Washington Post are really asleep at the wheel on this article. TPM Muckraker website had this article about firing U.S. Attorney weeks ago and the 11 U.S. Attorneys that got fired. Cummings was a red flag to Senator Feinstein and Leahy because Cummings was forced to resign and the Gerbil swore a new person in as U.S. Attorney on December 20, 2006 without a Senate vote. So, I already written my Senator and Congress person and also emailed Feingold. Cummings firings and replacement is a major violation because the President step over the line and violate rules of law regarding appointing a U.S. Attorney. All U.S. Attorney have to confrimed by the Senate. But, Gonzo is in deep shit trouble. He is doing the gerbil's dirty work and he will be the person that Gerbil will finger point Gonzo when the Congressional hearings is on it way concerning the firings of 11 U.S. Attorneys.
