I think Fitz is just introducing her at this stage to identify certain documents he wants to bring in as evidence like he did with Addington, he will save Judy for fireworks and recall later in trial.
Interesting testimony with Addington, who was the replacement of Scooter Libby's position as the WH chief of staff. And of course, Addington is Cheney's Cheney just like Libby. Interesting background of Addington:
He is the legal force behind over 750 signing statements President Bush has added to bills passed by Congress. Addington was a legal advisor to President Reagan who advised that such signing statements be used to exempt President Reagan in the Iran-Contra scandal.

Well, now this is interesting.. from FDL:
Executive Order 13292, dated March 2003, permits both the president and the vice-president to classify information.
However, declassification authority is defined in Sec. 6(l) as:
(l) “Declassification authority” means:
(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position;
(2) the originators current successor in function;
(3) a supervisory official of either; or
(4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official.
That would seem to mean that neither the president nor the vice-president can unilaterally declassify information without going back to the person(s) originally responsible for the classification.
There not be any funny business between Libby and Judy tommorrow.

Great job Attorney Z you really got that second strike for your team. Two down how many more to go or will say Libby told them of the CIA's name. Are Jackie and 6 Miles. . . saying they think the WH is going to try to pull the plug on the trial somehow before it gets any worse for them? I saw a troll over at HuffPo who said this trial would be over this week, and of course, everyone jumped all over him. But I wonder. They must be getting awfully worried over there.

I read about Addington a long, long time ago, Stephanie. It is his way or no way.

Anon I'd love for the trial to be completed but I guess I was thinking these crooks had some since. Now smart criminals would not allow this to happen. But looking at the White House well it's full of idiots who follow other idiots. Like most powerful people the brains of this corrupt group will never be known. Bush/Cheney and others are the worker bees and all will take the fall for the secret men running the country.
