Yes, we all know that the impeachment of Clinton was not by the people. And if blowjobs can be called for an impeachment or indictment for politicans, well, we certainly wouldn't have many in Congress, Senate,or anyone holding an office right now! Let's try this:
Have a picture on the bumper sticker with a picture of the Lame Duck President on one side of the slogan (so people won't know it is Clinton) and the other side of the slogan, it says: REMOVE THE GERBIL!
