As noted in Jenna Gatski's logistics e-mail, I will endeavor to use this exhibit distribution list to alert you to questions or a verdict from the jury as best as possible.

Also, in response to numerous inquiries, Mr. Fitzgerald will not be available after a verdict for one-on-one interviews or talk shows. We do anticipate that he will speak to the media after a verdict outside the Courthouse and be posting a statement on his blog.
