Fitz as a new classified leak just came out about Rummy's memo. I was wondering what the jury would think now about national security classified information, as they are frequently and purposely leaking it to the press. Seems like nothing is really classified information anymore nor is it illegal to leak it. Rummy most need a defense in some criminal matter to have that memo released now. Judge Walton will really love the defense of how we have to not release classified information in the Libby case as all is coming out to the press on a as needed basis.

This is said to be “in violation of the laws of the United States, New York State, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania”.
That the laws of the United States, New York State, and the Commonwealth of Virginia are cited is obvious. The attack on the Twin Towers took place in New York State, and the attack on the Pentagon in Virginia.
That those of Pennsylvania are done so is not so obvious.
“The 9/11 Commission (through testimony, tapes of passengers' phone calls, and the flight data recorders recovered from the crash) determined that crew and passengers [of flight 93, which was downed in Pennsylvania], alerted through phone calls to loved ones, had attempted to subdue the hijackers. The Commission concluded that the hijackers crashed the plane to keep the crew and passengers from gaining control.” Wikipedia.
If that is the case, how can Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld be charged with the “commission of multiple federal felonies […] with intent that a murder be committed […] and conspiring to do all of the above, in connection with the deaths of at least 2,000 civilians […] in violation of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania”.
Clearly, Mitchell doesn’t buy the official version of what happened to flight 93 and holds Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld directly and personally responsible.

COMMENT: By “three States of the Union” Mitchell obviously means those of New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania. The question is: Who does he mean by “enemies”? Does he mean Al Qaeda, or does he mean some foreign sovereign power?
If he believes that flight 93 was crashed by terrorists to prevent crew and passengers from getting control in accordance with the official story given in the Commission Report, then it is clear that Al Qaeda is meant. But, then, why would the First Count against Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld apply in Pennsylvania?
If, on the other hand, he believes that flight 93 was shot down, is he saying that a pilot from a foreign sovereign power manned the plane that shot flight 93?
Counts four, five, six and seven consist of charges of genocide against the peoples and the nations of Afghanistan and Iraq (multiple violations as a principal) in contravention of 18 U.S.C. 2, 1091(a),
inciting genocide against the peoples and the nations of Afghanistan and Iraq (multiple violations as a principal), in contravention of 18 U.S.C. 2, 1091(c),
genocide against the peoples and the nations of Afghanistan and Iraq (multiple violations as an accessory) in contravention of 18 U.S.C. 3,
inciting genocide against the peoples and the nations of Afghanistan and Iraq (multiple violations as an accessory) in contravention of 1091(a), 18 U.S.C. 3, 1091(c).
These are enumerated in the case of all four counts (4, 5, 6, and 7) as follows:

"The truth is, we have an act of international terrorism on our hands. I happen to believe I know who is behind the death of my friend Sasha (Litvinenko) and the reason for his murder," Yuri Shvets said in an exclusive interview with the AP by telephone from the United States.
Shvets, also a former KGB officer, said he had known Litvinenko, who died in London after he was exposed to a rare radioactive element, since 2002 and had spoken to him on November 23, the day he died.

9:07pm We don't know for sure who was behind 9/11 for sure, do we? With people gagged, 9/11 commission so truthful and forthcoming--not, the failure to find bin Laden, the rush to war, the evidence that the U.S. wanted to invade Afghanistan and Iraq prior to 9/11, the list of companies that benefited from the stock market from that event, the lies of prior events on a smaller scale, and the fact everything is scrubbed about Israel or their spies being in the country or how happy their leaders were it happened, lack of deaths compared to other countries, the death of Paul O'Neil (how convenient), PTech's exposure, the list goes on...whether Israel was involved, who knows? But the leaders and their associates in the Pentagon and press sure pressed for war, whooped it up at our and other nations' citizens demise.
People in this country finally opened their sleeping eyes and people around the world are just as interested in the whole truth of 9/11. We all want justice. Perhaps you might have been raised on morals and values that can accept the cover-up of mass murders many times but don't expect millions of decent other people to be like you. Save your response on the "experts", we have all seen they lie really well.
