Now, that is a bonehead penalty for the by the Redskins. That money can be used elsewhere. In addition to a penalty for the elected officials for defecating the Constitution, what about a penalty for the Bush Administration for lying to the American people about the WMD, invading a country on false pretenses and sending the troops in harm's way???

I would say dump them all in the ocean except that it's polluted enough.
Personally I support a law that states any elected official convicted of dishonoring the office to be banned for life from ever seeking office.
