. You are a man of Justice and I want Justice. I hope Judge Walton hears my case as he will know that the Prosecutor he heard in the Libby case didn't give a promised gift to a little old lady.
SPB will also be charging Fitz with 3 counts of prejury and 3 counts of making false statements. SPB might ask Wells to assist in my case.

Anon I'm to old to date Fitz and I'd be sleep by 8 pm so as for the date with PJFF Club no thank you now say Orlando Bloom well I'd take a nap during the day to stay awake that night. Hi SQ your so right no gov't employee can hold a job once indicted. Rove would have resign like Libby if he were indicted. Now he might have a sealed charge but if the court doesn't open it he can remain in job. Like Vice President Spiro Agnew was indicted and resigned. Now as for Rice the Congress is now working on replacing her. Most people who know they will be fired they resign to save face. Like Powell did as he knew Bush was firing him. Notice Scotty said one day he loved his job next day he announced his resignation as Bush said he was being replaced.
I hope the bloggers thank you for your insight as most people really don't understand the legal system. I'm clueless to most law enforcement issues I was educated in law.

Yeah, Fitz still holds the Sealed v Sealed and I think very soon those will be opened...quite possibly after the Libby trial is over..which the trial should be over around the end of Feb.
Fitz will checkmate when he is ready... :)

Fitz doesn't have to unseal the sealed documents. The judge can do it. The agreement of the sealed v. sealed document is with the present of the prosecutor, Fitz, the person who is named in the document, his attorney, and the judge. In Rove's case, if Rove commits perjury on the stand in the Libby case, the judge can unsealed that document and charge Rove with perjury. So, Rove and Chaney have to be very careful on what they say in their testimony in court and that's if both of them are called to testify. According a conversation that I had with Jason accrding to his article, Rove and his attorney, Robert Luskin, made a deal with Fitzgerald. Of course, we don't still don't know what deal that was. But rest assured, all eyes will be on Rove abd his testimony on the stand.

The sealed v. sealed documents are with the judge and we not just talking Rove's name only in that document. In Jason's article, he discuss about the meeting with Rove, Fitz, and Rove's attoney, Robert Luskin and deal. As Fitzgerald had said in a previous posting that there are several sealed vs. sealed documents.Besides Rove and Cheney, who else was named in those sealed vs. sealed documents? Fitz doesn't have to wait for Cheney to commit perjury. Cheney is very clever person and Fitz knows that. Cheney's weakness is his temper and being boxed into a corner. Cheney likes control and Fitz knows that. Fitz will get into the mind of Cheney to break him. But, it will be Rove and Cheney trying to save themselves on the stand since both are not good friends. But, I am looking forward to this "surprise witness."

I predict Cheney will not resign unless absolutely forced to. Exact date? Let's say Feb. 23, 2007. I am wishful thinking. He probably won't give up the VP until they pry it from his cold, dead hands.
