Top of the Morning/Afternoon/Evening Fitzizzles Bloggers:

Happy Wednesday!

You can see that I am in a good mood today. Oh, by the way, thank you S-Q and Roger for sending emails to Jason Leopold. He needs all of the support to lift him up in this trying matter. What is on my mind? Well, I got some ZZZZs last night from a long hours yesterday. I should alert the media on that since they had a lot of garbage to report yesterday. Now, the topic that is in my thoughts are: When is Luskin going to send the letter over to me That was on my mind last night. He tells the media some trump letter that he was given by Fitz but won't presented it to the public. I think that letter is really Luskin's past due payments on his Nordstrom's credit card... Oh, I did hear a little of the Gerbil's unannounced trip overseas yesterday. You know everywhere that the Gerbil goes spells trouble.. Everytime he crawls out of the Oval office for a pet project, it tends to backfire on him.. And I just think that the American people and other countries are pretty much worn out from his 9/11 speechs. That rug has been worn out.

Finally, I just heard this morning about the use of FEMA money for the Hurricanes were used for divorces and other material things. This is showing people who much FEMA & DHS were really organized in their departments. And of course, the money in 9/11 wasn't given out appropriately either. Seriously messed up folks, thanks to King Gerbil. And Brownie? Not only that he couldn't spell Homeland Security or FEMA, but he didn't have to take a drug test! I guess all the convicts in prison can rest assured that there is an opening for them as Director of FEMA!

So Fitz rolled Karl? Unoffically, perhaps.

According to one analysis I read yesterday, it is not likely that Karl has been indicted, since he will be asked under oath if he is testifying in return for immunity. He must say yes if it is true, but if he does, he admits guilt, and that would look very, very bad for both him and the WH.

Now if this is the case, that doesn't mean that PJF didn't prepare charges against him and read them to Luskin. It just means that Fitz didn't actually ask the jury to vote to indict on those charges.

Yesterday's author supposes that there was a gentleman's agreement between attorneys. He conjectures that as soon as Fitz was able to confidently assert to Judge Walton that there would be no problems with executive privilege, he faxed Luskin a "clear for now" letter.

Which leaves us with the problem of who the "sealed vs. sealed" indictment is for, if not for Karl.

Since Fitz's Exhibts A-C (in the DOJ website linked from the "Libby and Cheney in Deep Doe-Doe" post here in late May) contain Libby's testimony re: John Doe, dare we hope this one's for Cheney?

Top of the mornin' to you as well, Biloxi. I have a question and a CONCERN. You know that if anyone ever really cares to find out, no identities can be successfully hidden, even when posters use proxies.

If you are really a DoJ employee, aren't you taking a risk by being so politically vocal here?

"If you are really a DoJ employee, aren't you taking a risk by being so politically vocal here?"

Answer: No.

This blog was set up by Patrick Fitzgerald. And if you went on other blogs, there are alot of people from all walks of life that either blogs or set up a blog to speak their mind. John Conyers Jr. blogs and had a blog site. And John and Teresa Kerry also blogs. So, blogs are for the first amendment. And I am glad that people can find a place where they give their opinions or thoughts unlike the media on T.V. So, I will continue to speak my mind, Anon, because God gave each and everyone of us a VOICE. My grandfather used to say to me: God gave your a voice. So use it!

And agata, God gave me a brain to use. He failed with the Gerbil. God probably thinking about the Gerbil: "Man, I failed in one my crops of creation. Where did I go wrong?"

And when I had meant a brain, the Gerbil was left out from the food chain for that!

Exchange between United States President George W. Bush and journalist Peter Wallsten at White House Rose Garden, June 14, 2006:

PRESIDENT BUSH: Yeah, Peter. You're going to ask that question with those shades on?
PETER WALLSTEN: I can take them off --
BUSH: No, I'm interested in the shade look, seriously here.
WALLSTEN: All right. I'll keep it then.
BUSH: For the viewers there's no sun. (Scattered laughter.)
WALLSTEN: I guess it depends on your perspective.
BUSH: (Laughs, laughter.) Touche. (Laughter.)

"I bet Fitz smells fine- with a faint smell of good coffee too :) YUM!" And you think so Jan? Coffee? Do you want him to carry around coffee beans in his shirt pocket so the women including yourself can smell the aroma of freshness of Fitz? I hope it is not Juan Valdez coffee...

And, SPB, do you change colognes when you change your clothes at the bus station? You know, the same cologne can give away your true identity! LOL

Maybe I should use coffee beans to kill the smell of my cologne. After all, I cannot reveal Super Biloxi Man's identity? Who will fight the crimes? LOL! And I like the idea of switching colognes while changing clothes at the bus station...

Fitz,
picture of you in today's Chicago Tribune shows no coffee cup in hand! What's up with that?

I saw Fitz on TV last night...and he was walking through a building wearing a tan suit...and no coffee in hand but he looked to be in hurry to get to where he was going.

Aww..Fitz..you are a true hero! (What color tights & cape do you wear?) LOL!

Kiss his investigation goodbye. He's not going to be allowed to nail the WH criminals who deserve to get nailed. Hands tied.

S-Q,

I saw his tan suit too and noticed no coffee in his hand. And could you blame him? I certainly lose my quench of thirst if I had to deal with the smurf and his lawyers all day long too. The Starbuck coffee would certainly be on hold until the court was adjourned for the day. Can't wait to see him wear the red tie as Jackie wanted for his next press conference...

Fitz is really busy jugging cases in Chicago and dealing with the leak case in D.C. To be honest, I have no idea when Fitz is going to pop up on this blog.. He is unpredictable at times. And now with yesterday's story about Rove, the DOJ office is taking a lot of heat from the press. I know that he wants to complete the leak case and indict the people involved in this leak case and tend to his other cases in Chicago.. But, Fitzgerald needs a vacation after this CIA leak case is over in my opinion. He is burning the candle on both sides of the stick juggling with mutliple cases... I'm sure that he will pop in sooner or later when he is not too busy..

I am also looking forward to seeing the red tie at his next press conference!

"Why aren't there any angry posts directed at corrupt Democrats?"

There are! If you research the blog. There are corrupted Democrats mentioned on this blog: William (Dollar Bill) Jefferson and Joe Lieberman. There are just as many GOP and Democrats that are corrupted too. If there are corrupted Democrats, then why don't send some articles of any current Democrats that are committing graft?

And why I am posting too much? Why is a there a blog?

Hi SPB and all -
we're finally home.
Interesting news. Not quite sure why everyone believes that Rove is off the hook.
Lawyers do deals all the time. Perhaps Rove has agreed to sing like a little birdie all the way to the Fat Cheney Slug?
If I'm not mistaken, if Rove didn't lie to the Grand Jury, he wouldn't be indicted. However possibly he will now be required to testify truthfully at the Libby Trial in exchange for getting his pass.
Karl Rove is not exactly the humble type - I doubt he'd roll for anyone but himself.
There is still a sealed indictment and Luskin really is acting goofy.
This is not over yet. Just my own personal and humble opinion. Something else is going on - Libby will be prosecuted and there will be testimony against him. Possibly in exchange for Rove's testimony he wasn't given a choice?

To Fitz,
Yeah, you're cute, and hot, and if we haven't said it recently, it's because it's stating the obvious.

But we're still here, and still going strong for our guy!

I don't worry about Fitz, he's clear in his duty and what right and that will get him through.
