And where is this petition? I would put my John Hancock signature. In fact, there should be a signature for people to sign that Dick Cheney and President Bush have to cough all of the deficit money, unaccountable money missing from Iraq and Afghanistan, and so on. There should be civil lawsuit suit taken by the American people against the Gerbil and company:

U.S. American People V Dick Cheney and George W. Bush

A few excerpts from FDL:

At one point, I believe Walton said (and others who heard it confirm that this was their impression as well) that the jury has reached a unanimous decision regarding the fact that Libby lied. Walton had issued some instruction, however, that they need to decide that he lied on October 14th and November 26th dates (both FBI interviews), but now says he should have used the word "or" instead of "and" — i.e., if the jury all agrees that Libby lied on either of these dates, they have reached a unanimous guilty verdict. (The indictment itself says "and.")

I watched Scooter throughout the proceeding. No smiles now. He seems to have moved off into appeal land. Mrs. Libby was not in the courtroom, but was standing outside the overflow courtroom when we came out into the hall.

We won't know the contents of the questions until tomorrow, but we'll be back in the courtroom at 9:30 am. Looks like we might be getting close.

I hope the Jury is getting close to reaching a verdict! :)

All of us will have to pay for our sins. Cheney and others who support the Bush policy would never be treated at the hospital that our troops are sent. Only the best for those who support the crimes of the White House. The rest of Americans can get left overs or in the troops case living with roaches, mice and dirt. Give your life for Cheney to steal oil. Let's hope there's more good and honest Americans to stand up for our troops.

Count me in! I'll drive him there, and have the Haliburton guy give him personal attention. He'll have to pay for it, of course. He's not entitled to freebies. (I mean, he's no vet, is he? Not of the military, anyway, maybe of other activities.) And with all that privatization, they need the bread.

So Cheney's got a DVT. Hmmm... Not good. I wonder what meds Cheney has been taking before this happened?

I wouldn't wish Walter Reed on anyone. That is against the Geneva Convention. Oh, I forgot, we aren't doing that anymore.( The Geneva Convention, that is.)

CJ, Don't they keep a close eye on those clots, pretty serious? Most people would be off their feet or in the hospital, wouldn't they?

Poor Cheney, many things have been happening to him lately so people feel sorry for him. They should have checked his arteries going to his brain.

teak,
Cheney should be off his feet. But do you think he will stay off his feet?
I don't. He should also be in the hospital getting "thinned" with via IV. But then he has the stents in his legs, so that may have something to do with it. Or he's got bleeding somewhere. I guess we'll see. For his sake, I hope he doesn't learn about our broken healthcare system the hard way. Something like that could be fatal.
