Summer Interns...

usually fill in at the Post during the last few weeks of August.

Wash. Post editorial board quoted one Post story to attack Wilson and Plame, appears not to have read any others

The Post's assertion that it has proved Libby and Rove were not involved in the leak of Plame's identity -- coordinated or otherwise -- because Armitage was Novak's original source has been contradicted on several occasions by the Post's own reporting. <more>

It is a sad day in America when such a once highly esteemed newspaper has become so sloppy (except for the Food section). Poor Kate Graham, God rest her soul.

Unfortunately, Washington Post and Cry Baby Woodward sold their souls to the devil called the Gerbil Administration.. I believe the rising of journalism is now called blogging... The world of journalism and reporting have been altered and destroyed by the Administration. Sensationalism and gossip has now taken over the world of journalism.. It is the Gen X and Y that has embraced the internet and taking the world of journalism to a different level. Whereas today's newspaper find it differcult to change..

Washington Post will always be remembered as the newspaper whose journalist Bob Woodward, Carl Bernstein, and Ben Bradlee exposed the corrupted Nixon Administration through their main source Deep Throat, now known as Mark Felt.. But, this tell people that a reputatable newspaper like Washtinton Post can sell out in the name of journalism...

Woodward is a washed up ho. Everybody wants to sell a book. Plus, wasn't our National Security secrets opened up to the Booby for his book? End the National Securities Act of 1947. (unless it is really vital, with common sense...not to hide crimes) Bye, bye Secret Cabals.

Once in history we had a reporter who demanded the truth to the cover up by the White House. This journalist put truth and honesty first. The results brought down a President. The United States was saved by an honest journalist. UNTIL. 2006 that jouralist came crashing down as he sold his soul to the devil for a story. Yes Satan aka Bush took this journalist under his wing and coverted him to Satans law.
History will show Bob Woodward was once the best of the best until he hooked up with George W. Bush and his corrupt team. A new movie could be called the fall of a journalist or All the President's men and a Bob Woodward.

We are seeing at least 20-40 years worth of lies crumpling, coming out finally. The victims and the nation needs justice. Violent, unspeakable crimes were done against the most innocent victims, children. This terrifies them (the guilty) most...unless this is revealed, the nation will not heal, the victims will never be free as they deserve.

Anyone that seen asshat Tucker Carlson berate the law officer on arresting the child bride seller (13 yrs old girls) to old men in that cult will understand. I pray for that officer to keep that zeal in looking for all predators of children....no matter how important, how old they are now, and who their families might be...a pedophile is a pedophile. No child should be sold or abused, brainwashed into thinking it is normal or used for more sinister plots....EVER. Stop the cycle.

Good Morning All,

Here's a couple of photos "Dick and Rummy"the younger years...

And let's not forget that special close relationship between W and Turdblossom

Anon-I hope that cop stays zealous too-the criminals I dispise the most are pedophiles and wife beaters/killers. There is no worse kind than those "brands"

Nice tie, Fitz and yes the Post is such a sell out-they don't love America or they could not have done what they did. But as a blogger, I must say "thanks msm!"

Hi S-Q, I'm not in DC until next week and no more snore girl roomie, at least not until later in the month;-)

Fighting Fitzgerald

Fitzgerald is thought likely to bring indictments in the investigation before the grand jury's term expires on Friday, though he could ask for the term to be extended. He could also decide against indicting anyone, though such a move would ignite a political storm.

Fitzgerald's investigation into how the identity of Valerie Plame, an undercover CIA operative, came to be released into the public domain in July of 2003, has already caused massive tremors in Washington, D.C. and beyond.

Judith Miller, a reporter for The New York Times, served 85 days in jail before agreeing to testify in the investigation.

It has been widely reported in the past week that both Karl Rove, President Bush's senior political advisor, and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Vice-President Dick Cheney's chief-of-staff, have been told they are in serious legal jeopardy in regards to the case.

There is still enormous uncertainty surrounding the investigation, however. Fitzgerald's office has proven surprisingly "leak-proof" and much remains unknown about who has testified and what they have said.
