Supreme Court: "Fitz Is Right"
Orders New York Times to Hand'em Over NOW!
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court ruled against The New York Times on Monday, refusing to block the government from reviewing telephone records of two Times reporters in a leak investigation concerning a terrorism-funding probe.
The one-sentence order came in a First Amendment battle that involves stories written in 2001 by Times reporters Judith Miller and Philip Shenon. The stories revealed the government’s plans to freeze the assets of two Islamic charities, the Holy Land Foundation and the Global Relief Foundation. <more>
How short and sweet it is...WTG, Ruthie baby!

That's great!! Good work! :)
I have a feeling things are falling together or looking up..however, you say it. Either that, or your weird idea of turkey stuffing worked.
Thanks, Team Fitz and all Justice members.
That's right, 'no time to lose'
Good show, justice crew :-D
Fitz,
Your world stopped spinning.
Great work. Looks like Looking for Ms. Goodbar Miller is quite pissed. She should thank the Gerbil for taking away journalists and the American people's first amendment rights!
Cheers!
Look, Daddy. Teacher says every time Mr. Fitzgerald's globe stops spinning, an evildoer gets indicted or dies and goes to Hell.
"The government says the fact that the reporters relayed disclosures from a government source to “targets of an imminent law enforcement action substantially weakens any claim of freedom of the press.” "
WTG...they got it right this time.
WASHINGTON -- A conservative Republican lawmaker is considering whether to stop blocking a judicial nominee over concerns her appearance at a lesbian commitment ceremony betrayed her legal views on gay marriage.

Too bad Brownback was not up for re-election when Kansas was feeling so blue. This man has to be borderline insane.
Hey SPB...where have you been? You missed the "O-no" thread...I thought for sure I'd see you and GEF there...LOL
Russell Samborn!!
Poor Randall...they never let him comment...
I guess I'll have to send him a Krispy Kreme along with Fitzie's
Luckily, I don't get paid by the word.
Re : phone records
Mighty nice of the supreme court. If those records are not complete , there are always the FBI files ' global information' , their owners, incorporators, handlers , and 'contributions' cross reference.

I have been busy all day today. Check you blog. I made comment on that. Also, I made a comment on his O posting!
We missed you SPB :D

I don't know where GEF is. Maybe he is having an O-rgasm day today! He needs to stop playing with himself and come back on the blog!
LMAO!
Hello Jan!
I had emailed you back. Busy day and over 100 + emails to look at. That is what I get for being away from the computer. I feel like I loved!
LOL!
Ick, over 100 emails! Good luck :)
Jan,
Well, I went through all of them. Many of them were junk. I had to clear all of my emails before I come on the blog...
But, I do get a lot on Mondays.
SPB,
I'm torn. I really want to know how they knew that info and why they chose to share it with the 2 groups... but this could be used in the future for bad where as I think it's being used for good in this situation. Can you address this issue (fear) for me?
CREW asks Justice Dept to investigate Hastert land deal.
Raw Story.
Looks like Melanie strikes again Fitz!!
I bet Fitz has a hard time reading his emails. I feel somewhat responsible since his keyboard is encrusted with chocolate icing, sprinkles, jelly and glazed and powdered sugar.

Jan:
You lost me at hello there.. What are you referring to? Give me the scoop!
Let me handle this one, SPB.
She means Dunkin Donuts vs. Krispy Kreme. Fitz is no one's bitch. Sometimes he buys Entermann's for his kicks.
Understand now?
"She means Dunkin Donuts vs. Krispy Kreme. Fitz is no one's bitch. Sometimes he buys Entermann's for his kicks."
Anon:
I guess you understand Jan's terminology because I didn't.. Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme, the Entermann, the 7 eleven donut or whatever. A donut is a donut to me!
Biloxi out!
Mr. Fitzgerald, please proceed:
Go do that Voodoo,
that You do so Well!........
Oh Yeah!-----
SPB,
I thought I sensed a little resentment about the T-shirts?
Now it looks to me like everybody here thinks a whole lot of you. We could have a T-shirt made for you too, I'd feel as secretive as a cowboy sporting one that says "Thank you Biloxi!"
Looking forward to this weeks efforts, good luck to all!
"I thought I sensed a little resentment about the T-shirts?"
No Maureen, just having fun with the rugby man.. In fact, there should be billboard of the rugby man instead of T-shirts. And remember, Fitz is frugal with his dough..
"We could have a T-shirt made for you too, I'd feel as secretive as a cowboy sporting one that says 'Thank you Biloxi!'"
LOL! Now, that's sound nice. On the front of the T-shirt should say: "Thank you Biloxi!" and in the back, it should say: "Biloxi out!"
Cheers!
Just you wait SPB, one of these days I'll send a pic of me and my two beauties sporting such a garment! Biloxi Out! I love it. Secretive as a cowboy...
"Just you wait SPB, one of these days I'll send a pic of me and my two beauties sporting such a garment!"
LOL! Oy, it's getting hot in here...

Ya it might come back to really dampen freedom of the press someday. it is hoped that the opinion is so narrow, due to circumstance and outcome, that the freedom itself remain ensconced.
Whoa! SPB, I just re-read my post! By "my two beauties" I meant me and my two little girls! They're my pride and joy, nine and five...I intend to buy them shirts too... Jeez that looked as bad as the sleeze debate between Paris and Judith. Sorry! Hey, The AC just went back on....
Maureen,
That is a term that women in my office used..Sorry if you took it the wrong way.. So, I was a bit blushed when you said two beauties. I didn't know beauties meant girls. it can also mean a horse too.. So terminology changed now and days. Oh, when I when I said: is it getting hot in here, I didn't mean hot and bother, I was thinking: what does this blogger mean and let me not say anything else...
Paris and Judith? You don't need the AC for them. They are simply has beens and all used up...
That for clarifying about your two girls.. Alot of trols on this blog have been making sexual innuendos. So can't tell who is who on this blog...
