MSNBC's - The Daily Show...

Chris Matthews is always good for a laugh, especially when it concerns Judy Miller.

Keith - is he in the running for tonight's "Worst Person in the World" or "Worst Fair & Balanced"?

On a more serious note..?
AG Finally Gives Junkyard Dog Prosecutor a Bone

"Good job," Gonzales said, extending his trembling hand to Fitzgerald.

That really chapped my ass. I will no longer watch Chris. MSNBC should yank him off and replace him with David Shuster- that guy really followed the case.

Chris Matthews is entertaining at best. I give him a B- for enthusiasm, a D for consistency and an A+ for ass kissing.

Tweety feels good with his own corrupt team. He is an embarrassment to MSNBC, but he does get to promote his books. He has wanted to say for a long time he supports Libby. Judy is trying to crawl her way back for the bottom.

As for the Little Angel's response from Gonzo. When I was young my grandmother said
BEWARE OF GREEKS BEARING GIFTS. As I see it Gonzo illegally did Fitz's review now by acknoledging Fitz is a good employee he can fire him without any complaints.

And I hope that Fitz sprayed his hands after Gonzo's handshake. You never know where his hands have been.

Chris Matthews certainly does get an A++ for ass kissing. He is the biggest hypocrite in journalism.

Valerie Plame's Lawsuit Dismissed
Jul 19 02:53 PM US/Eastern

WASHINGTON (AP) - A federal judge on Thursday dismissed former CIA operative Valerie Plame's lawsuit against members of the Bush administration in the CIA leak scandal.

Plame, the wife of former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, had accused Vice President Dick Cheney and others of conspiring to leak her identity in Plame said that violated her privacy rights and was illegal retribution for her husband's criticism of the administration.

Gonzales faces questions about wiretaps Yahoo
In a closed-door session, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Silvestre Reyes said members were especially interested in the reasons behind Gonzales' controversial 2004 visit to the hospital bedside of John Ashcroft, reportedly to pressure the ailing attorney general to endorse Bush's surveillance program. Ashcroft, said to have been barely conscious at the time, refused.

Gonzales did not express any regret, Reyes said after the hearing ended.

"He, I thought, explained it very well in terms of why they had gone there," said Reyes, D-Texas, declining to provide specifics because many details are classified.

yeah surprize surprize on the judge

From Editor and Publisher:

NEW YORK The first major Hollywood film inspired by the Plame/CIA leak case is ready to roll and, surprise, the main focus apparently will not be on a character based on Valerie or Joe Wilson, Bob Novak or even Patrick Fitzgerald -- but rather on Judith Miller. And she may be played by Kate Beckinsale, who is quite a few years younger than the real thing.

Or as London's Daily Telegraph puts it today in a headline: "Kate to play Hack." Rotten Tomatoes has a slightly different take: "Leggy Brunette to Play Beleaguered Reporter."

Edie Falco, fresh from "The Sopranos," is targeted to play the Bill Keller role as the editor of the jailed female reporter, Variety reports. Matt Damon would be the prosecutor, and up-and-comer Vera Farmiga would play the dashing CIA agent.

News has emerged that Rod Lurie, known for his fine Capitol Hill drama "The Contender," will direct the film, titled "Nothing But the Truth." Lurie is the son of famed editorial cartoonist Ranan Lurie and former film critic for the New York Daily News and many magazines. He created the Geena Davis television series "Commander In Chief" and reputedly holds liberal views.

Matt Damon to play the Rugby Man? And who will play Randall Samborn: David Beckham??? ;O

"U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the constitutional arguments. "

"jurisdictional grounds" ???
What jurisdiction did he expect it to go?

I would 1/2, well a 1/4 be on Ms Plame's side if she didn't demand more money. Putting the "leak" aside for a moment this woman has made the most of this situation.

She loves it.

Her demeanor reminds me of Nancy Pelosi somewhat. Shallow, self centred and narcisstic.

Did I mention dopey?

LMAO! Randall as the new WH spokesperson. Well, we need hear more from Randall that just "no comment."

Randall is to qualified for the job of Press Secretary. Randall should be Attorney General of the United States. He is one of the best attorneys I know. If the new Administration is looking for a lawyer with qualification to run the DOJ Randall is their man. I just might drop a dime on Hillary when she comes back to California. I will let her and Bill know if ever their in need for an qualified lawyer who serves the oath of Justice that he took they can call Randall Samborn.
