Rove's Lawyer - Robert Luskin, Esquire...

up close and personal.
The Liberal on Karl Rove's Case
Politics Aside, Robert Luskin May Be Just What the Bush Aide Needs
"Just look at the guy: Luskin, 55, wears a gold hoop earring and Euro-hip eyeglasses. He's buff and bald. (But bald in a good way.) He rides a black Ducati Monster motorcycle, which its maker touts as the bike of choice of "top designers" and "Hollywood stars." In his office he spins the CDs of antiwar balladeer Steve Earle and ex-punk Paul Westerberg." [more]

The Bush "aide" needs to roll over on his higher-ups, while Bobby's second biggest issue is how to avoid paying taxes on his enormous legal fees.

Well Luskin, as far as I am concerned you could wind up in jail if you were part of this memo shredding.

Technically, destroying evidence in a serious case relating to the Central Intelligence Agency is obstruction of justice as well....

But I guess we won't know any of that, until Rove steps down and we find out the fate of Hadley.

I don't believe everyone can be bought. There are still good people in the world, their stories just don't make the news.

Is he the same one that muscled his client Martha Stewart right into jail?

Hope he didn't learn a damn thing, lol.

One of the most interesting things
about liberal lawyers is that they
can sometimes see BOTH sides of an issue. It is quite an interesting dicotomy that if they feel there is
an issue (not always $$$) they are
willing to take on difficult cases.

Mr. Luskin is either smokin' some good stuff, or feels that there is merit in Libby's defense (or lack of it).

Luskin was dealt a bad hand with the Porkrind, but as a good lawyer he accepted the fees - I mean challenge anyway.

Everything that glitters is not gold. Fitz these guys are riding high now but when they fall lets see what's said about them. Luskin is not one to be proud of. He gives a bad name to good attorneys.

And Luskin is no different than the little soldier's attorney, Wells, and Lay and Skilling's lawyer. They all are charging higher fees on losing cases and bleeding their clients dry.. Interesting attire and lifestyle of Luskin. And the Gerbil praises him??? And Luskin gives a good name to good attorneys as Jackie said... We are now seeking the hypocrisy of the Gerbil and company.

It's interesting that Lusking says he was once a reporter and that he still misses it . . . he's buttering up the press already.
