Get Christy Love..!

"The second paragraph on page 11 is guaranteed to give all the wingnuts fits, so I’m going to spend a little bit of time typing this in very slowly, so that even the most kool-aid imparied individual might understand: when Fitz says "…indeed, it is irrelevent whether Mr. Wilson’s wife actually did work at the CIA or actually did play a role in aranging the trip, or how State Department employees viewed the results of the Wilson trip," the only thing to which he is referring in that context is irrelevant to the particular charges in Libby’s indictment — namely perjury, obstruction and false statements. And he is correct — that information is irrelevant to the consideration as to whether or not Scooter Libby lied — under oath and/or to FBI agents — and blocked the further investigation of the case."
"What I read overall from page 18: 'I’ve got you by the short hairs on this.'"

Hey Team Libby…(Part III)
"Bottom line here: George Bush jumped the shark with all of his public protestations about leakers being bad — because his sureptitious attempt to plant stories via Judy Miller through a Scooter Libby who clearly was trying to hide his identity behind a "former Hill staffer" attribution far away from the WH makes Bush look like a weasel. A weasel who has been pointing fingers at his critics, at the press, at everyone — but hasn’t taken any responsiblity on himself for his own mistakes, and his cherry-picking of intelligence that he used to lie our way into war with Iraq.
President Bush been exposed as a snake oil salesman, whose holier than thou attitude about leakers was designed to hide the fact that — all along — he’s been pulling the strings behind the scenes as the Leaker-in-Chief."

Wasn't that the title of an old movie? Anyway you've got a lot of people working with you 160. Thats alot of doughnuts. No wonder your budget is running low. Now to the case as we know Bush leaked aka declassified then reclassified the information about Plame as needed. As your investigators were lied to and those under oath lied where do we go from here. I've never worked for the government but a bloger on another site said Bush has the power. Now my question is does he have the power to use it to cover a lie? Why didn't the educated Attorney General say this was not a leak? Why did Bush let his Administration lie under oath, then go on TV and say he would fire anyone who leaked the name of a CIA agent? Why did Bush put CIA agents ives all over the world in danger of death just to cover up the lie he told the American people and the UN? Why let this case go on knowing that he was the person that the proscutor was looking for? Can Bush break the law and can he continue to break the law? Do we have a sure Dictator as a somewhat free country and no longer have a President for the people. Just some questions about this mess.

She does an excellent job of breaking things down for dummies like me.;-)

Why is Snotty Scotty McFelon trying so hard to push the date of July 18, 2003? And even make the reporters remember where they were at that time?
Something stinks.

Great idea to slow rapid posters down.

Fitz thanks for letting us know about Ms. Smith she has a deep background and we're found that you let us know about her. Oh and what's with the word verification anyway thanks for letting the letters be big enough for me to see. I hate small print ya you know that. I'll wait for SPB and others to break down what Christy has to say. Ya the print is just hard with my glasses. The eyes are breaking down as well as the body.

And Christy has wriiten an excellent piece on Firedoglake of a breakdown of your case. I have really can follow her article and her points. That blog is blessed with not only an attorney that knows you but can write a piece for everyday folks who want the facts. And what better way to have the facts of the case from a blogger who happens to be an attorney. Loved it when Christy stated Libby's attempt "ass-covering" via Scotty McClellan or stated Bush as a "snake-oil salesman." She calls a spade a spade. But, great article from her. I look forward of reading her future articles on Firedoglake!

I forgot about Judith Miller doing BushCo.'s bidding and what of Mr. Guckert? Didn't he report something on his website about Valerie Plame rather early before anyone else, too?

o.k. Jackie!

I saw my name mention from your comments regarding a breakdown of Christy's article from Firedoglake. First of all, it would be too long for a conversation about her piece. She has so much good information. Christy basically broke down many of the documents in the case (meaning many paragraphs from the documents) into simple terms so that everyday folks such as you can understand what this case is about and the charges. When you have the time (maybw this weekend), to sit down and read her three part series piece of Team Libby. It is long and may be a bit overwheling of information for you. But, it is worth it!

Finally,

I will leave you Christy's bottom line from Firedoglake:

"Bottom line here: George Bush jumped the shark with all of his public protestations about leakers being bad — because his sureptitious attempt to plant stories via Judy Miller through a Scooter Libby who clearly was trying to hide his identity behind a "former Hill staffer" attribution far away from the WH makes Bush look like a weasel. A weasel who has been pointing fingers at his critics, at the press, at everyone — but hasn’t taken any responsiblity on himself for his own mistakes, and his cherry-picking of intelligence that he used to lie our way into war with Iraq.
President Bush been exposed as a snake oil salesman, whose holier than thou attitude about leakers was designed to hide the fact that — all along — he’s been pulling the strings behind the scenes as the Leaker-in-Chief. "

And there you have it!

From day one it was clear the Bush Administration was lying. Whenever someone rams "moral values" down your throat it's because they're hiding their lack of them.

Their motto: It's the spin, stupid.

Folks,

I wanted to pass this along to you per fellow blogger, Waterflake. As you know, Waterflake is from Germany. We have corrisponded back and forth via email about Fitz's case. Waterflake told me that Germany doesn't cover the CIA Leak case nor the Germans are giving little knowledge of Fitz' case. Waterflake ask if I write article about the developments of CIA Leak case. I told her that I would do that. I was honored and humble that she would ask me to write an article. It is in English and in German. With my busy schedule, I decided to squeeze in some time to write a article of this case to her website. It is important that the international countries know about this case. So, here is the first of many articles to come from her website from me. I am currently working on another piece since the the little soldier squeal on the Gerbil in this latest news of this case. Here is the website:

p.s. Waterflake has been busy with projects. That is why she is not on the blog a lot. Also, she hired a wonderful editor that corrects my grammar errors!!!
