Jerry Lewis - The Joke Is On You....
Will all the honest Representatives in Congress please step forward...not so fast, Jerry. At the risk of sounding repetitive - Just say "No, thank you!" to graft and toupees.
Lewis Floats to Surface in Probe of Cunningham
"Federal prosecutors have begun an investigation into Rep. Jerry Lewis, the Californian who chairs the powerful House Appropriations Committee, government officials and others said, signaling the spread of a San Diego corruption probe.
The U.S. attorney's office in Los Angeles has issued subpoenas in an investigation into the relationship between Lewis (R-Redlands) and a Washington lobbyist linked to disgraced former Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham (R-Rancho Santa Fe), three people familiar with the investigation said.
The investigation is part of an expanding federal probe stemming from Cunningham's conviction for accepting $2.4 million in bribes and favors from defense contractors, according to the three sources.
It is not clear where the investigation is headed or what evidence the government has. But the probe suggests that investigators are looking past Cunningham to other legislators and, perhaps, the "earmarking" system that members of Congress use to allocate funds.
Lewis said Wednesday that he was not aware of any investigation, had not been contacted by any investigator and did not know why he would be investigated.
"For goodness sake, why would they be doing that?" Lewis asked." [more]

We're still left with the bogus test.
A lot of people are going misdiagnosed and then kicked to the curb.
It's scientific FRAUD.
Hmmm.. It makes wonder with link with Lewis and Lowery to the Hookergate scandal if Gov. Arnold of California is connected to this scandal. After all he lives up to his nickname: The Gropinator! Found a piece from an article of Gov. Arnold:
Cunningham Figure Gave to Gov., Got 2 Board Seats
"SACRAMENTO — A businessman tied to the bribery scandal involving former Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham donated more than $70,000 to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's campaign committees and received two gubernatorial appointments.
At Schwarzenegger's behest, Brent Wilkes, founder of the government contractor ADCS Inc., resigned Nov. 29 from the Del Mar Fair Board and from another panel that oversees the leasing of state land for racetracks, said Margita Thompson, the governor's press secretary.
Schwarzenegger appointed Wilkes to the Del Mar board in April 2004 and to the State Race Track Leasing Commission last April. A seat on the Del Mar board is a sought-after post given the panel's association with the Del Mar racetrack, among the most successful tracks in the nation.
Starting with the 2003 recall campaign, Wilkes, his wife and his companies have given $73,000 to Schwarzenegger's campaign committees, according to filings with Secretary of State Bruce McPherson. One of Wilkes' business associates gave $15,000 to the governor's 2003 campaign."

Hmmm.. Makes you wonder...
Also, I following to an article that I passed along regarding classified documents that were thrown in the trash by the Gerbil Administration. This is certainly a classic lesson from GERBIL 101: Always always shred important documents...
Here is the actual document that was thrown in the trash:

Fitz the evil doers are in every state. Yes Jerry Lewis and others are crooks but when you come to California it's not to investigate you'r only to visit Disneyland and have fun. Remember cotton candy, pop corn, hot dogs and soda rides toys games. The evil doers will always be there waiting sometimes crawling back in the hole they came out of. When you think California think Diseny the world that dreams are made of. At lease just for a little while anyway.
Between the Big Ponds we are getting awfully polluted. So many turds popping up to the surface. The land has turned.
So sad to see such a great country go down the toilet. It breaks my heart.
This scandal is getting bigger everyday! I hope this will be a lesson to all of them.
SPB
think you are on to something with Arnold
Jackie what about Knotts Berry Farm ,is it still there?
Anon
your thoughts are so true ..as much as I hate to think about it...
think I read that you will be shocked how many are involved with
cunningham
E;
Keep your eye on the Gropinator in California. There was alot of backdoor deals with Dear Arnold. I have associates back in Los Angeles, California. And they very miffed at Arnold especially when Arnold had the special election and attack the nurses and their association. You mention the name "Governor Arnold" in Los Angeles, and you will get a serious haircut and earful remarks about him!
I ran against Arnold 3 years ago (one of the 135). He has now pissed off a lot of people in California, his aura of invulnerability pulverized by his own oversized ego. I have no doubt that the US Attorney's Office in LA will look at the Arnold connection carefully. I'll wait patiently for the results.
