Nothing like a good cup of java and a soft, just baked, donut to get the day going in the right direction.

Good on ya. God Speed today for the PJF Team!

The markets are already edgy on potential inflation [uhm, seems to me a small issue of big oil companies, and big contrivance for a war to steal big oil, and corrupt former execs from Enron and nonetheless hugemongous profits from said big oil companies on the backs of soldiers and the Americans] ..the inflation will spur lower interest rates long term and renew growth once you rid us of this despicable sham of a White House administration.

All 23 WHIGs .. if a deal is to be made PLEASE take away their ability to supposedly "SERVE" in public office.

They only serve themselves.

Is today the day?

Or will the country continue to be left in limbo-forcing us to listen to the squatter-in-thief tell us about problems which he neither has the authority or intellect to fix?

Come on Fitz, I'm all for the rule of law prevailing- but that is not happening and the country is suffering greatly because of this.

Perhaps it will not prevail after all-which will call for Plan B. I just hope someone has a plan B!

I keep hearing the GJ is met Friday-no, now its this Wed. We hear Jason is full of it-Jason knows what he is talking about.

I know they spin-but an indictment cannot be spun! This wait is very disheartening...I fear at times "the wait" is just a way to put off those who insist the rule of law be followed.

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening folks.

Happy Tuesday!

Well, I read an email last night from Jason Leopold himself about his story on Saturday regarding Karl Rove being indicted.. I told him that he is a great journalist and I believe he backed up his information well with sources. And I knew that Rove and his attorney would deny and discredit his story. Here is his email to me last night:

leopoldjason@sbcglobal.net

Karl Rove's spokesman's denials in the past have turned out to be BS and was more about media control. READ THIS

"There has been no talk of resignation. The Republican Conference is
solidly behind the Louisiana Republican."--Mark Corallo - December 17,

FBI Acknowledges: Journalists Phone Records are Fair Game

"Officials say the FBI makes extensive use of a new provision of the Patriot Act which allows agents to seek information with what are called National Security The FBI acknowledged late Monday that it is increasingly seeking reporters' phone records in leak investigations.

'It used to be very hard and complicated to do this, but it no longer is in the Bush administration' said a senior federal official.

Officials say the FBI makes extensive use of a new provision of the Patriot Act which allows agents to seek information with what are called National Security Letters (NSL).

The NSLs are a version of an administrative subpoena and are not signed by a judge. Under the law, a phone company receiving a NSL for phone records must provide them and may not divulge to the customer that the records have been given to the government."

Well, there goes our Free Press...not that the MSM has been covering anything worthwhile on the criminal actions of this evil administration in the past 5 years anyway. But it is going to make it even harder for them to do their jobs.

Dear Fitzie,

We need your help now! We cannot wait any longer for this administration to be held accountable for its lies, its manipulation of the American people and its crimes. Please Fitzie give us justice!!!

Thanks for the compliment!!!

There has been a lot of negative talk about whether Rove has been indicted or not. Jason has received backlashes from Luskin and Rove's spokesperson, Mark Corallo.. Of course, you have to expect that Fitzgerald will receive negative backlashes from bloggers and the media. Fitzgerald did warned all of us that there will be negative talks from the media about this case.. I know that everyone wants the answer. But, if you remember Fitzgerald's press conference on October 28, 2005, he wanted to keep the case a secret but for good reasons.. We are talking about bringing down top WH officials on corruption.. Personally, I know that Jason Leopold is telling the truth from his story on Saturday and all of his stories in the past. I have communicated with Jason on several occasions via email. But, he is true to his word and he wouldn't write a story without a backup of sources.... So, folks, please be patient.. Fitzgerald will make announcement of when he will hold his press conference...

Rove Indictment Report Denied

By Staff Reporter of the Sun
May 15, 2006

A spokesman for a top White House aide under scrutiny in a criminal leak probe, Karl Rove, yesterday vigorously denied an Internet report that the political adviser to President Bush was told that he had been indicted on charges of perjury and lying to investigators.

"The story is a complete fabrication," the spokesman for Mr. Rove, Mark Corallo, told The New York Sun. "It is both malicious and disgraceful."

A liberal Web site, Truthout.org, carried a report authored by Jason Leopold, alleging that Mr. Rove's attorney, Robert Luskin, was given the indictment during a marathon, 15-hour meeting in Washington Friday with the special prosecutor handling the inquiry, Patrick Fitzgerald. The site also reported that Mr. Rove had advised senior White House officials that he would be indicted.

Mr. Corallo said there was no such meeting Friday, Mr. Luskin was not in his office that morning, and Mr. Fitzgerald was in Chicago. The spokesman said there was no indication that Mr. Fitzgerald has made a decision about whether to seek charges against Mr. Rove in the inquiry.

In response to a query from the Sun yesterday, Mr. Leopold defended the report. "This was a story that we had more than two sources on," he said.

For those who have BellSouth a long distance carrier:

BellSouth Says It Did Not Give Records To NSA

"May 16, 2006 12:00 a.m. EST
Denise Royal - All Headline News Staff Writer
Atlanta, GA (AHN) – BellSouth says it did not give records to the National Security Agency. The company says it has thoroughly reviewed its records and found no evidence that anything was given over to the government.
A report last week by USA Today identified BellSouth, along with AT&T Inc. and Verizon Communications Inc., as companies that had complied with an NSA request to turn over millions of customer phone records after the 2001 terror attacks.
The USA Today report, which quoted anonymous sources with direct knowledge of the program, followed earlier revelations of wiretapping on overseas calls without a court order and sparked a
renewed national debate over government intrusion into Americans' civil liberties in the fight against terrorism.
Phone companies have been widely criticized for complying with the NSA surveillance request, while other groups say they approved of compromising privacy for national security."

SPB and All:
What a shame the trolls have arrived.

Most of us have come here for a reason - whether we "believe" it's a real FITZ blog or not, this site provides us witn an opportunity to discuss almost exclusively, the legal issues facing this administration. There is not a lot of fluff here.

So - if this is not your cup of tea - or you're happily forwarding the blog to the DOJ - you really should get over yourself.

I have asked questions and learned a lot about our judicial system - and the grand jury process.

The rest is in the hands of PJF and his "men in white" - I have always believed that "right" will win - there have been big mistakes made by these administration bozos and obviously, it's catching up with them.

Rather than damn everyone and trash Jason Leopold, I'd suggest we wait and see just WHO is right here. It's obvious to anyone who can read that the MSM is not running anything that reflects poorly on Bozo and Team. The ONLY MSM that carried Delay's resignation was the AP - the rest of them are all toady boys and their credibility is in the tank.

It's funny watching the WH Press Corps try and act like men and ask hard questions - I guess they think the American people don't see how they've sold everyone down the river by slanting the news.

Thank heavens for ALL the blogs - whether they are 100% accurate or not, they have people talking and speculating. They have people discussing things openly - so far free speech is still partially intact.

Whether or not someone approves of the phone companies giving the NSA phone records, the fact is, it is an ILLEGAL act. I smell really BIG lawsuits. Someone filed a $50 million lawsuit against Verizon yesterday - hopefully everyone will jump on the bandwagon. They broke the law.

Oh yeah, only Bozo and Team can do that.

In February 2005, ChoicePoint announced a data breach after criminals set up fake businesses that purchased private information from the data broker.

"What in heaven's name are we doing allowing someone as careless as ChoicePoint to be in control of our data?" Leahy said at a subcommittee hearing on the DOJ's 2007 budget. "I consider them the poster child for lax security protection.""

Annchimpcoulter- the F.B.I. is confused. It now looks like they're as polarized as the C.I.A. due to infiltration by Pentagon neocons. The resulting attack on the Constitution is not something Americans will tolerate.

This is the oath Mr. Mueller took:

I will support and defend the Constitution of the
United States against all enemies, foreign and
domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to
the same; that I take this obligation freely, without
any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that
I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the
office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

So, what is it about domestic enemies-subversives-that Mr. Mueller doesn't understand? Who does he work for?

Last year, I sent this to the F.B.I.-

Here are excerpts of the closing arguments for the defense side of the Enron Trial. From WSJ:

Petrocelli Tells Jurors Witnesses
Were 'Robbed of Their Free Will'
Associated Press

"Speaking softly, Mr. Petrocelli told the jurors that he was somewhat nervous because he had had "Jeff's life in my hands" for two years and would soon turn it over to the jury, which is expected to begin deliberations on Wednesday. "Look into his eyes. Look into his soul. See if you see a criminal. See if you see a man with criminal intent," Mr. Petrocelli said of his client.

The defense lawyer also suggested prosecutors had rewritten history in the courtroom: "You can say fraud to your heart's content. No matter how many times you say fraud, it does not make it true. There have to be facts, folks."

I like the way Petrocelli says that Lay and Skillings were robbed when these same crooks robbed their employees and investors!!! And look into Skilling's eyes... And what do I see personally? A CROOK WHO SHOULD GO TO PRISON!

From Wayne Madsen Report:

"May 16, 2006 -- Media manipulation continues under Rove direction. During a time when Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald is wrapping up his investigation of Karl Rove in the CIA Leakgate scandal, there has been a flurry of news reports on the case that lack veracity and appear intended to provide a smoke screen similar to the tactics that landed reporters Judith Miller, Matt Cooper, Viveca Novak, Tim Russert, Chris Matthews, and Robert Novak in legal hot water. WMR will not play Mr. Rove's all-too-familiar game. While I cannot speak for my journalist colleagues who have been the latest targets of Rove's special brand of manipulation, this editor will steadfastly refuse to comment on or report on stories that are emanating from sources "close to Rove," which, according to information obtained by WMR, include his spokespeople (White House and personal), legal team, and friendly neo-con journalists. Unlike many journalists in this town, this editor has been on to Rove's schtick since 2001. Texas journalists have been on to his shenanigans even longer. But all that is going to soon catch up with "Bush's brain" in short order."

"Nice try Karl, but no cigar! The cigars are for those of us who will be smoking them to celebrate your imminent indictment."

And indeed they are right....

R.R.- If I were in Mueller's position, there would have been no dispute, confusion, or war on the Constitution. Mueller endorsed warrantless wiretapping and facilitated it's application. Pretty bold fascism for a patriotic mole.

The Constitution is not some grey area, and whatever Mueller's intent was, he stopped defending it.

Now, if you've got some information related to a fake news conference wherein Negroponti, Goss, and Mueller publically endorse warrantless wiretapping, Please, share it. KABC tv would also be acutely interested in Muellers' innocence.

To the Special Counsel,

It is I, the whistleblower "whizkid" aka Jeff Fisher
the one everybody is afraid of because the
Mossad and friends have been after me for
2+ years.

I am here to tell you that I am presently in Los
Angeles, California. I am not doing well right now,
and I most likely am not going to be heard from
for a while soon.

I have taken the greatest stabbing in the back
just for standing up for this country, and people's
right to vote. But for me it was worth it. I am
going to tell you one simple thing.

I have a disk with hard evidence files
& screenshots regarding the election fraud,
Dr. Cole and Dr. Blass. It proves how they
discussed doing the 2000 project and then
continued it on into 2004 to keep going.

I know nobody likes John Kerry. I originally
handed evidence including this to a Kerry's
Staffer in Boca Raton in 2004 and she
thought it was cool, and then I never heard
a word back again. Kerry did not have a
care in the world about the election fraud.

Al Gore is our true president and I have proof, as
well as further information that will come out and
I will make sure its given so someone can do something
with it.

I wanted to thank you however for at least having
someone watch over my well being until I got to
Michigan. I wish I could have stayed longer,
as I then would have gotten the evidence to Gore.

But I can not stay at all and must get to a
safehouse right away and then I'm going
to be gone. At least though your agent,
or whoever can meet me possibly today
can know the truth and know I was telling
the truth.

I am one of the last remaining patriots and I never
asked for anything in return. I just want my life
back and want to go marry my wife overseas. I
do not know what will happen over here, but I
pray the election fraud is stopped. I know who
is responsible and this will all come out.

Maybe destiny has led me to where I am
now I just do not know, and can not know,
but what I do know is if I had to do it over,
I'd do it all over again.

Thank you for all you've done and pray for me,

Signed
American Patriot & Whistleblower
