The House Of Cards...

is swaying. I sense a game of 52 pickup real soon.
GOP CHAIRMAN IN HOUSE SENDS 51 QUESTIONS TO ATTORNEY GENERAL
The Republican Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee F. James Sensenbrenner (R-WI) has issued 51 questions to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales on President Bush's warrantless wiretap program.
Combined with a move by the chairman of a House subcommittee on intelligence, and hearings in the Senate, the move is likely to signal that Republicans are not going to swallow the President's justification for the surveillance, and may be a precursor to hearings in the House.

We'll see Fitz if this Sensenbrenner guy really gives a shit about the constitution....or his job.

I'm paying brian kennedy and multiple others to kick him out of his seat. The heat is on this sensenbrenner fruit to put up or shut up, because someone else is right behind him for his job now....

After Gonzo received these 51 or 52 and more to come to answer by March 2, 2006, he will be taking a whole bottle of Tylenol. I read through the 14 pages of the 51 questions. The GOP has much in stake if they don't demand answers from Gonzo. The party is on shaky grounds right now.

I always place people under oath when I ask the tough questions, it seems to work better that way, but that is just me...trust, but verify.

51 questions, huh?
Well, let's hope they're not:

Do you like anchovies on your pizza?
How about extra cheese?
What's the state bird of Texas?
Do you have a good recipe for guacamole?
Is George Bush the bestest president or what?
Does my FEMA shirt make me look fat?

Veritas before caritas,

Oh, I noticed that you included the PDF file of the 14 pages for the fellow bloggers. I went directly to Raw story.. Thanks!

On your comments on placing people under oath, that is the right thing to do under the law. Bush has taken the law and twisted it for his own means. If attorneys such as yourself didn't abide by the law and have a person's testimony under oath, then you might have as well not have police officers not read a person the miranda law!

You got that right, Fitz.... What the hell does it matter unless the person is under oath first?

Somebody tell them for their own....ala 52 card pickup so we can make sure this probe does the real deal.

Coming up next: "We don't have to pay attention to any stinking laws of gravity!"

The more they get away with, the more they try...and how else are they going to "best" the caped crusader than by flying without the cape? Maybe we'll see swan dives off the roof of the White House soon??

Fitz,

Please do me a huge favor! Jackie sent me an email asking me: "What is PDF?" She thought it was your name and your letters. Please explain next time when you sent us an attachment that this an attachment rather than to say PDF. I know what it means but Jackie was confused. Thanks!

I don't think it's more posturing.

As much as I want to see this cabal stopped, it gives me a stomach ache when I think about what will come to our country, when they are stopped-and the long road ahead.

Ohio has some hope with people like Paul Hackett-Marine Major,Iraq Vet & Lawyer. He knows what we all discuss on this blog, for instance :-)PP

Hi guys I got caught up on a question about pdf letters. Thanks SPB for the help. Now I don't think Gonzo will answer the questions I think he'll have Ashcroff give them. Remember this all started with him thats why Gonzo can't answer. The bottom line is the action by Bush is illegally no matter what they say. I notice Rove is putting the heat on his GOP or they go on a blacklist. I told you it was from the Nixon play book.
