Dear Patrick J. Fitzgerald

Now we know you’re on it since at least 1993. They owe you. The reason why you were chosen as PlameGate special prosecutor. Give up. Step forward and tell the world the truth!
Don’t get surpressed any longer. Whatever they’ve done to frighten you.

Peter Lance has charged that Fitzgerald had evidence before 1998 to
implicate Mohamed in the Kenya Embassy bombing, yet did nothing and let the bombing happen.[21] Did Fitzgerald have similar advance evidence before the 9/11 attack, and again do nothing as well? Skeptics will need a lot of evidence to be reassured that this is not the case.
As a first step, all U.S. agencies should release the full documentary
record of their dealings with Ali Mohamed, the FBI and CIA informant who allegedly planned the details of the airline seizures. I hope my audience will insist on this. Then and only then will a close interrogation of Fitzgerald satisfy those who accuse members of the U.S.
Government of assisting the 9/11 plot, or alternatively of failing to
prevent 9/11 from happening

PD Scott : "If I had had time today, I would have written about other key areas where the 9/11 Report shows resistance to relevant facts and allegations. Central to these, and to my forthcoming book on 9/11, would have been the Report's failure to deal with important testimony challenging Vice President Cheney's account of his conduct on 9/11, and in particular his important relationship (which the Report obscured) to the stand-down and shoot-down orders of that day."

WASHINGTON -- Federal prosecutors went into a private hearing Wednesday to urge a judge not to release sensitive intelligence reports at the upcoming trial of a former White House aide.

Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, wants to use President Bush's daily terrorism briefings as evidence at his obstruction and perjury trial in January.

More of S-Qs post:

Prosecutors have said that is precisely Libby's plan. Requesting classified data in an effort to sabotage a case is a legal tactic known as graymail.

Nobody was charged with violating the law by discussing her job with the CIA, but authorities say Libby lied about his discussions with reporters regarding Plame

Hot off the news pile,

Sept. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Jacob ``Kobi'' Alexander, the former Comverse Technology Inc. chief executive officer who became a fugitive after being charged with securities fraud, was arrested today in Namibia.

Alexander, the ex-Israeli intelligence officer turned high- technology entrepreneur, will be brought before a magistrate in Windhoek tomorrow, a U.S. State Department official in Namibia said. A U.S. request for extradition will likely be granted, Deputy Chief of Mission Eric Benjaminson said in an interview.

Is this another piece of 911 crap hitting the fan? I smell POO.
The problems remind investors of ``greedy and venal'' executives, said Bill Riegel, chief equity manager at New York- based TIAA-CREF, which oversees $380 billion of assets. ``It gives me some pause.''

Most managers are honest, Riegel said, and that might make the declines of some companies a chance to buy. He cited shares of Apple Computer, the Cupertino, California-based maker of iPods and computers, which TIAA-CREF already owns.

Apple said June 29 it was investigating stock-option grants, including an award to CEO Steve Jobs. The stock dropped more than 6 percent in the next week. The stock has since gained 37 percent, compared with 9.7 percent for the S&P index that tracks computer and peripheral equipment makers.

You all should understand that millions of people are no longer fooled across the world.

Why blame everything on Roger? Good Lord, Roger jumped me months ago because I said I had questions I wanted to ask of Mr. Fitzgerald. Millions of other people are looking at these same facts, I even made a comment about Rove playing his 'trump card'. Millions know about it, fess up about the mistake and screw the bastards. Beat 'em at their own game.

It only takes one person to stand up and say enough! Millions if not billions will back you. In the end, actions speak louder then words.

Poor Roger, you get blamed for everything. ;-)

I'm just frustrated and worried and I fear the worst is yet to come.

With knowledge comes responsibility. As people become aware, there is a responsibility to open ones mouth and speak. I do so daily.

What will happen when the government/military will take over the internet? Will control it? They didn't figure on the internet and how powerful it has become.

I'm also tired......going home.

If Dobson is not a great man, he is certainly a very, very good one with a wide sphere of influence.
So it was frightening to hear him shill for the Republican Party at a thinly disguised rally for U.S. Senator Rick Santorum's reelection bid in Pittsburgh last week, called the Stand for the Family rally.
"I have flat-out been ticked at Republicans for the past two years," Dobson told an audience of 3,000 in the Mellon Arena. "This country is at a crisis point. Whether or not the Republicans deserve the power they were given, the alternatives (Democrats) are downright frightening."
Or to paraphrase: "We are in a costly, ill-conceived and undeclared war, homosexuality has been legitimized, we are still aborting 1.3 unborn children per year, corruption and greed are rampant in government at all levels, we are unable or unwilling to secure the Mexican border, our manufacturing base continues to be shipped overseas for cheap labor, the U.S. Constitution is a historic relic, our federal spending is higher and faster than ever in our history, our government-controlled education system is an unmitigated disaster, God has been banned from our schools, Medicare is bankrupt, we are $8.5 trillion in debt and still borrowing from a nonexistent Social Security Fund.
"But, if those Democrats ever took control, we would have real problems."
The last part might be true, but what is the message here?
In a Republican-Democrat monopoly, it is best to help the Republicans no matter how incompetent they seem?

James Dobson seems rather nuts. Wonder if he is a racist too? We already know he beats the hell out of animals. Wonder if he does that to kids too?

Good Morning Justice Bloggers

Interesting...How Is Richard Armitage's Story Dishonest? Let's Count the Many Ways Huffington Post

Under the law, Armitage has no leeway to presume something is not classified "if he reason to believe" otherwise. His leaks are textbook violations of the Espionage Act . Under 18 United States Code Sec. 793(d):

Whoever, lawfully having possession of... any document... or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, ... to any person not entitled to receive it, ...Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

To spell it out,

1. Armitage had lawful possession of the document or information related to the national defense. (Fitzgerald's indictment of Libby removes all doubt that Plame's employment status was classified and not common knowledge outside the intelligence community.)
2. Armitage had reason to believe the information could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, (those "classified" and "secret" labels are the memo are hard to miss), and
3. Woodward was not entitled to receive it.

Note what the statue does not require. It does not require specific knowledge that the information was harmful to the United States; nor must the specific act cause actual harm to the United States (though the harm to national security was significant since Plame also did covert work in Iran).
