Fitz Nicole has the DUI and Bush is getting his ideas from Barney the dog. All well in the Gerbil world as we see Connie is standing by her man. Now what's new is the back stabbing the Gerbil is doing to the President of Iraq. The man has a right to his opinion about the Study Group report. But I notice that the so called Iraq government is really run by the Gerbil. If the government leaders say something that the Gerbil doesn't like well they get called in to change it. One might think Bush is the President/Dictator of Iraq right now.

Former Aides To Congress Switch Sides for Upcoming Probes

In today's Washington Post, Jeffrey Birnbaum reports that "just about every company on K Street is vying for a piece of the soon-to-thrive 'crisis management' business" -- and offers a glimpse of what costly (and sometimes contradictory) opinions from legal eagles, publicity consultants, and lobbyists will look like. The result is a rough primer for targetted corporations:

What really happened in New Orleans

If you ask most people what caused the catastrophic flooding of New Orleans and vicinity, they'll tell you "Hurricane Katrina." Others who think they are better informed will say it was the post-storm surge that breeched the top of the levees.

Both these explanations for the disaster that killed thousands and made hundreds of thousands homeless are factually incorrect.

Hurricane Katrina did not damage New Orleans in any significant way. The storm surge did not come over the top of the levees. The levees - designed, built and maintained by the federal government - collapsed. The catastrophe in New Orleans was not a natural catastrophe. It was a government-made one.

A group of New Orleans firemen stationed in a hurricane-proof office building while the storm raged documented what happened as it happened and were then ordered not to make the video they shot available to the public or talk about what they saw.

Now, long after the fact, we're finally learning the truth.

Conyers' Betrayal

Save the USA

http://benfrank.net/blog/2006/12/10/conyers_betrayal/

Monday, December 11, 2006

This is a short post to highlight one simple fact- John Conyers is an establishment shill- a fraud that has betrayed every American that supported his 'investigations'.

From Conyers' report, The Constitution in Crisis:

Our investigation has found that while the allegations set forth in this Report rise to the level of impeachable misconduct by the President, the Vice President, and other high ranking officials within the Administration, more information and investigatory authority is needed before recommendations can be made concerning specific Articles of Impeachment.

http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:EQRQ-n68ZJ8J:www.house.gov/judiciary_democrats/iraqrept122005/section4.pdf%2Bthe%2Ballegations%2Bset%2Bforth%2Bin%2Bthis%2BReport%2Brise%2Bto%2Bthe%2Blevel%2Bof%2Bimpeachable%2Bmisconduct&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=1

http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:EQRQ-n68ZJ8J:www.house.gov/judiciary_democrats/iraqrept122005/section4.pdf%2Bthe%2Ballegations%2Bset%2Bforth%2Bin%2Bthis%2BReport%2Brise%2Bto%2Bthe%2Blevel%2Bof%2Bimpeachable%2Bmisconduct&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=1

So last year Conyers do-nothing excuse was "more information and investigatory authority is needed". Now that the democrats will have control of the House, "they aren't even going to issue subpoenas.
http://www.gnn.tv/articles/2791/BREAKING_Congresswoman_McKinney_Files_Articles_of_Impeachment

http://www.gnn.tv/articles/2791/BREAKING_Congresswoman_McKinney_Files_Articles_of_Impeachment

They aren't even going to issue subpoenas! They aren't going to investigate anything!

Wake up America- the Democrats in DC are establishment whores that are enabling BushCo to get away with murder. Conyers led the investigations

http://benfrank.net/patriots/news/congress/plant_or_vegetable

into the Election Fraud, Downing Street Memo and Illegal Wiretapping- all led nowhere.

Supposedly because the Republicans had control of the House... but now that's been exposed- they led nowhere because Conyers is a Fraud.

"Israel is a democracy and does not threaten anyone ... Iran
explicitly, openly and publicly threatens to wipe Israel off the
map," an agitated Olmert replied.

No, they manipulate others into doing their dirty work. We all seen how they don't threaten anyone by pictures of the Gaza and Lebanon victims' blacken corpses. They already threaten to attack Iran themselves. Actions speak louder than words anyway. The U.S. and Israel's leadership should both change their policies, they might get along better in the world.

Former spy David Shayler has cast doubt on who was responsible for the London bombings and called for a public inquiry.

The Middlesbrough-born ex-MI5 man has claimed the official version of the attacks on three underground trains and a double decker bus in the capital on July 7 last year is riddled with inaccuracies.

He has produced a 40 minute documentary in which he questions a number of issues ranging from the September 11, 2001, attack on the US, and the 7/7 attacks in London.

Sen. Gordon Smith (R-OR): Bush's Iraq Policy 'May Even Be Criminal'

As the 109th Congress drew to a close, Sen. Gordon Smith took to the Senate floor and delivered a scathing indictment of President Bush's policy in Iraq. Gordon said, "I, for one, am at the end of my rope when it comes to supporting a policy that has our soldiers patrolling the same streets in the same way being blown up by the same bombs day after day. That is absurd. It may even be criminal. I cannot support that any more. I believe we need to figure out not just how to leave Iraq but how to fight the War on Terror and to do it right."

Judge settles classified info fight in Libby case

Limited intellgence details decision likely eliminates prospect of 'graymail'

WASHINGTON - A federal judge has accepted a series of redactions and substitutions proposed by Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald - to be provided to I Lewis "Scooter" Libby's defense team - which will limit what Libby can share with jurors at his upcoming trial on some of the specifics of his top-secret White House briefings.
U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton also ordered the review by national security agencies of classified documents requested by Libby - Vice President Cheney's former chief of staff - for his defense of perjury and obstruction charges in the Valerie Plame, CIA/Leak case, must be completed by December 22.

Thank you Pat and team! Great job! That was worry for me...

Cheers!

What is interesting about the new update on the smurf's trial is how this coincide with the piece that I wrote for Waterflake for her website. And it mostly I felt would happen. Judge Walton did the right thing. Here is my excerpt:

Team Libby thinks by entrapping Fitzgerald with so many classified documents for Libby’s defense that this will box in Fitzgerald to object to the judge allowing so many classified documents. Fitzgerald may object to the detail to the largely amount of narrative summaries that Libby seeks to introduce and/or Walton’s ruling of the nine topics in which Libby can use in his defense. Fitzgerald’s concern is not the classified information (which much of the classified documents irrelevant to the case will be blackened out) but the focus is how much information from these narrative summaries and nine topics are being overloaded to the jury.

Things are dim for Ex-Lax chimpster in the WH.

Despite the Democratic takeover of Capitol Hill and the steady cavalcade of grim news from Iraq, White House chief of staff Josh Bolten and political guru Karl Rove are busily overseeing Bush's State of the Union address, scheduled for Jan. 23.
Outside Republican sources report that except for isolated pockets of realism, the West Wing bunker hasn't yet absorbed Bush's diminished power.
"The White House is totally constipated," a former aide complained. "There's not enough adult leadership, and the 30-year-olds still think it's 2000 and they're riding high."

Patriot Girl thanks for the information. Notice how the Iraq people are fleeing to Iran/Syria for safety. Millions are moving to the two countries that Bush says are the enemy. I only wonder what those Iraq people think of Bush as they had to flee for safety. At lease the population is growing with the Iran/Syrian people getting to understand and support the Iraq people. Bush is doing a helluva job.

Now to the little angel and team. Look I'm no genius but classified information isn't really classified. Judge Walton is in for a big surprise when most of the stuff he blacked out will be made public before the Libby trial. With the rats turning on each other and the up coming investigations all that fuss about national security protected will be out the window. It is nice to see Judge Walton still believes in national security protection to bad the Bush Administration doesn't see it the same way. If a lie needs to be covered up the Bush Administration leaks classified information then blames Mr. I Don't Know as the leaker. No time to declassify things anymore. Just get the cover up story out there then we'll declassify the stuff later. Well at lease Judge Walton will see that nothing has changed. Libby will look like a little kid in the orange suit like it's a Halloween costume.

SPB,

After rereading the end of the article...I think I answered my own question.

"Fitzgerald notified the court that he may appeal Walton's ruling on the standards the judge will use for determining which classified materials Libby may use as evidence in defending himself."

So Fitzie may still appeal...

This has to do with Walton November 15th ruling and the nine topics that Walton allowed for Libby to discuss at the trial.. Fitz had filed in court that he would appeal Walton's ruling. I believe Fitzgerald's concern was the large amount of classified information that Libby wanted to use in his defense. Fitz's concern wasn't about protesting against the use of classified information for Scooter;s defense. The focus and the concern is how much classified information was being used in the nine topics in which Walton allowed Libby to discuss would overwhelm the jury.. Fitz simply wanted to limited the amount of classified information. But, I am glad that Walton is limiting Libby to what he could share with the jurors because 100 + classified documents is a bit too much for the jurors. And I couldn't believe that there were 412 classified documents that both the defense and prosecutors had to go through for a dead horse case.. But, nevertheless, Libby is hosed in his trial. He should have plea bargained with the rugby man.. What an idiot!

On a side note: the trial will go on as scheduled. And I don't believe that Fitz will not appeal from Walton's ruling since Walton sided with Fitz. If I were Fitz, which I am not, after Walton's ruling, I would prepare for the trial because Libby don't have a prayer for his defense. His only hope is the limited amount of classified information that he is allowed to help his defense.. Because he doesn't have a memory loss expert to testify in his behalf, in one word: TOASTED!!!

I wonder if trolls heard the bell tolls for the last of the republican party and their lockstep like minded DINO. Ohio is almost as full as DC and we have them cornered. Today they said they aint answering no more questions without an attorney as they are not "qualified" to do so...I think we make them nervous the way they hang around

Funny song Geffy, I haven't heard that one since I was a little kid:-D

Gotta run- report writing of course

Greenberg Traurig---

http://onlinejournal.com/artman/
publish/article_1261.shtml

Democratic Underground Demopedia reports in Who Killed John O’Neill that at the time of 9/11, AIG, the world’s largest insurance company, and subsidiaries Marsh McLennan, ACE and Kroll, were run by the Greenberg family. With Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member Maurice “Hank” Greenberg as the AIG godfather, the Familia’s tentacles curled around the heart of the tragedy.

Hank’s son Jeffrey, a CFR member as well, was chairman of Marsh & McLennan, situated on floors throughout the North Tower of the World Trade Center as well as the top floors of the South Tower. Marsh also had ties to the CIA. Son Evan Greenberg, a CFR member, was CEO of ACE Limited, situated in Tower 7, which also contained AIG subsidiary Kroll, closely related to the CIA, also with an office in Tower 7.

Tower 7 also contained offices of the FBI, Department of Defense, IRS (which contained prodigious amounts of corporate tax fraud corporate, including Enron’s), US Secret Service, Securities & Exchange Commission (with more stock fraud records), and Citibank’s Salomon Smith Barney, the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management and many other financial institutions.

Whenever I seen that name, the words "mass murderers" come to mind.

By the way Geezerpower I see why the gerbil are so attracted to Paraguay...

It's a heaven for drug smugglers, riff raff, and Columbian and Brazilian Rebels..

That's perfect for the gerbils meaning that they're all crooks too..

Paraguay is like the Mos Eisley Cantina in the Star Wars movie..

"A wretched hive of scum and villainy!"

It's not too difficult for any Senator to understand how giving up freedom for security could have gone so wrong...

But you don't have to be a rocket scientists to see the unhappiness in the American Nation.

Unhappiness equals votes for the other side by the way and ideologies barely get a grip at despondent citizenry.

Just check the TV news polls at viewership to see what I mean!

Like Biloxi always says, If momma's not happy then nobodies happy...

Nope. That's Pure Self Refining Cocaine Geezer. Paraguay White grows white leaves.

You can just ask a friend to hold your legs while you hold on to two wheels and pretend like you're cutting the lawn over there..

After you're done mowing, you can run a marathon in under 8 seconds...

European journalists, including British, Polish, and Russian writers with whom RAW STORY has been communicating, find it surprising that US interest in the Litvinenko case is so minimal. In addition, some of these journalists find what they call "conspiracy theories" of a "Putin is being framed" variety rather odd, given the "sordid activities" of the FSB under Putin.

One foreign source, who wishes to remain fully anonymous, pointed to similar assassinations conducted by Russian FSB, SVR, and GRU (Military Intelligence) agents "by the light of day" against high value targets.
