Now, I seem to recall another White House official, yes, the very same that sits in the lauded Oval chair, who gave the appearance on CNN that he would 'fire' anyone involved in the leak.
By knowing whom was the leaker, does he not himself indicate he should be fired as well?
Is there a case you are able to build on deliberately misleading the public, just on that very statement?
Its really an outrage, this has just continued under some 'cloud' of ...'I did not know whom'...

What is really outrageous is that they've gotten away with so much and Fitz IS like David hitting Goliath with perfect aim.....
(Okay, Fitz, you're like Michelangelo's David too, which seems to have gotten some bloggers eager to get you nice and relaxed, but I digress)
Fitz is reigning this crisis back in to a point where it seems we might get control again. I hope! But that it has gotten to this point is really scary. And without Fitz, it would have gotten worse. Why are we all basically so helpless and powerless in this situation?

Fitz I forgot to tell you don't go on Chris Matthews show or anyone else. These guys are only looking for ratings and will do anything to move up in there job. I watched Matthews use Bubba's problem to get on NBC. He went beyond what any journalist would do or say. If you want to go to talk after this is over go on Larry King or 60 minutes only. Ya Oprah ok but no one else. Others will only use you for their on benefit. I don't want you used or hurt.

To Bluewild,the WMD that Iraq had was they switched to Euros in lieu of the $ and we could not tolerate that and Russia and others are either in the process or have yielded to that also. and regardless of that they were in the crosshairs of some of the PNAC earlier in the predecade of the last century. They are strategic for other reasons and it is not simply the embassy, look at the 14 or so vast bases we have c onstructed therein.
