Plame sues Cheney over leak
Valerie Plame Wilson, Ambassador Joseph Wilson and their counsel, Christopher Wolf of Proskauer Rose LLP, will hold a news conference at 10 AM EDT on Friday, July 14 at 10:00 AM at the National Press Club, 529 14th St. NW, 13th Floor, Washington, DC 20045, to announce the filing of a civil lawsuit against I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Vice-President Richard Cheney and Karl Rove.

SPB your right but it's not about the money. Justice is the reason for this action. These guys have to be put on notice that they can't commit crimes without paying the price like everyone else. Your right no amount of money can pay the price for what they've done. Law suits aren't always about money. It brings out the truth of the actions of crimials for the world to see. Look for some people to distance themselves from these guys now that they've been sued.
I remembered that Fitz said watch for things to happen. I've been paying attention. This is a good day for the good people.

In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Valerie Plame and her husband, Joseph Wilson, a former U.S. ambassador, accused Cheney, Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby of revealing Plame's CIA identity in seeking revenge against Wilson for criticizing the Bush administration's motives in Iraq.
The lawsuit accuses Cheney, Libby, Rove and 10 unnamed administration officials or political operatives of putting the Wilsons and their children's lives at risk by exposing Plame.
"This lawsuit concerns the intentional and malicious exposure by senior officials of the federal government of ... (Plame), whose job it was to gather intelligence to make the nation safer and who risked her life for her country," the Wilsons' lawyers said in the lawsuit.

Al would love that too. All Al does is express an opinion that in most cases goes against the radical Left bloggers that post here. Exactly what would you sue the troll for? For exercising his Right to Free Speech? Yes, that would be one law suit that I'd like to see go forward. Just like this suit by Wilson and Plame will go down in flames, so would that one.

JULY 13--A New York man who says that he suffers from a debilitating skin condition and post-traumatic stress disorder caused by the September 11 attacks is suing for the right to have his rat terrier accompany him to a naked beach on Fire Island. Mark DelCore, 39, contends that he needs to sunbathe sans clothes because of an "acute skin condition that requires me to be in the sun as often as possible," according to a federal lawsuit filed yesterday by the Queens man. DelCore's complaint, which does not further identify his ailment, notes that since "my skin condition is all over my body I require exposure to the sun all over my body." The lawsuit, a copy of which you'll find below, contends that while Fire Island National Seashore officials will allow seeing eye dogs to accompany beachgoers, service dogs are not allowed on the beach. DelCore states that he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and that his dog Cheekies "goes everywhere with me and provides me with emotional support and comfort." He adds that the Fire Island National Seashore is "the only place within range of my home that I am legally allowed to sunbathe without any clothes." In a TSG interview, DelCore said that he was in a lower Manhattan gym on the morning of the World Trade Center attack and, when the planes hit, was forced to leave the facility while still wet. After the first tower collapsed, DelCore said that he was covered with a "light dusting" of an unknown substance (which attached to his wet skin) as he ran north from the scene. His resulting condition, which he said does not have a name, led to him going on disability from his job with a New York bank. DelCore, a former bodybuilder who once competed at the Gay Games, acknowledged that his dog has not been certified as a service animal.
Al has nothing to sue him for or if you want to win a dollar bill. Look Al is only on this blog to disrupt and hopefully change one's point of view. Just got an email from the lastest from Truthout.org about the lawsuit from the Wilsons. The Wilsons establish the Joseph and Valerie Wilson Legal Support Trust. The trust will help the Wilsons pay the substantial legal costs. The objectives of the rust includes: Counseling them in connection with their potential witness testimony during the the smurf's trial and Helping them prepare for the civil suit.And should the suit result in a payment to the Wilsons in excess of their legal costs, they will reimburse the Trust for all legal cost paid by the Trust. That money will be donated to charity that works to protect the right of Whistleblowers.
