I'll play Fitz. Just have to lose some weight. I'll give Fitz 5% of my share. LOL!

The producer of Jerry Zucker is a good choice. He was the director my gf's favorite movie: Ghost.

Libby Jurors: Define 'Reasonable Doubt'

The first note:

As count I statement 3 (pages 63 & 64) do not contain quotes, are we supposed to evaluate the entire Libby transcripts (testimony) or would the court direct us to specific pages/lines.

Thank you.

And note 2:

We would like clarification of the term "reasonable doubt." Specifically, is it necessary for the government to present evidence that it is not humanly possible for someone not to recall an event in order to find guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Rawstory article by Judge Reggie
Cheney's testimony would have helped Libby case. Oh well that's a bummer that the Dickster didn't show up. The Dickster could care less about Libby or anyone else that works for him it's all about the contact for Halliburton in Iraq.

The jurors are questioned count 1: obstruction of justice. Bummer for Libby and the Dickster. They should have testified. The jurors can only rely on the gj transcripts. The defense gambled wrong. As Jackie said, they should had put the Dickster on the stand.
