Very good, Mr. Fitz. LOL!

Local news saying doctors want a special prosecutor to look into Phill Kline and Bill O'Reilly's little show about claiming late-term abortions occurred in KS.. it is about the medical records of patients.

Ms. Melanie knows all about AG Kline.

Obama

last night while Obama was being interviewed at a rally for Todd Stroger, he said " I would have preferred he got in the conventional way" "and he is supporting him because his Democratic values are more in line with the party"

.....yes Obama and a whole lot of others would have liked to see a more conventional way of getting into the race by Todd.....Nicely put

On the Rezko property issue:

" I made a mistake, and am owning up to it, and I will learn by my mistakes as I have in the past"

Important Congress seats still close

Good Morning Justice Bloggers...

I am back from voting...they did allow a paper scan ballot on an ES&S system this time, in addition to the ES&S touch screen. but in January that is supposed ot go away...we'll see with the chaos of today if that holds.

I tested my polling place by only presenting an ID without a photo...and they passed the test. In Missouri there was a law passed by Republicans requiring a photo ID; however, that law was rescinded by a judge here.

But get this...our Secretary of State was askd for a photo ID to vote when she voted early...here's the story:

"Secretary of State Robin Carnahan raised concerns about potential voter confusion in Tuesday's elections, citing her own experience casting an absentee ballot as an indication that some poll workers may wrongly be asking voters for a photo identification.

Carnahan told The Associated Press on Monday that a worker at the St. Louis Election Board asked her three times to show a photo identification when she voted absentee last Friday - despite a Missouri Supreme Court ruling striking down the photo requirement.

The poll worker apparently did not recognize that Carnahan was Missouri's chief elections official when Carnahan showed a paper voter card mailed out by the local election authority. The card does not have a picture but is an acceptable form of identification under Missouri law.

Carnahan said she tried to explain a photo ID was not necessary, but the election worker replied that she was instructed to ask for one anyway.
Carnahan said she eventually was allowed to vote without displaying a photo identification.

"To have that experience personally was very troubling," Carnahan said. "I want to make sure that voters are clear, that election authorities are clear, that the identification requirements are the same as they have been in previous years."

CC, those circumstances are funny at first but not when you consider how many times that will be happening to others who may be rejected with no official title to back them up.

Just returned from small town FL voting where picture ID is required and had a hold up as my drivers license address conflicts with the present house and area where I'm registered at. Expecting this to happen i had brought bills etc. addressed to myself and it worked out.

I appreciated the workers diligence and told them so.

I voted a straight Katherine Harris ticket by the way, I wrote her name in for everything including waste water management board.

"I am a deceiver and a liar," he wrote. "There's a part of my life that is so repulsive and dark that I have been warring against it all of my adult life." Ted Haggard or George W. Bush? Vote and Get As Many Others to Vote Democratic, And Bring Some Election Lawyers With You to Your Polling Place.

A great deal is at stake. If the Democrats seize control of either chamber they would be able not only to introduce their own legislative plans but also to launch congressional investigations into everything from the war in Iraq to the federal response to Hurricane Katrina. They would do all they could to harry Bush during the last two years of his presidency.

“Heavenly Father give us grace and mercy, help us this next week and a half as we go into national elections and Lord we pray for our country. Father we pray lies would be exposed and deception exposed. Father we pray that wisdom would come upon our electorate…”

Ted Haggard's last sermon.

Throughout the message you will hear pride and pleas and a political seduction that is breathtaking. Listen.

Mine too 70th was three days ago. I still walk and chew gum, and wonder what it is in the windshield as I glance in the rear view mirror.
