Well, at least it is positive news! We are all tired of seeing the 1 billion searches on Google featuring the The Gerbil and his gang. At least, good conquers evil! Good home, Fitz, and get some rest!

This is what was said on July 18, 2003 in WH briefing, Snotty Scotty McFelon. Stinkin' liar.

I had to do a little spring cleaning on here today. Not sure who was who, but I just swept all the really bizarre, off-topic, impersonating, heckling and name calling posts out the door. I intend to keep it that way.

Have a good weekend.

McFelon is going to be out the door. We know that he is a liar. But, he is setting himself up as the fall guy for the Gerbil Administration. If people start to question July 18, 2003, the Administration can say that they never told Scotty to say that. Scotty is stupid! Did he learn from his mistakes when the little soldier pressured Scotty to give a statement that Libby, Rove and gang weren't involved in the leak?

Folks,

Everyone have a great weekend.

Sunny and a little breezy in AZ.

Rosemary - you are the greatest - keep the blog neat and clean.

6 miles,

Scotty is good as gone from his job! With all this pressure, McFelon might claim disability when he leaves. So, relax and enjoy the fact Fitz will checkmate the idiots! I wanted to give this bit of information to Teak. From Raw Story, On July 18, 2003, "McClellan told the White House Press Corps that the "information was just, as of today, officially declassified." However, Libby spoke to reporters ten days earlier, according to the indictment, on July 8 of that year."

Add my voice, thank you, Rosemary. This blog is a great outlet with fine folks, and was getting a bit bizarre. I am not one to stifle legitimate free speech but antagonism for its own sake does not qualify.
Fitz and his entire posse rock!

From Eleanor Clift of Newsweek online:

..."The only way the American people can stop Bush’s imperial expansion of power short is to turn out in massive numbers to take back one or the other body of Congress from Republican control.
"...

I believe she forgot 'a little' something.

You are welcome, Teak! Just starting connecting the dots (and dates) of what each player that played a role in this CIA leak case. You won't get on the news for sure. Raw Story is great info and truth. Other website that I recommend for truth and not fluff are :

Truthout.org
Thinkprogress.org
Americablog.com
Michaelmoore.com
Crooksandliars.com
and of course, Firedoglake

More in the news:

1. More on Scotty McCrappen. A new meaning of flip flop! From Thinkprogress.org:

McClellan Sets New Flip-Flop Record
"White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan, 12:59 PM, refusing to talk about a legal filing:
The second part of your question is referring to an ongoing legal proceeding and referring to a filing in that legal proceeding. We have had a policy in place, going back to the October time period of 2003 that we are not going to comment on an ongoing investigation or an ongoing legal proceeding. That policy remains unchanged.
McClellan, 1:08 PM, referring a reporter to a legal filing:
Actually, go back and look at the filing that was made by Mr. Fitzgerald, because Mr. Fitzgerald talks about that very issue in his filing, and contradicts what you’re suggesting."

Here is commentary from John Podesta about the WH Briefing:
http://www.thinkprogress.org/podesta-statement-briefing

2. Rummy is not a well man. The nursing home is calling his name. From Michael Moore:

April 7th, 2006 5:39 pm
Lawyer says Rumsfeld "messed up" Guantanamo trials
By Jane Sutton / Reuters
GUANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE,

"Cuba - Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and his appointees set rules that violate President George W. Bush's order to hold fair trials for prisoners charged with terrorism in the Guantanamo tribunals, a military defense lawyer said on Friday.
"We can't help it that the secretary of defense and his delegees (sic) have messed this thing up, but they have," military lawyer Army Maj. Tom Fleener told the presiding officer at one of the hearings. "

I just want to know how anyone can consider that attitude fair and balanced ..the saddest part it is a mantra of demeaning and blaming others which in actuality denotes mental illness when you can't take responsibity be accountable for the present situation..
I for one have seen enough hate and anger for this lifetime

E.

Now, I know what you are talking about. The word verfication is for security reasons.

7:07 PM

A better explanation for word veriifcation:

It is to prevent automated systems from adding comments to your blog. If you've ever received a comment that looked like an advertisement or a random link to an unrelated site, then you've encountered comment spam. A lot of this is done automatically by software which can't pass the word verification, so enabling this option is a good way to prevent many such unwanted comments.

This will surely prevent the Dr. Evil wannabees...
