Investigation 101...

"So let me tell you a little bit about how an investigation works. Investigators do not set out to investigate the statute, they set out to gather the facts. It's critical that when an investigation is conducted by prosecutors, agents and a grand jury they learn who, what when, where and why. And then they decide, based upon accurate facts, whether a crime has been committed, who committed the crime, whether you can prove the crime and whether the crime should be charged." - Yours Truly
Who: Karl Christian Rove
What: lying to investigators, perjury, obtruction of justice...
Where: in his office and before a federal grand jury...
Why: to throw sand in the eyes of justice to hide evil acts...
Here is a well done general discussion about this investigation:
I expect the rest of this week to very busy! Must choose tie...

I do not like liars. They're bad, bad, people and an example must be set. Were it not for the liars, we would not be in this international crisis over the imminent nuking of Iran, because we would be discussing the matters that face President Kerry.

Not the matters of the Bush, oil, Halliburton, and the killings' worth.

And that course Investigation 101 should have been the class that the Gerbil Administration should have taken. The Watergate 101 class is obsolete.. Someone should have told the Gerbil that!!! I hope that tomorrow is the day and end of the Porkrind's reign. Let's hope the Porkrind is fried and dethroned for good!!!

Speaking about evil acts...
Excerpt from a dentist in Iraq's blog. http://healingiraq.blogspot.com/

An Oil ministry fire broke out about a week ago. Funny that the event did not even register in the news. The fire actually engulfed two floors, the accounts and records floors to be exact. Rumour among Oil ministry employees is that the fire - which went on for over 2 hours - was intentional, apparently to cover up some major corruption scandal. Hardly surprising to hear that. The employees were also told that they should not expect their salaries for some time, since all records were puff, gone.
Sooooooooooo, How's Halliburton doing these days?
Need another case Mr. Prosecuter. Please?

My goodness, this must be a largest amount of gang activity on drug charges that I ever read. Chicago keeps you very busy!

67 in Chicago Gang Face Drug Charges

"CHICAGO - Authorities began rounding up 67 members of a street gang Tuesday after prosecutors unsealed charges accusing them of conspiring to distribute large amounts of crack and other drugs.

The arrests came after a two-year investigation of the New Breed gang.
Forty-three members were in custody by midmorning, and officers also confiscated more than four pounds of cocaine and two pounds of heroin, authorities said.
"If you engage in street gang-controlled retail distribution of narcotics and use firearms, you expose yourself to federal prosecution that will relocate you for many years — in prison," U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald said in a statement.

SPB, 5:20 That's because Gerbil and friends were business majors. All business majors know about investigations-bottom lines and profit margins. I hope kids are learning more in college these days.

Well, either the Gerbil failed business 101 or he was asleep or yearning for the bottle in classroom! Remember, this same person had 3 failed businesses. And who bailed out the Gerbil?: Daddy Bush.. Just because a person took a business class or a business major doesn't mean that they are smart in business. Bill Gates and Michael Dell was college dropouts but built a billion dollar business. And not from a text book! Dell and Gates are street smart and not textbook smart. The Gerbil is just spoiled rich kid whose parents bails him out from all his failures. That is why he yearns the bottle and always seeking Daddy Bush's approval. A lot of the Gerbil's life and struggles with the father is in the book by Doug Wead. When I mention Gerbil 101, I just don't mean business. It is a education of life as a leadership role for kids. GERBIL 101 is certainly the opposite of a book that read called Lincoln on Leadership!!!

We have to relive Katrina all of again:

From Raw Story:

E-mails from the Edge of Disaster
Ex-FEMA head's messages show unfolding drama behind the scenes

"By the time Katrina hit New Orleans and coastal Mississippi, Brown was already a familiar face in America's living rooms.
"I'm at HQ but down in the studio most of the rest of the a.m. ... Here we go!" Brown wrote the Saturday before the storm arrived as he prepared for a round of TV and radio interviews.
At 6:21 a.m. the Monday Katrina hit, Brown was preparing for another major round of interviews.
"Sitting in the chair, putting mousse in my hair...." he wrote to Patrick Rhode, FEMA's chief of staff.
Tuesday, after what must have been hours of TV interviews according to the press schedules included in Brown's e-mails, his inner circle was praising his performance."

For those who are analytical, Here are 900 pages of emails:

http://www.publicintegrity.org/docs/katrina/MikeBrownEmails_Katrina.pdf

I thumbed through the 900 emails. It is still disturbing and dispicable of Brownie!

Two bits of news:

1. I spoke too soon.. A Democrats wants Alfonso Jackson's resignation:

Senator demands resignation of Housing Secretary after 'don't like Bush' dispute

"Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) called on President Bush to ask for the immediate resignation of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Alphonso Jackson if a report about government contracts being awarded based on the contractor's opinion of President Bush are accurate, RAW STORY has learned."

http://www.rawstory.com/news/2006/Senator_demands_resignation_of_Housing_Secretary_0509.html

2. "I'm just a love machine. And I won't work on nobody but you." A little 70's favorites...

The latest on Hookergate:

Goss Staffer Took $5K Payment from Wilkes
Well, now here's another weird thing about Bassett: Just before he went to work for Goss at the committee, Brent Wilkes cut him a check for $5000. It's right there on his financial disclosure forms. In fact, his forms actually show two payments -- but it seems he may have reported the same check twice.
What was the money for? Even Brant didn't seem completely sure. First he called it an "honorarium," then he crossed that out on the disclosure form and wrote "consulting fee."

Here are the copy of the two documents:

Fear is the instigator of awareness. It leads to knowledge via the contemplation of our compassionate caring part.

Often, in conveying the message it appears in the form of fear to others.

This begins the instigation anew and changes are made, or not, to re-adjust the original problem should one care to make these changes.

Fear instigates change.

Funny, how things have a way of working out, hmmm Fran? It's horrible how these companies keep getting away with this.....reports have been on the net this week that some troops are having to ask Iraqis for food, yes U.S. troops.

Nice class on investigation 101 I told you you are a good teacher. Look when you can explain something in law that even a 5 year old can under stand your good.
Now as to what you should wear. My angel: You know what happens day to day we only get it on the web after its made public. The red tie is victory. The other ties are your looking good. Now use your judgement. If by chance the GJ gives you a surprise what ever color tie that matches your suit/shirt is find with me. If possible when you give the press conference after the decision please just give me a smile. Thats for me to know your thinking of your supporters and me. As to picking a day for you and my blood press I'll just relax and watch the show and let the journalist do the worrying.

Wow, there is a lot going on here:

I want the Gerbil 101 course to replace the State of Illinois ethics training which is TOO WEAK!!!

GrandmaNuk: Yes, the waiting is a pain but it is worth it. It was worth waiting years to hear the guilty verdict for Soon-To-Be-Prisoner George Ryan. I just bet the nice prosecutor will be back in D.C. because the weather in Chicago is going to be unpleasant the next couple of days. The weather in Chicago is only nice when he is in town.

E: I was going to leave my "Homeland Security: Fighting Terrorism Since 1492" T-shirt with Geronimo's picture on it at home. I didn't think anyone would have a sense of humor about it and I did not want to be mistaken for one of Abramoff's former clients. But, maybe I need to bring it with me to D.C. ;-)

That letter from the Iranian president was incredible . . . Yes, I agree it is an excellent way to open a dialogue. Yes, asking questions of things that do not make sense is also a very polite way to point out the discrepencies.

The text is also on Iran's Web site at:
http://www.president.ir/eng/

So, the whole world will see it and if the people running our country are not polite in their response, they will look like complete jerks.

T : Mr. Bush was commencement speaker at Princeton University in New Jersey when I lived there. Sorry to tell you he told the students on live TV that he was drunk most of his four years Texas. He suggested that if the graduates had rich parents they to could be President. Sorry T it was live and it is on video in Princeton University because none of the media stop shooting. He explain later that he did poor in school because he partied alot and has made many many mistakes but he hoped that being President would make his father proud. Yes the next day every New Jersey paper had it as headlines with the comment and the students said they really didn't want him so they could care less. Remember Bush has always had a drinking problem that's why he wasn't allow to fly airplanes in the Air Force. Mr. Bush was right he got his job because of his father. Thats the way people get jobs when their rich and pay for it. I respect a man/woman who earns what they get not matter who their parents are rich or poor.
