I was amazed when I read that Derrick Shareef was being charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. I guess this means that hand grenades in garbage cans are weapons of mass destruction. I thought that weapons of mass destruction were chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. Our justice system is becoming an embarrassment.

Good job T! Congrats!

The shooting in Chicago was over a toilet seat patent (I think, I was still half asleep when I had the TV on this morning). I caught the toilet seat part. Two lawyers and a retired teacher working to deliver office mail were killed, along with the gunman by a police sniper.

That Shareef dude, I wonder if that is his real last name.

Prosecutors charge people with things they believe they can prove. It is time someone made an example out of these 'homeboy' terrorists to make the rest of them who might be out there think twice. Somebody else will have to do the physics of metal trash cans exploding and sending shrapnel and garbage into hundreds of people. I do not know enough about grenades. The guy then 'allegedly' planned to wait outside the door and shoot people as they ran out of the building. What a bastard, lock him up for as long as possible.

Coming soon to an airport near you, I bet, the removal of trash cans or switching to all plastic. Now I know why the trash cans in the German airports were plastic mesh, and quite small in size.

The Buck Just Stops
The House ethics committee shows 'a disconcerting unwillingness' to hold anyone responsible.

WHAT, ONE HAS to wonder, would it take for the House ethics committee to hold a lawmaker or a staff member accountable?

Nothing like giving a stamp of approval to pedophiles, when can we expect 12 year old boys back in the White House servicing the after parties? Lawrence King, Jr. is out of prison and available for the kidnapping and training, isn't he? Wonder if some pedophiles in Congress were protecting themselves from exposure of preying on our youth?

Articles Of Impeachment Filed Against Bush, In Congress

By Matt Pascarella

In the last minutes of her term in congress, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney filed a parting blow at the Bush administration-- articles of impeachment
On Monday, gathering in a conference room in Washington D.C., Georgia Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney and her advisors worked on a draft copy of the articles of impeachment against President Bush.

At the heart of the charges contained in McKinney's articles of impeachment, is the allegation that President Bush has not upheld the oath of presidential office and is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors.

One of those "wait and see" deals, blind trust should not be given anymore by the American people. It must be earned back.

Some think many should be charged, put into prison such as the ones that profited off of 9/11, the ones that let it happen or had something to do with it. Shouldn't box cutters be declared as "weapons of mass destruction"? How much was the budget of the various agencies back in September 2001?

I just read on MSNBC the real reason Daddy Bush was crying in Florida. Well James Baker had just given Daddy Bush the report information that would destroy the Gerbil. Daddy Bush knew this was it for the Gerbil and his Presidency was over. Daddy Bush then went on stage about Jeb but was thinking of the Gerbil. Yes Daddy did what he could (again) to save the idiot but this time it was to late. The Gerbil was to far gone and that's why Daddy was crying because his idiot son George had disgraced the family name of Bush forever.

Jackie, interesting about Poppy boohooing...here is another take. I'd pay to know if it was true!

Poppy Bush was crying over his NWO financial empire collapsing? Greg Szymanski

But since all empires fall as did Gotti's, Bush's Satanist stranglehold on America may be in jeopardy if what two insiders say is finally acted upon by an American public fed-up with fascism brought on deceptively by the Bush family ever since the National Archives and the U.S. Congressional Record documented former Sen. Prescott Bush, as being a Nazi traitor while financing Hitler.

Although it is hard to imagine Daddy Bush as broke and penniless after stealing trillions of dollars of off shore money as documented in the Leo Wanta story, Wanta's financial agent said his sources said Bush Sr. was actually reduced to tears Tuesday when he learned much of his stolen financial empire, held in Vatican Bank accounts, has been lost through complicated financial transactions related to the unpaid $4.5 trillion owed Ambassador Wanta as well as the American people.

Cottrell would not elaborate on how Bush lost trillions of illegal dollars he has amassed since the end of the Cold War, but said he was told by credible sources he "cried like a baby" when he learned much of his stolen empire had been wiped-out.

The following documents from the National Archives and the Library of Congress reveal that, beginning in 1941, American political icon W. Averell Harriman and George Herbert Walker, maternal great-grandfather of President George W. Bush, served as U.S. partners of and bankers for Nazi industrialist Fritz Thyssen, the financial architect of the Third Reich and Adolf Hitler’s rise to power.

Good Morning/Afternoon Everyone:

It's a beautiful Saturday morning in the desert! :)

Congrats T and have fun tonight!! :)

Well, looks like the GOP has left a huge mess for the incoming Dems!

Republicans dumped an unfinished budget on the Democrats about to take power, with the Senate barely meeting a midnight deadline to pass a stopgap spending bill putting the government on autopilot until Feb. 15. Bush quickly signed the bill on Saturday.

The failure to pass budget bills for domestic agencies, said Rep. David Obey (news, bio, voting record), D-Wis., amounted to "a blatant admission of abject failure by the most useless Congress in modern times."

"They are leaving us with a tremendous mess," Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., told reporters. "We have alternatives, none of which are very good."

Have a wonderful day everyone!!

Berezovsky has invested in an online educational company founded by the president's younger brother and invited Bush to join him in his box at Arsenal to watch the Brazil-Argentina friendly. Also present were Alberto Dualib and Nesi Curi, president and vice-president of Corinthians, the Brazilian club that sold the Argentinian internationals Carlos Tévez and Javier Mascherano to West Ham United in the surprise deal of transfer deadline day.

The Bush administration has sent troops into Paraguay. They are there ostensibly for humanitarian and counterterrorism purposes. The action coincides with growing left unity in South America, military buildup in the region and burgeoning independent trade relationships.

In a speech on July 26 in Havana, Fidel Castro took note of the incursion and called upon North American activists to oppose it. In that vein, an inquiry is in order as to why the US government has inserted Paraguay into its strategic plan for South America. In addition, we should look at factors that favor Bush administration schemes for the region and others that work against US plans. more

Strange coincidences

Prescott Bush, banker to the Nazis and grandfather of George W. Bush, sponsored the rise of an obscure California right-wing politician who socialized extensively with Nazi sympathizers: Richard M. Nixon.

Richard Nixon hired a "gofer" to assist him with his campaigning and other matters: Mob-connected Jack Ruby who later moved to Dallas.

Just days after the Kennedy assassination, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover pointedly mentioned "Mr. George Bush of the Central Intelligence Agency" in a memo discussing the reaction of right-wing Cubans to the assassination. Two of the boats used in the infamous Bay of Pigs invasion were coincidentally named "Barbara" (the name of Bush's wife) and "Zapata" the name of his oil company.

Richard Nixon and George Bush are distinguished as being among the only people in America who later claimed they could not remember where they were the day Kennedy was assassinated. (Fast forward to the 45 minute mark.)

And that's just the tip of the iceberg...

Has anybody ever commented on the fatc that all of the presidents since Kennedy, with the exception of the "accidental" president, Ford, and Carter, who was a Rockefeller protege, were from the three principal oil producing or refining States in the USA, that is, Texas, California and Arkansas?

Kennedy (Massachusetts)
Johnson (Texas)
Nixon (California)
Ford (wherever)
Carter (Georgia)
Reagan (California)

You are really gonna be ill when you watch this video (Bush-JFK)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've watched the first 7 minutes of this video and it doesn't add to anything that Jim Marrs wrote way back in the 80s in his book of the JFK assassination in "Crossfire".
Basically, the doctors at Parklands Hospital, Dallas, noticed a small throat wound, too small to be a bullet wound in Kennedy's throat. In one film of the assassination of Kennedy, you see him clutching his throat shortly before the fatal wound is fired.
This was probably a poison dart fired by the umbrella man in order to paralyse Kennedy. (The "Beyond Conspiracy" misinformation documentary produced in 2003 said that Kennedy had been wearing a back-brace which prevented him from slumping forward and made him a, literally, sitting target for whoever).
In the video, you see, Jackie Kennedy climbingon to the boot (trunk?) of the open-top immediately after the fatal wound has been fired. This was to retrieve a bit of her husbands head (brain tissue or skull which, I'm told, she retained in her hand until persuaded to relinquish it at Parklands.
Exit wounds are larger than entry wounds and the doctor's at Parklands say that there was a large gaping wound at the back of JFK's skull confirming that he was shot from the front.
The doctor who carried out the autopsy at Bethesda Navy Hospital, who wasn;t even qualified to carry out autopsies of this kind, said that Kennedy had a large wound in the throat and a small wound at the back of his head. The wound in JFK's temple was larger than it had been when seen at Parklands.
Clearly Kennedy's body had been tampered with on the Presidential plane en route from Texas to Washington.
JFK's body was put in a bronze casket in Parklands and put on airforce 1. Jackie, who had not left her husband's side, did so, to be present at LBJ's swearing in.
Last summer, I spent some time watching the recordings of the NBC news reporters reporting on the JFK assassination on the dayb it happened. What you see shortly after 6PM is airforce 1 landing in Washington, a bronze casket being lifted off airforce 1 from the rear right side of the plane, and Jackie K alighting with RFK's assistance, and the casket being put into a naval ambulance which then goes God only knows.
Was JFK's body in the casket at that time. I doubt it.
It arrived at bethesda in a shroud.
What must have happened was that while the bronze casket, Jackie K/O and RFK were alighting, the body was taken out of the plane away from the view of the TV cameras from the left rear entrance.
More later.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yes, when Jackie Kennedy married Onassis, she did so principally because, after RFK's assassnination, she believed "they're shooting all the Kennedy's now", and the only way she could protect her children was by marrying someone rich and powerful enough to give her and them protection.

Something similar may have been in Princess Diana's mind when she started going out with Dodi, except that it made her position even more precarious.

Onassis commissioned a report into JFK's death...the rest is what I remember from reading Gore Vidal's palimsest (Gore being related by marriage to Jackie), and I'm going to have to check up on that, but, if I remember correctly, the report identifying Kennedy's killers ended up in the hands of the Kennedy family.

A journalist once asked a friend of RFK why he publicly supported the BS in tw Warren Report.

RFK's friend replied: "Because he wants to live."

It isn't difficult guessing which member of the Kennedy "is still alive right now who knows the truth( has first hand knowledge) about who murdered JFK, but the US Government is covering it all up until after this person dies".

I've heard it said that the same Kennedy knows what really happened to John Arthur Paisley, but isn't telling.

JAP was the CIA analyst who was executed/suicided/disappearded when the House of Reps sepcial committee on assassinations was nearing the end of their investigation into the assassinations of JFK and MLK.

Oswald was spying for US intelligence in Minsk where there was a radio factory.

JAP was an expert on radios, analysed intelligence coming from the USSR and would have been in a position to know whether Oswald was a genuine defector or a US spy acting under cover of defector.

I've had nothing but problems with beta blogger and I've been sending emails to google, however, I now realize that has been a waste of my time! LOL

I will now address all future complaints to the CIA. But, in all reality...I know that will be a waste of time too! LOL

Just joking!! :)

Btw..where did you hear that? I think the guys that started google started with their own money.

I hope you have better luck with beta blogger than I do! :)

And, to the smarta$$ anon.. on the last thread..obviously, you don't have beta blogger and you don't realize it's not the "user, computer or the keyboard"..it's beta blogger! Key word here: BETA Pffttt!!

BUSH REPORTED TO HAVE PURCHASED 99,000 ACRES IN PARAGUAY

Why might the president and his family need a 98,840-acre ranch in Paraguay protected by a semi-secret U.S. military base manned by American troops who have been exempted from war-crimes prosecution by the Paraguayan government? - Wonkette
----------------------------------

The land which is located somewhere near Mariscal Estigarribia is near natural gas reserves, but of more importance, It's near the one of the largest aquafers in N. America.

There is no documented proof available to prove the ownership of the land, and the claims about the military base being used by the US are word of mouth from the Paraguayens.

Both the Us and Paraguay governments claim that neither daddy Bush or W own any land there. But they also claim that the air base in Mariscal Estigarribia is not functional for landing B-52 Aircraft. One of the claims is that the airstrip is only 40 meters wide...not quite enough for a B-52.
True, but only for the small side strip where a plane can park. I scaled the image of the main strip and it looks more like 60 to 80 meters wide. See picture.

"Think of what a loaded moment in history it was for Bush the elder. Barely more than a day after he spoke, the Iraq Study Group's report would be issued. It was chaired by his old friend, the one with whom he'd discussed serious things years ago only after the kids, George and Jeb and the others, left the room.

Surely Mr. Bush knew -- surely he was first on James Baker's call list -- that the report would not, could not, offer a way out of a national calamity, but only suggestions, hopes, on ways through it. To know his son George had (with the best of intentions!) been wrong in the great decision of his presidency -- stop at Afghanistan or move on to Iraq? -- and was now suffering a defeat made clear by the report; to love that son, and love your country, to hold these thoughts, to have them collide and come together -- this would bring not only tears, but more than tears."

Rumsfeld did his farewell tour in Iraq today. Awww...I'm sure they're gonna miss him! NOT! LOL

So, which nursing home is going to now?? hehe

Dec. 9, 2006 — Outgoing Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld was in Iraq today on his 13th unannounced visit since the war started in 2003, ABC News has learned. It was an unusually secretive farewell tour of the nation that will almost certainly define his legacy.

The trip, laden with symbolism, is among the last stops in Rumsfeld's farewell tour, with just nine days left before former CIA Director Robert Gates assumes Rumsfeld's third-floor office in the Pentagon.

Anthony, My Dad was a Lt. Commander, USN, and Pilot. As a reservist, he was "on call" the 13 days of the Cuban Missile Crisis. The last day, he dropped dead in our living room, of a "heart attack," at the age of 39. (He had passed his Navy physicals to fly, so none of it makes sense.)

A close family, four years later his Brother-in-law, my uncle, also USN dropped dead of a heart attack, also age 39 in Fairfax, Virginia.

About 5 years later, Dad's best friend dropped dead of a heart attack.

And in the latter 1970's my Mother's Brother suffered severe burns in a Boiler Explosion in Boca Raton, Florida, while working as an electrician at a motel, and died after lingering in pain.

All of these men were United States Navy. They were close like brothers. My family virtually was wiped out by the end of the 1970's, the mothers widowed, and cousins fatherless.

Asking questions about it did me no good. Since 1998 I've been stalked by criminals and cops, falsely arrested, intimidated, brutalized, falsely charged, and suffered financial, emotional, physical, stress and losses most Americans would believe could only be a "Hollywood Story."

But I had made some friends at the USAF base in Warner Robins, Georgia, who said, "Document Everything." So I retrieved all police reports and records, and kept a running diary with receipts, etc. to prove my story.

I am also a former freelance political cartoonist, but now believe Kennedy and MLK weren't the only ones "taken out" in the '60's.... Many were, who were "less known." My family was VIRGINIAN, native for nearly 300 years and Virginia was extremely racist, and JFK's ideas bucked Virginia's system, and elite idealogy.

....... "I'm crazy." (But, I'm alive.) Visit my blog. They've even murdered my son and called it "Suicide."

You're right to fear for what you write or say. There is an underground in this country, probably global, which can only be compared to the most evil of evil empires in Europe: Yes, Nazi, Germany and they're using psyops and Stalinistic Tactics.

They're secretive and in my case, they've probably been watching since the day my Dad dropped dead, and as a ten year old girl, and later, conveniently a railroad corporate wife, I didn't even know it.

There are other things which have been going on our generation, in this country, that you wouldn't even believe could happen here. I'm only a target because of my Dad. And if I hadn't suffered since 1998, and been stalked, and persecuted, it wouldn't have dawned on me Dad may have been murdered, and "someone" wants it kept hidden, and for me to appear "insane," or silenced in prison, a hospital, or by some sort of planned "death."

My Mother told me something I'll never understand. During WWII and when my Dad was in officer's training with the United States Navy, in order to be promoted, officer candidates were required to watch pornographic movies.

And then I don't remember much. He died when I was ten years old. But one of the things I most remember is he held up this little yellow piece of paper, and he said, "See this? It's money."

I remember saying, "Oh, Daddy, it's money? Please buy me a pony with it!!"

It was a Shell Credit Card.

I have a short video of my Dad in black and white from around 1960. He holds up a book he's reading. And then he gets a rifle and displays it. I've wondered what the name of the book might have been. And, of course, I've wondered so much more and what he might have been trying to leave behind.

Good afternoon, America!

Nice day yesterday!

Sunny in the morning, but got cloudier during the day. In between the clouds, I could see the occasional airliner flying high in the sky on its way to East Midlands Airport, and the occasional tiny white needle of a con trail from a plane alsmist too small to see far away.

And no chem-trails!

This morning rainy.

Went to church to watch the children's nativity play, reflect on the meaning of "Christmas", and sing a few Nativity hymns.

Put out of my head for a moment all the evil that is going on in the world, much of it initiated by people in high places.

My mind drifted and I thought about Gadaliah ben Ahikim, a true Israelite and a man of godly lineage, whom Nebuchadnezzar had appointed satrap of Judah, who was murdered while giving hospitality in his own household to men he could trust.

I’m hungry.

I’ve put the farfalle into the saucepan, and I made the sauce yesterday. An Italian friend first cooked it for me. He was taught it by a Sicilian while doing military serevice. He asked me what I thought the sauce was. I couldn’t tell. Here’s the recipe (for two):

1. Fry a little garlic and grated peel lemon in olive oil. Do not allow garlic to brown, unless you like it that way.
2. Add a tin of tuna. Allow tuna to break it. You could add an anchovy, but I didn’t do so yesterday as I found I had no anchovies left. Naughty. Anchovies should always be in any self-respecting foodie’s larder.
3. Add freshly cracked pepper. I pound some pods up in my Jamie Oliver style granite Thai pestle and mortar. I also like a bit of chilli for extra heat. Use frech or dired chilli flakes, not chill powder, as this contains Oregon (the hot powder), or ground cumin (the mild powder) Unless you particularly like these favours with this sauce.
4. Add 400g tin of tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes become sauce.
5. When pasta is cooked, drain and mix pasta with sauce in saucepan.
6. Garnish with chopped flat-leaf parsley and serve.

So interesting my Dad displayed the Shell Credit Card forty years ago. Don't the Dutch own that company? Ironically I read they also purchased the law/tax book company he was employed with: Commerce Clearing House, located at that time in Chicago. His travels selling CCH books surely put him in "high places" during his S.W. Virginia political/legal/tax office calls. (Is there ANYTHING "American," that foreigners don't own?)

[In 1995, Commerce Clearing House was purchased for nearly $2 billion by Wolters Kluwer, a Dutch company.]

[Royal Dutch Shell PLC is a multinational oil company of Anglo Dutch origins, which is amongst the largest energy corporations in the world]

Maybe he was "onto" some elite plan of slaving and destroying Americans with plastic debt and credit rip-off.... hello, BIG BANKS, Keating et. all.......

The American secret service was bugging Princess Diana's telephone conversations without the approval of the British security services on the night she died, according to the most comprehensive report on her death, to be published this week.

Remind me never to go shopping with you lot.

Although may I remind you people it could be your very own local shopping mall that is the target one day, and oh your life or limb you loose.

Your big mouths and bright ideas allowed Al Gore to be robbed of an election. Your big mouths and bright ideas voted Bush and Co. back in, in 2004.

Your country invaded Iraq, get over it. Use some of your hot air you expire here on a daily basis, stick together as a country and fix it.

Taken from Matthew's message of November 9, 2006:

... Through this means of fear they have continued in control for several linear years beyond their soul contracts’ provisions. Yet they also know that Earth is ascending steadily into the frequencies where darkness cannot tolerate the light intensity, and as their realization has grown that they cannot reverse her determined course into the higher vibrations, their own fear has grown accordingly until this point when they are operating in pure madness. Without question, their days in power are numbered precisely because the light is exposing their atrocities. Between the frequencies in which Earth now is revolving and the in-pouring of light from your space family, THE LIGHT IS UNSTOPPABLE, UNBEATABLE.

"You know, the American people took the reins of government away from the Republican Party . . . in this last election. They did so, I think, in large part because they were tired of our hypocrisy," fumed Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.) from the Senate floor. "Our leadership and some of our members grew arrogant in their own power, and with arrogance comes corruption," said Rep. Zach Wamp (R-Tenn.), a member of the class of 1994.

"We came to change Washington, and Washington changed us," said Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).

"All that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing."

Or variations thereof...

Senator Gordon Smith and the Grand Old Party

I think the man drank too much of the koolade. He was about to lose his groceries and was trying to jump out of the car. Nobody even knew who was driving and the fuzz was closing in on them, as they tried to hide what was left of the Country Club beer. Even Karl was trying to run for it as Dubya had crapped his pants and was passed out in the back seat. Who would have known that those little bitty cans of beer could get you so high exept Rummy, who was still sitting at the bar sipping Oly's.

Anyways, Gordy did the right thing, and spilled the beans on the good old boys, and we know that he wasn't driving the car. I don't think it was Cheney either...he was riding shotgun. Nobody knows how many there were in that car, but there were beer cans all over the white house lawn when the doors opened.

Hi anonymous at 10:27 AM!

I recently saw a repeat from about 10 years back of Jamie Oliver cooking belly pork. If I remember rightly, he fried the belly skin side down first.

I saw some rolled belly pork going cheap in a local supermarket, so I bought it with the intention of cooking it according to Jamie Oliver’s method.

I realised today that I'd taped over the Jamie Oliver recording. I was feeling knackered and frankly couldn’t be arsed to find the recipe on the net or in his books, so I had to improvise.

So I pounded and grinded up some sea salt and black pepper corns with some cloves of garlic with my pestle and mortar, then got some thyme and sage and rosemary from the garden, and added this and some cumin seeds to the garlic and seasoning.

Bashing up the garlic releases the oils and my olfactory gland was immediately assaulted by the wonderful aroma.

I then unrolled the belly and got some salt into the scoring on the skin, turned it over and rubbed olive oil and the herb, garlic mixture into the meat.

I then put the belly, skin-side up, directly onto a metal rack in a pre-heated oven, with oven turned up to max.

BRIEF COMMERCIAL BREAK WHILE I TURN THE OVEN DOWN.

Point well taken, Anthony. I'll try to behave myself. I probably believe much like you; that we are all students and teachers. Your British viewpoints on the American experiment are much appreciated. Sometimes I forget about example and jump right in with the cattle prod, and I must admit that I personally don't like the shock treatment. I've prepared some special cat food with anchovies and garlic sauce, and promise not to complain about the aroma that comes from the litter box.

Hi anonymous at 10:27 AM! I'm back.

Under the rack, I put a baking tray with some balsamic vinegar, some bay leafs and, this is important, a cup full of water. This is so the tray catches the “goodness”, as Jamie calls it, dripping from the belly and the water is necessary so it doesn’t burn as it did the first time I tried this method.

After 20 minutes you turn the over down to 220 (or less if fan-assisted).

You can put vegetables in the tray under the rack.

Different chefs use different combinations of herbs on the pork and in the tray and different vegetables. You can cook veg which you intend to accompany the course or do what Jamie, in one version of this dish does, which is to use carrot and celery and onion, which are, after all, two of the principal ingredients, along with veal shinbones, of stock., and use this to make the gravy.

The problem with this method of cooking is that the aromas soon fill the house, which is lovely, but I find that this diminishes the pleasure of eating it somewhat, so I keep doors closed and windows in the kitchen open.

BTW, anonymous at 10:27 AM.

Jamie Oliver learnt to cook by cooking pub-meals in his dad's pub at weekends.

At school, he didn't do very well, because he's dislexic and the other kids taunted him with the words, "Learning support! Learning support!" (Learning support being the name of the Special Educational Needs Department in UK state schools).

He went on to work under Geraldo Contaldo, an Italian immigrant from Maiori on the Costiera Amalfitana and at the Riverside Cafe, a world-renowned Italian-style eatery run by an American and an Englishwoman.

It was there that he was spotted by a TV crew making a documentary about the establishment.

They realised he was a "natural" and he was aksed to do a TV series called "the naked chef".

He went on to do three with the beeb.

He's not everybody's cup of tea, being a "what-you-see-you-get" Essex-boy type, using a demotic style of speech that many would have deemed inappropriate for TV, and is probably not someone I's particularly want to spend a holiday with.

But he's a culinary genius!

He recently spearheaded a campaign to get the government make schools serve healthy food. And it was successful, the government giving schools until September (last) to getbtheir act together.

As a school governor, I was asked to serve on the food committee, and we had to make sure that the food we served was healthy, but that it was attractive enough for the kids to want to buy and not go outside to local fish and chip shop and eat crap.

The dinner goddesses were all to happy, as was their union which enbcourage this, to undergo the necessary training to cook healthier, and attractive, meals.

As I do more than two lunch-time duties a week, I am entitled to a free school meal each day to the value of £1:65.

And I eat a school-meal every day.

Jamie went to Buckingham Palace to get an MBE (a gong, medal)from Her Maj' earlier this year.

He bloody well deserves it!

Hi, anon at 10:27!

I’ve blanched the potatoes, drained them and scuffed them a bit in the colander, put them back in the hot saucepan and coated them with some goose fat I bought a while ago and haven’t yet used.

I’ve put them in the oven next to the pork. Trouble is, pork looks almost cooked and it’s going to take nearly twenty minutes for potatoes to do. Should have spent less time on this blog, and more time in the kitchen. This kind of job needs attention.

I'm also getting hungry in more ways than one!

The pork rind is crunchy, but spuds are not done. Should have put them in earlier.

But the liquor in the baking tray below the pork belly is delicious.

I’ll use what’s left of that bottle of St Joseph I opened two nights ago to swill around the baking tray to loosen all that delicious caramelised goodness to make the gravy!

I'm getting real hungry now. Can't wait to get into that pork and crackling!

I know, I’ll take the pork out to rest, turn the oven up a bit to finish off the spuds and go to the off-licence (liquor store) and get a bottle of Bordeaux.

Cabinet ministers have been told by the Foreign Office to drop the phrase 'war on terror' and other terms seen as liable to anger British Muslims and increase tensions more broadly in the Islamic world.

The shift marks a turning point in British political thinking about the strategy against extremism and underlines the growing gulf between the British and American approaches to the continuing problem of radical Islamic militancy. It comes amid increasingly evident disagreements between President George Bush and Tony Blair over policy in the Middle East.

Good, everyone is sick to death of hearing that bogus phrase meant to control and frighten people. It has gotten to be a joke like the "war on drugs". They both tie up together anyway if the truth were told.

Hello, hullokitty69.

May I extend to you a warm welcome on behalf of most of the people on this blogsite.

I assume from your reference to “my prime minister” that you are British.

I, too, am British.

I don’t know how you found your way to this blogsite. I, personally, was investigating the murder of John F. Kennedy junior and those who were with him on that fateful flight over Martha’s Vineyard back in, when was it, 1999.

I was led to this blogsite because one investigator into JFK Jr’s murder claimed (rightly or wringly) that Patrick J. Fitzgerald had set up a grand jury in New Jersey to investigate the assassination.

Since that time, I have learnt that a far more serious crime has been committed against the people of the USA and indeed, against all of us, which is 9/11.

It is 9:43 here in the UK, and it is far too late for me to explain to you in detail where exactly some people on this blogsite are coming from.

I would urge you to visit my blogsite by clicking on the word Anthony at the beginning of my posts that will lead you to my blogsite. You will find there a number of articles of interest, especially concerning what really happened on 9/11.

My I in the meantime just address some of the issues you raise.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I detest the fact that they fooled a lot of people over weapons of mass delusion. (including my Prime Minister)
Tony Blair wasn’t fooled by any one over weapons of mass destruction. He went to war, knowing that there were no WMDs, and had the dossier sexed up despite conerns within the UK intelligence community as to the integrity of its contents.
And poor Dr David Kelly was murdered to silence him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I detest the fact that they have invaded an Arab state with no connection to 9/11.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, why do you think they did invade Iraq when it had no connection to 9/11?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I detest the fact that while you are trying to undermine the office of the President in a time of War.. (legal or not) you kind of people are giving the terrorist's what they want. In a sense America is having it's own civil war (without the casulties).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is not a time of war, except in the sense that by illegally invading two foreign countries that posed no threat to them, the USA and the UK have instigated a war. A war requires that one sovereign state is at war with another or others. This is not the case.
And who are the terrorists you refer to?
There are people on this blogsite who believed al qaeda carried out 9/11, people who believe the bush administration let it happen, and people, like myself, who believe that it made it happen. If that is the case, the real terrorists are in the WH and # 10.
If you read nothing else tonight, read Dr Judy Wood’s article on scholars for 9/11 truth website, in which she argues that, from the speed at which the twin towers fell, it can only have been a controlled demolition. Controlled demolition = Inside Job!
You’ll find a link to her article on my blogsite.
Lastly, DON’T LET YOUR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE OF TONIGHT PUT YOU OFF VISITING OR PASTING COMMENTS ON THIS BLOGSITE.
For reasons I don’t have time or energy to explain to you now, this may be the most important blogsite you will ever visit.
Remember, remember, the 9th of September. Thermate, Treason, and Plot!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Just kidding folks! The last blog (on the pork belly) was an allegory of how the Founding Fathers lovingly crafted the Constitution and the Bill of Rights only to find two centuries later that someone interloper, who had no business to be in the WH, managed to destroy it.

I did indeed swish the remaining drops of St. Joseph aruond the baking tray to losen the goodness, added a bit of bisto to thicken it up, and it made a wonderul gravy. Pity I could't be arsed to get some veg today.

This kind of dish takes time to perfect.

Pitfalls:

Make sure there is enough water in the baking tray below the rack at all times. There is nothing worse than all that goodness, bayleafs and balsamic vinegar drying out and burning.

Don't overdo it with the balsamic vinegar. Less is more.

I had the privalige of seeing Lightning Sam in 1962 on Grant Street in San Francisco. Went to a night club to see Mose Allison, and this dude with chrome sidewall shades and a towell around his neck came out with a guitar. I thought he was the guy that worked in the rest room. He had a harmonica on his neck, and a drum that he played with his foot. I was an instant fan, and bought a stereo record of some of his work. I even named my dog after him. This dog was half standard poople and half German shepard. The dog catcher stopped by my house one day and complained, that he couldn't catch him because he could jump over any fence. Later they did catch him, but he jumped the pound fence and escaped...true story.

In August 1996, Gary Webb began publishing the results of a yearlong investigation that traced the money fueling the horrific U.S.-backed “contra” war against Nicaragua to the profits from Los Angeles’ 1980s crack epidemic. The CIA led its contra army to spend the entire decade terrorizing the Nicaraguan people and their Sandinista government, happily allowing the contras to flood Los Angeles and other North American cities with cocaine to fund their efforts. Gary provided extensively documented evidence that while poor communities in L.A. paid the price of the crack explosion – from rampant addiction in their neighborhoods to oppressive law enforcement and jailing with Reagan’s stepped-up “war on drugs” – the United States government protected the men moving a great deal of the drugs coming into the city. Local dealers faced life sentences while the bigtime narcos from Washington to Managua went free.

So many suicides and plane crashes.

This Sunday's Human Rights Day has been renamed "Human Rights and Impeachment Day," as groups hold rallies across the United States calling for President Bush and Vice President Cheney to be impeached. This Sunday marks the 58th anniversary of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

"The purpose of the events is to organize people to lobby their Congress Members for investigations and impeachment and to lobby their local and state governments for resolutions in support of impeachment," Democrats.com co-founder Bob Fertik writes.

The rallies were "kicked off" yesterday at a New York City forum which featured former Rep. Elizabeth Holtzman, who served on the Judiciary Committee during Nixon's impeachment hearings, and anti-war "peace mom" Cindy Sheehan, whose son, Casey, was killed while serving in Iraq over two-and-a-half years ago.

Recalling the Gary Webb story. He lost his job, suffered all sorts of horrors for exposing the CIA/cocaine operations and big names in his book "Dark Alliance." Then he was found with a bullet in the back of his head, ruled "suicide."

He'd been "depressed."

(I'm surprised they didn't label him insane, tie a rope around his neck, weight his feet with blocks, and drop him into an abandoned mine, but Webb was too well known to handle his termination in that manner. They had to make it appear he'd done it to himself.)

Look Joanne, or Aussie, or Kitty, or whatever name you're using..

I am an American citizen, I was born here, I have the right to think what I want, when I want about my country.

What difference does it make to you if we impeach during or after? Or, if we don't impeach at all?

Just who do YOU think you are coming on this blog telling us Americans what to do?? Or, how to think, type, or what to say? Where do you get off thinking it matters at all to me what you think??
