Is Cheney Next?Could a guilty verdict for a former aide bring further criminal scrutiny of Vice President Dick Cheney?

As a federal jury deliberates the fate of former Cheney chief of staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, several watchers agree. If the jury decides Libby knew he was lying to investigators, it could spur investigators to explore further whether Cheney was involved in conspiring to obstruct justice, they believe.
Libby's lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The office of the vice president declined to discuss the matter.

I can't get pass is the Pope Catholic that was my laugh for today. Now to business yes the Dickster is pending charges with Libby being found guilty. Libby jobs as noted in the trial was Cheney's runner. Libby knew everything Cheney knew. Yet Libby had no authority he just followed orders. Look for the Dickster to say he doesn't really know who Libby is after the verdict of guilty comes in.

That is why I don't listen or watch much of the news on T.V. I had given up on many of the news media when they were feeding us garbage about how great the Gerbil was a President when he stole the first and second election and how the media were not digging the truth about the war in Iraq and why we went to Iraq from the beginning. And what pisses me off and angers me is that we have correspondent from NBC News, Richard Engel that reports on a daily basis the conditions of Iraq for the past 4 years. And I see no one except Brian Williams from NBC that don't utilize or ask Richard Engel himself about Iraq since he has been living there for the past 4 years. The Gerbil and WH have not once, not once, ask Richard Engel what are the conditions of Iraq. That is what bothers me about the media. Otherwise, I hit the blogsites, alternative news on the Web, or international news for the answers.

It would sure be a blessing for the country if we could see Cheney go down. Bush would soon be history then. No one wants to take Bush out of office till Cheney's gone. It would give us a fighting chance to get our country back. It runs much deeper than just them but they are the worst of the lot. The Supreme Court should be held to account for pushing these bastards on to use in the first place. Gore won the damned election. So did Kerry. Bush stole lots of votes in lots of states. These people are rotten through and through. Anyone that is placed in a position by them is corrupt for they only want to steal and commit acts of fraud.
