About Me
- Name: Patrick J. Fitzgerald
- Location: U.S. Attorney On Assignment - WDC, Illinois, United States
Think Globally Prosecute Locally - I grew up in Flatbush, kept my nose clean, went to law school. Now that I am in Chicago and D.C. I have found that the rampant graft and corruption to be a travesty - a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham. ---Favorite quote --- "Conditional love is an oxymoron." - Yours truly

Another great day for Lady Justice!! :D
I'm catching up here tonight...
Cheers to another criminal soon to be behind bars...Noe
Also, Cheers to the Year of the Pig...I bet Turd Blossom is going to Squeal Like a Pig!!!! LMAO
Noe will have a friend join him in jail. This is what happens when your a friend of George W. Bush. He will use you and turn his back as you need him. Others have learned that lesson and more will follow that road.
Don't forget Ambien Jackie...
He'll double cross ya before you can say Halliburton sweet back deals...
I am so excited about this trial starting but something tells me it's going to bust a hole in the hold Bush corruption of this Administration. Cheney looked like a man not as sure as he use to be. As the GOP fight for themselves and leave the corrupt team I just wonder. Now Fitz will look good friends he will be walking tall and looking good. As for his case well I know Judge Walton would toss me out because I'd be to excited. I'll follow the case as the post gives them and of course SPB's information. I miss the court.
Jackie:
The GOP is VERY nervous about the November elections and Libby's trial. Watch the trolls actions as we get closer to both...
How is Peaches doing?
Hi SQ
Peaches is fine and thanks for asking. As for the crooks and liars of this Administration well let's say they should be packing their bags and loading up as much of the US Treasury money as they can.

Did you see Tucker Carlson on "Dancing With The Stars" tonight?
He was sitting on his chair through half of the music and the judges scored him low for that.
Plus, one of the judges said, "what a dreadful mess!!"
LOLMAO!! He was a joke on the dance floor!!
Dang. Izz Dubyer givin' thet feller a hand job?
S-Q,
My girlfriend taped only the part of Tucker Carlson tonight. I asked her to do that.
Here goes my comment:
The man can't dance!!!! LOL! My girlfriend and I rolled on the floor and couldn't stop laughing.. He was really pathetic. Even I am a much better dancer than Carlson. I hope that he kept his day time job! He should stayed in the chair!!! LMAO!
AAAAEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! Where is Bush's hand going under Noe's jacket??? Way too deep!!!
Thanks for a picture that is creeping me out 'till sometime into the next month.
Tucker looked like he had 2 "left" feet....He's a goner... right along with his party...Mario Lopez was great!!
Sweeet...justice that is. That's one more corrupt Ohio GOPer down.
Justice Bloggers watch the video of Russert and Cheney-the fifth indeed-but look at his reaction to the mere mention of Fitz name.
What a case Fitz-looking forward to what comes next
I should have been on that show! I can get down! Jackie, be my dance partner. I'm light on my feet, but, I can get down!!
Carlson is a goner on that show. I for one would give him a good swift in the ass for embarrassing himself. And notice that he couldn't give up that tie. Tucker is like a baby that can ween away a bottle! LOL!

Well, I would love to see Fitz dance!!! LOL! And Jackie and Fitz? Now, that I want to see!!
Yeah, Tucker is a goner on thst show. He was pathetic! LOL! And he couldn't let go for that stupid bowtie. He is like Linus with the blanket!
This might be a little to ask, but who or what is the Ambien? Is it Bush? And if so, what is the explanation of the word? Thanks.
About Tucker, I have personally observed most republican men can't dance without lots of liquor first heehee
Well, I would love to see Fitz dance!!! LOL! heehee me too SBP
Naschkatze, Ambien is Cheney because he cannot stay awake during meetings. Bush is the Gerbil because he looks like one. Rove is Porkrind. Scooter is the Smurf. You will have to ask Biloxi the rest, some of them are not as nice.
;-)
And Condi is Shug, Scott McClellan is the little buckeroo, Tony Snow is Deputy Dog Tony "Chrissy" Snowjob, and Rummy is the nursing home patient! LOL! And let's not forget Special Prosecutor Pat Fitzgerald aka Twinkle Toes Fitzgerald! LMAO!! Ha Ha!!!
Finally,
Congratulations to Eliot Spitzer!
Spitzer and Clinton Win in N.Y. Primary
Eliot Spitzer, the New York attorney general, won an overwhelming victory yesterday in the race for the Democratic nomination for governor as his party, in its strongest shape in 12 years, united politically in hopes of making history in November with a sweep of top statewide offices.
In the Democratic primary for governor, Mr. Spitzer had 81 percent of the vote, while Mr. Suozzi had 19 percent, with 97 percent of the electoral precincts reporting.
In the Senate primary, Mrs. Clinton’s landslide carried a broader significance. By performing strongly among a liberal, antiwar primary electorate, she showed that her vote for military action in Iraq in 2002 did not damage her political standing as it did with Senator Joseph I. Lieberman, Democrat of Connecticut, who lost his bid for a third re-nomination last month to an antiwar candidate, Ned Lamont.
No new target letters, no new indictments and no black wednesdays for Neocons. Just one lone indictment for a man with a bad memory. Even Libby will get off from this sham of an investigation. Fitzgerald should be ashamed of himself.
Top of the mornin'
Good Morning All,
Where will the trolls go to troll, after the indictments come down? ;-)
Interesting song by Paul Hipp-I meant to post this yesterday
Two Thousand Six Hundred Souls
Getting Ready for people to take back their government? From CNN
"If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation," said Secretary Michael Wynne. "(Because) if I hit somebody with a nonlethal weapon and they claim that it injured them in a way that was not intended, I think that I would be vilified in the world press."
He sounds just like the rest of the neocons- he should volunteer to be the first guinea pig!
Good morning everyone:
Just a quick hello...and I'll bbl..
SPB:
I am still laughing at Tucker Carlson! Yes, he wore his little red bowtie! LOL
This is in the news regarding his dance last night! LOLMAO!
"The judges agreed Carlson had a lot of fun during his performance on the “Dancing” premiere, for which Carlson temporarily donned the iconic bow tie that once defined his on-air personality. But the compliments stopped there.
“What an awful mess,” judge Bruno Tonioli decreed, comparing Carlson’s dance to sitting on a toilet and punishing him with a score of three out of 10."
Gotta run now...

Feds Deny the Existence of “Gulf War Syndrome”
Posted: 12 Sep 2006 02:37 PM CDT
International Herald Tribune:
There is no such thing as Gulf War syndrome, even though U.S. and foreign veterans of the war report more symptoms of illness than do soldiers who did not serve in the Persian Gulf, a federally funded study concludes.
U.S. and foreign veterans of the Gulf War do suffer from an array of very real problems, according to the Veterans Administration-sponsored report released Tuesday.
Yet there is no one complex of symptoms to suggest those veterans - nearly 30 percent of all those who served - suffered or still suffer from a single identifiable syndrome.
"There’s no unique pattern of symptoms. Every pattern identified in Gulf War veterans also seems to exist in other veterans, though it is important to note the symptom rate is higher, and it is a serious issue," said Dr. Lynn Goldman, of Johns Hopkins University, who headed the Institute of Medicine committee that prepared the report. Read on…
The government denied that Agent Orange was a health issue for years as well.
Is this just another way to deny benefits to our veterans? "
from crooks and liars..
same approach to Agent Orange in the Viet Nam War..
God help these vets and I hope families will stand by them, its the most important thing you will do in this generation..don't forget them like you did the Viet Nam Vets...the next step is the popoganda of of making them bums...
The bums are our gov. that won't do the right research..

Times Studies How to Shake Feds: Disposable Phones, Erasable Notes: "Act Like a Drug Dealer"
By Michael Calderone
Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has taken his place among the spirits permanently haunting West 43rd Street. “The basic goal,” New York Times reporter David Barstow said, “is to make it more difficult for a future Fitzgerald to follow the breadcrumbs of phone records and notes and expense slips from reporter to source.”
Mr. Barstow, the Pulitzer- and Peabody-winning investigative reporter, was on the phone Sept. 12, shortly before The Times began this year’s round of legal seminars for the staff.
The sessions, led by Times lawyers George Freeman and David McCraw, have traditionally offered a brush-up on privacy, sourcing and general newsgathering. But executive editor Bill Keller announced in a staff memo that the 2006 version would address “the persistent legal perils that confront us.”

It's sad when you let the ego take over and blind you. Noe looks like an excited kid shaking the President's hand, expecting something in return for all he'd done for him. But Bush doesn't even look him in the eyes - he looks away!

Anybody know if it is currently raining in DC? The weather site just says 50% chance
