and what is interesting is that WMR can report that about Rove and Gonzo's "presidential" motorade to the courthouse and yet, no news from the media.. Again, the media is looking just as lame duck as the current sitting lame duck Gerbil... Gonzo knows that Porkrinds is fried. Not good Mother's Day present to give for the Gerbil's mommy today...

You bet Gonzo is on the Fitz's chalk list to be brought up on charges after his lying and lame duck excuses on domestic spying....
What is Speedy, pants on fire, Gonzales doing at the courthouse anyway? Is he giving pointers to Mr. Fitzgerald on how best to bust the traitors? If I were to bet, if I could afford it, I would say he is worried about his 'client'.

I guess there's a fisrt time for everything. Gonzo got his law degree at the What's a matter U or his brother got the degree using his name. I've heard of not to smart attorneys but this one takes the cake. He's lies under oath to the Senate and is clueless on govenment law. All of Bush appointees seem to be learning on the job with no previous experience.

First time poster here. Just couldn't resist..Of all the liars in this misbegotten Admin. Gonzales is THE one I'd like to see justice prevail. He, of all people should know not to lie. Being of "older age" having lived thru many Admins, this group is in class all their own. So very proud of Patrick Fitzgerald, a true Patriot. Good luck in all future endeavors. I believe that is the process--the AG shows up and its a formality.

I just got on the blog. I just got back from a Mother's Day festivities... Your question on the seal document regarding Rove. The sealed document is the indictment of Rove. It is be unsealed at the press conference. You notice that we didn't hesr anything on the news about Rove because sealed means nobody knows about the indictment except for the parties involved....

I do believe THAT is what is confusing the MSM (not that this is exactly rocket science).
My interpretation was that the GJ gives the SP an indictment. It is then his method to serve the bill of indictment. In the meantime, it is sealed until served and then it is unsealed and becomes a matter of public record.
I believe Fitz has chosen to give a 24 hour notice prior to a formal announcement for the Indictment (via a press conference) out of courtesy ... at least it does show that Fitz has class.
Thanks for the confirmation ... for us "nonlegals" on board the blog (and STILL waiting for the DOJ to SHUT US DOWN), I think I speak for most that the machinations of the SP and the GJ and legal procedures are a bit confusing.
I know this is what Fitz did with Libby - maybe Rove will eat his gun?
