Yes, that little soldier is just a pain in the ass.. He needs to give a rest. He doesn't have a case... And I know that you just tired of this dog and pony show from him! It is getting nauseating... If the little soldier had a brain, he would plea bargain with you before it is too late. If Porkrind give out crucial information that will implicate Official A+ and Official A- and all of the way to food chain to King Gerbil, then the little soldier will lose his chance to cut a deal... If Rove gives up the goods, then the little soldier's plea bargain wouldn't be a use.. The little soldier would just be a liability...

I know you and Judge Walton as made at the way the little soldier is using the court. Fitz now that Duke is talking will the Proscutor who did his trial still handle his singing info. And please don't give up to much to Rove. I heard Ken Lay's defense of the machine did it. All I could think of was Termanetor remember the silver had. Why would the machine write his name for him to profit with out his knowledge. Is he looking for a Star Wars defense next.
No Target letters, no new indictments, another great Friday for Neocons everywhere. If everyone here had their way Libby would go straight to jail without passing goal or collecting $200. Thankfully we still have the right for the best defense possible in this country and Libby is defending himself to the fullest and will most likely be succesful.
Wow I never knew anyone actually referred to his/herself as a neocon. That's sort of like saying "i'm a hick inbred dirt rocker", something that isn't done.
Kudos this morning goes out to Jason Leopold, that and my abject apologies after finding out here that the man truly some very deep and respectable sources. As others are saying...give this time.

As a long time Floridian transplaned from DC the inside story down here is that Jeb will not dare a WH run for many various reasons including his daughters drug addictions and his wife getting nabbed smuggling diamonds.
He has even stated there will be no run for him but I hold my own opinion open as of yet. Never underestimate Jeb, he is shrewd, politically saavy and no village idiot by any means.
GMNUK- I agree, any freedom granted-even if he is fighting to keep it-is bad news for America's next election.
I realize Fitz is not a psychic-but Rover is more dangerous with his evil brain than Dead Eye Dick is with a shotgun!
If he is still going to work in WH every day-that is an outrage and what will it take to put a stop to that? Any ideas SPB? I know the intel community wrote to Bush-which he brushed off-What else can a patriot do?

cjt, unlike most "doom and gloom" Liberals your average Conservative can poke fun at him or herself and take a joke. Call a Liberal a far left wingnut and they get their shorts all in a twist. Heck, the average Liberal gets upset at the mere mention of an opposing view. It must be hell to wake up every morning and see so much "doom and gloom". I'd also hate to have to stack my happiness on convicting someone to a jail term for political gain.

The one armed bandit defense or "Don't blame. Blame Al Queda" defense works.. Lay just reminds me of the movie: The Fugitive. Dr. Kimble told the authorities that the one-man man killed his wife and the authorites didn't belive him... To blame autosignature machine??? Please.... If that is the case for Lay, he sure as hell cashed his checks and was eating good from the money that he had swindled from Enron... I had to pas that article. It was too funny!

Be patient! I know everyone on the blog wanted an announce on Friday and wanted to know what is going on. But, let Fitz do his job.. Everyone will have a Fitzmas day.. But, I rather for him to go over the other key player Dead Eye (Rove is indicted). By getting Dead Eye Dick, we are cutting the umbilical called corruption in the WH and presses for impeachment forthe Gerbil.. The Gerbil is powerless with Rove and Cheney. and to remove both of them, the Gerbil will be spineless and yearning for the bottle.. Have faith for Fitz under this whole case is over....
