Is the U.S. Command arming the death squads killing innocent Iraqis and our troops? Peace certainly displeases the war-mongers and sociopaths seeking to control the world. It doesn't pay well for the war profiteers.

Death toll of U.S. sons and daughters reached 100 this month so far, wonder how many casualties and innocent Iraqis paid the price too?

The think tanks, councils, committees, societies, parties, PACs etc. that promote war for their own selfish agendas must be proud. Maybe they should resolve their own issues before trying to control the world.

The inquiry began in late 2003 or early 2004 and was authorized by former Appropriations Chairman C.W. Bill Young, R-Fla., and the panel’s top Democrat, David R. Obey of Wisconsin. The probe focused on the office entrusted with ensuring continuity of Congress in the event of a terrorist or other attack. That office had grown from a sleepy Cold War relic to one that was spending hundreds of millions of dollars a year on numerous security upgrades on and off Capitol Hill in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist strikes and anthrax attacks the following month.

I hope Dirty Denny and friends are on your radar lists or Ms. Melanie's growing burdens. God bless you both and your brave teams. Strength, courage, you already have the wisdom but some prayers can certainly help with all these evildoers. Thank you all.

LONDON - Unchecked global warming will devastate the world economy on the scale of the world wars and the Great Depression, a British government report said Monday, as the country launched a bid to convince doubters that environmentalism and economic growth can coincide.

Prime Minister Tony Blair said unabated climate change would eventually cost the world the equivalent of between 5 percent and 20 percent of global gross domestic product each year. He called for "bold and decisive action" to cut carbon emissions and stem the worst of the temperature rise.

Everyone shares in the blame, some a great deal more than others. Greed again steals the future of the children. Amazing how Bush and Company denied it was even happening until recently. Will those most responsible, the policy makers be held responsible for their lies or worse?

I read the fingers Foley case will widen as Reynolds has made his statement. Now the White House is giving millions to Reynolds district as a vote getter. Karl too is spreading the taxpayers dollars around in hopes that the voters gab the money and vote GOP so they can continue to rob, steal, lie and cheat.
FYI it's getting worse in Afghan and the media isn't covering the story because we most likely will have to leave Afghanistan too. Just thought you'd want to know the real news.

Senior Military, Intelligence, and Government
Officials Question 9/11 Commission Report
Many respected senior members of the U.S. military, intelligence services, and government have expressed significant criticism of the 9/11 Commission Report. Some even allege government complicity in the terrible acts of 9/11. Below are the highly revealing statements on this vital topic of over 50 prominent public servants with links for verification and further investigation.
The collective voices of these respected senior officials give credibility to the claim that the 9/11 Commission Report is tragically flawed. These dedicated individuals from both political parties cannot be simply dismissed as irresponsible believers in some 9/11 conspiracy theory. Their sincere concern, backed by decades of service to their country, demonstrate that criticism of the 9/11 Commission Report is not only reasonable and responsible, it is in fact a patriotic duty.

WHAT CAN I DO?

COMMUNITY EXIT POLLING!
Get a member of the GOP, the Democrats, and the Libertarian Parties (you need all three, but it could be another independent party) to take exit polls to verify that the tabulated totals are accurate and the elections are not stolen again! This is essential in districts using machines with no paper trail. Alternatively, conduct "parallel voting" by asking voters to replicate their ballots privately so they can be counted and compared with the tabulated vote. Consult with local community leaders and figure out a way to verify the totals!
START A CHAIN REACTION!
Send the following links to at least two friends, asking them to send them to at least two friends as well. When all is said and done, everyone linked to anyone here will have them. Better yet, take 9/11 DVDs to your local community access television stations and ask them to play them. That should do the trick!

ARE YOU AN 'UNLAWFUL COMBATANT'?
MAYBE SO

There has been a great deal of discussion about the Military Commissions Act of 2006, recently passed by both houses of Congress, and most of it has to do with the provisions allowing torture of alien detainees, that is, of non-citizens apprehended in, say, Afghanistan or Iraq, and their treatment at the hands of their American captors. Senators John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and John Warner, all Republicans, grandstanded for weeks over the torture provisions, then capitulated. Another "Republican maverick," Arlen Specter, zeroed in on the real issue, however, when he said the bill would set us back 800 years by repealing the habeas corpus protections against arbitrary arrest and jailings and then went ahead and voted for it, anyway.

Berlusconi, Mills indicted in Italy

dpa German Press Agency
Published: Monday October 30, 2006

Milan- Former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi and his British corporate lawyer, David Mills, are to stand trial on charges of corruption, judges in Milan ruled Monday. Judge Fabio Paparella set the trial's opening hearing for March 13.

Berlusconi is accused of paying 600,000 dollars to Mills to persuade him to withhold evidence in two corruption trials involving his Mediaset company, back in the 1990s.

The two are already facing another court trial on charges including false accounting and tax evasion. That trial is set to start on November 21.

Twelve Arrested In Orange County Voter Fraud Scheme

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- The Orange County District Attorney is expected to reveal details Monday in a case in which 12 people are charged with switching registered Democrats and others to registered Republicans without their consent.

Officials were tight-lipped about the arrests, saying more details will be released at a news conference with Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas and California Secretary of State Bruce McPherson.

Republican McPherson is in a close race with Democratic state Sen. Debra Bowen, D-Marina del Rey, who is seeking his job in the Nov. 7 election.

Those arrested were paid as much as $10 for each voter they registered as Republicans, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The area includes the district represented by Democratic Rep. Loretta Sanchez, whose opponent, Republican Tan Nguyen, is being investigated separately for a letter his campaign office sent to Hispanic voters telling them it is illegal for immigrants to vote.

The registration fraud cases were filed Tuesday, and at least three of the defendants were arrested on Wednesday and Thursday, according to The Times.

October 30, 2006 -- Advice for the hoped for Democratic-led Congressional investigative bodies: take a close look at Phil Zelikow. Phil Zelikow, the Executive Director of the 911 Commission and adviser to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice likely hid significant material evidence from the 911 Commission, according sources familiar with this long-time GOP behind-the-scenes strategist. Zelikow has been a Bush political operative since his undergraduate and law school days at the University of Houston. Since interfering with evidence in an official federal investigation is a major criminal offense, Zelikow could have more to chew on then what is left of his already chewed-to-the-nub fingernails.

Using the military for law enforcement goes against one of the founding tenets of our democracy. We fail our Constitution, neglecting the rights of the States, when we make it easier for the President to declare martial law and trample on local and state sovereignty."

One of the things that is most disturbing about the American tapeworm is that it has organized its leadership around private banks and defense contractors and its governance and intellectual air cover around think tanks and private universities and their tax-exempt endowments.

In so doing it has done a marvelous job of getting the intellectual resources of the nation disengaged from dealing with what is happening and engaged –if not financially dependent on--- producing chemicals for injection into the body politic through a highly centralized corporate media that will feed the tapeworm's desire.

The Harvard Watch reports description of Harvard academics creating the public policy justifications for Enron's frauds while the Harvard endowment fed at the trough illuminated a perfect example of how the tapeworm gets the host to act against its own self-interest.

Steven T. Vermilye was a home inspector and general contractor who grew up in Croton-on-Hudson - he and his father helped build the boat launch at Senasqua Park - went to college in Texas and settled in New Paltz in 1971.

Betty L. Johnson came from a small town in Virginia and moved to Beacon when she was 17, where she raised eight children while boxing duct tape at Tuck Tape and working in the kitchen at the Castle Point Veterans Hospital.

David S. Stairs was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and came to the mid-Hudson Valley in 1927, where as a 16-year-old he pounded hot rivets into the New York Central Railroad at Croton-Harmon and then spent 45 years working his way up through Texaco's research center in Glenham.

The three mid-Hudson Valley residents had little in common during their lives, but share one thing now: Records exist of them casting a vote after they died.

A new statewide database of registered voters contains as many as 77,000 dead people on its rolls, and as many as 2,600 of them have cast votes from the grave, according to a Poughkeepsie Journal computer-assisted analysis.

But like I said. A Nation is only as civil as the law they decide to follow...

gerbil would have no power if NO ONE let him get away with it.

Martial Law for no reason is not likely. But another 9/11 event or false flag would facilitate it.

Another way to do it is if the govt knows about some natural disaster that's coming like say a comet or asteroid and they don't inform the public and use it to further their agendas...

STATESBORO, Ga. - President Bush has for months cast the midterm elections as a choice about just two issues: taxes and terrorism. Now, with polls predicting bleak results for Republicans, he is trying to fire up his party by decrying gay marriage.

"For decades, activist judges have tried to redefine America by court order," Bush said Monday. "Just this last week in New Jersey, another activist court issued a ruling that raises doubt about the institution of marriage. We believe marriage is a union between a man and a woman, and should be defended."

Harris should just hand the keys to the office over to the opponent. If horseface doesn't get in, she will squeal like a pig with info about the GOPs. You best believe that she will do that.

S-Q:

That quote from Braveheart is so true today even though it was a movie. Art imitates life.. If Sir Wallace was willingto speak out and to give his life in the name of freedom for his country, then people in this country shouldn't allow an ignorant Gerbil President to take away those freedoms that were sacrificed by the Founding Fathers.. The real question to the public should be: are you willing to pay the price to have the freedoms that you have today? And what happens if those freedoms are taken from you forever?

WASHINGTON - House Speaker Dennis Hastert is expected by many Republicans to step aside as the GOP's leader if Democrats win big in next week's election. He may be on his way out even if the GOP emerges with a narrow majority.

And, more to smile about!! :D

Or better yet, I look for some young kid use his camera phone to take a picture of the truck. Remember, the Gerbil and company are not tech heads.

That tells you that the Ambien is scared to death if he is shredding the documents. This sure sounds like Watergate more and more...

S-Q good Salon article

and yes, let's give Judge the photos-will the FBI be willing to investigate or do we need to send GMNUK over there? heehee

Did you see the recent clip of Rover talking about Sept 11 recently and he said Nov 11th, freaking out people wondering if he's talking "Freudian slip"?

Military intel should warn their families, cause that's when many will be in DC for Vets Day events. Some will be delivering a petition to Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld at the Pentagon and to Congress calling for an end to the Back Door Draft

Good Evening Justice Bloggers...

Busy day here...goos to check in tonight.

I saw the news about Cheney and the shredding trucks...I was just telling my husband last week that I thought the White House must be doing some heavy duty shredding of documents and deleting emails now in case they lose the election... they know what happened with Nixon and the tapes...

CBS news showed a clip of Reagan that said the date Jan. 11, 1989. That was weird, it makes you immediately think 9/11, 3/11. November 11th, 3 months till 1/11. A lot of people think they code speak anyway. 11/7 election day.

Creepy.

Since S-Q and GEF likes to pass along songs, I thought I pass along this song. But, this song is very importent to me especially what we face today. And this song was sang this past weekend by a singer. The lyrics are powerful as people vote in November.

The Founders envisioned and created a national government with an intricate series of checks and balances. One-party rule has demolished that system. It has led to a government which has abused the war power, corrupted the Bill of Rights, established a national security state, and sharply accelerated upwards the wealth of the nation.

A few days ago the RNC singled me out for obloquy. Let us consider the source. The tenor of their fear-driven attack is a measure of their anxiety-ridden anticipation: They have been institutionally and constitutionally incapable of publicly (and legally) accounting for their conduct of state.

They are aimed at conveying "selected, truthful information to foreign audiences to influence their emotions ... reasoning, and ultimately, the behavior of governments" and other entities, it said.

Maybe someone should explain why so much propaganda by the U.S. has been waged at their own citizens?...for years.

Update on the smurf's trial:

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Prosecutors in the criminal case against former White House aide Lewis "Scooter" Libby want to bar his defense attorneys from telling jurors in his upcoming trial that neither Libby nor anyone else were charged with leaking the name of CIA operative Valerie Plame -- the leak that started the investigation that eventually led to Libby's indictment.
In a motion filed Monday, the special prosecutor in the Libby case, Patrick Fitzgerald, said letting jurors learn that no one has been indicted for leaking the information about Plame would be "unfairly prejudicial" and "potentially confusing."
"The fact that neither Libby nor anyone else has been charged with a crime for the disclosure of classified information is irrelevant to whether Libby committed the crimes charged in the indictment," Fitzgerald said in his motion.
He also argued that the information "might cause the jury to improperly render a verdict on its evaluation of the government's charging decisions, rather than the facts and the law." (Posted 9:58 p.m.)

The jury are going to say themselves about the smurf's defense: Sometimes you feel like a nut. Sometimes you don't! LOL!

SPB very interesting info on the Smurf. Now I was wondering yes again. I think the jurors are not dumb. Anyone who lies in to the grand jury or under oath is guilty of a crime no matter what the main case is. Think of it with the so called dead like Ken Lay. If a person was to lie under oath they will be changed even with Ken's case being dismissed. Libby is going to do time for the crime of lying.

Evil Chuckie I can't stop laughing about your comments. Now I pictured the jurors listening to the memory expert while Fitz says haven't we met before. She doesn't remember. As he shows proof the court breaks out in laughter as Judge Walton say there will be a break as he goes to his chambers and laughs too.

The federal government's "no sex without marriage" message isn't just for kids anymore.

Now the government is targeting unmarried adults up to age 29 as part of its abstinence-only programs, which include millions of dollars in federal money that will be available to the states under revised federal grant guidelines for 2007.
