If Rove is indicted for making false statements, what does the maximum sentence carries?

BTW, on a side foot note, from your last comments, I know that this is not game. That was figure of speech on my part....

Make it very clear, Fitzgerald that Alito should not be confirmed period if the wiretapping issue is not resolvable with him

""I think you'd have to look at the specifics of the situation," he said "These are the gravest sort of constitutional questions that come up."

The question of the limits of executive power, particularly when the president conflicts with US Congress, Alito said, is a sort of undefined "twilight zone," he said.

Alito added: "Sometimes issues of executive power arise, and they have to be ... decided when they come up based on the specifics of the situation."

"I need to know what was done and why it was done and hear the arguments of the issue," he said.

He continued: "The theoretical issues really have to be explored and resolved. I don't believe the Supreme Court has done that up to this point.""

That's all that matters....

Please try to speak to us yourself and don't have staff posting with your name, keep us updated...

Dear Pablo Jr,
No no no, as a resident of Hawaii I absolutely refuse to allow those two slimy creeps (I wanted to say bastards but Jackie says watch our language) in my state. I will lay down on the runway under Air Force One before I will let their grimy little feet touch my hallowed ground!
Saudi Arabia can have them. They're practically brothers at heart anyway.

Hi guys well now we know what the eye brow met. This is the meat and potatoes of the crime family ( Rove). Oh Fitz I forget yesterday to tell you remind the investigative team about the fruit of the poisonous doctrine I don't want any lope holes. You are the best at what you do, now you can really show these corrupt losers that they messed with the wrong guy.

Kit yes I love the banner and you always have my support. What a day its been for news. The little angel is sticking it to the Bushism's and I like it.

Israel is updating plans for a pre-emptive strike on Iran's nuclear facilities which could be launched as soon as the end of March, according to military and intelligence sources.

America is holding our breath and hoping you get these guys BEFORE we get dragged into WWIII and they do away with planet earth.

The largest manufactoring industry in the world? OIL

Yes, truthout is a fine source of info. So is Wayne Madsen and Capitol Hill Blue.
Totally unrelated-are you, Patrick, a freemason? What do you know of the secret brotherhood and it's agenda? I ask because law enforcement, government and big business are rife with the little buggers. The rot runs so deep and has done for so long. This is why there is much more clearing out to do long after you have performed your public beheadings and left the stage.

In today's Chicago Trib:

<< Glen Joffe and Claudia Ashleigh-Morgan's home and River North art gallery openly featured ivory carvings, colorful feather headdresses and artifacts from hairpins to hats that federal authorities charged Tuesday were brought into the U.S. illegally.

Prosecutors allege that between 2001 and 2003, the Oak Brook couple smuggled in some $250,000 worth of artifacts made from the feathers, fur, shell and tusks of endangered and protected species.

U.S. Atty. Patrick Fitzgerald said many of the objects were sold at Joffe's gallery, Primitive Art Works, which is also named in the indictment.>>

You forgot the one about Alito's wife falling asleep at the first hearing, Bluewild. If she needed a nap, Ms. Alito should excused herself rather than be caught on camera live!

Throw Anonymous in jail too for disruption.

He seems to think strict constructionists are all liberals too.

What an idiot. Anyone against the neocons are not liberals. Some are, some are not. Me especially I'm a libertarian.

Down with all the fucker neoliberalcons......being constructionist means standing up for the written law at all times, something the neo freaks are going to learn the hard way.....

I was watching some of the hearing live on the internet. And I saw Ms. Alito go to the sleep during the hearing. I said to myself:" That must have been an embarrassment to be live on TV to do that especially the way Sam Alito introduced his wfie in the beginning of the hearing!" At least she didn't yarn or pass a note to go to bathroom like Bush did at a conference. Yes, I was laughing in tears when she fell asleep because I felt the same way she did: THE HEARINGS WAS TOO DANG BORING!
