The howls of outrage are growing but really this Admin seems to need no help in bottoming out. Just when you think it won't get worse......
We learn it can and is.
But nothing is worse than sending troops to war without proper planning and most of all without telling the truth about the reasons.
The CIA/Valerie Plame leak is about silencing critics of those lies. When you tell the truth you can have honest disagreement and further your purpose; when you lie you cannot let the light shine on those lies.
The Bush Administration will go down because they have dishonored our Constitution.

Didn't Bush warn that there would be an "investigation" to find the person that "leaked" this aministrations info about unauthorized wiretapping etc.. In other words he is using the intimidatin factor.

My concern is that when all of this stuff comes before the Supreme Court, how do you think the Court will rule? My concern is that they will continue to get away with it since they've already created a conservative pro-Bush court. I mean, isn't that how he became President in the first place?

The other thing is that the Bush administration is now counter-attacking with the idea that that if you are against them (ie..the Dems) then you are against security for our nation. They anticipated this and they have cornered the democrats with that. The Bush adminstration is betting that most people are suffiently uninformed to go along with that.

Either way, the Dems have to really become better chess players. They have to learn to think 20 steps ahead and have a response and counter response for each "event" or leak, or cover-up, or questionable activity, or crime (and there obviously are many). The Democrats are great at being outraged and surprised but they do not know how to counter-attack.

I see the Dems in a differant light.....

you don't give your enemy the bullets to shoot you with...
or load the gun for him...

Harry Reid showed that...

Don't for get our "kissus" present.

PJF: from Americanblog

Not sure if this has been posted previously …but here it is.

This is what Bush said about wire taps copied directly from the White House Website. He made these remarks in April of 2004.

“Secondly, there are such things as roving wiretaps. Now, by the way, any time you hear the United States government talking about wiretap, it requires -- a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking about getting a court order before we do so. It's important for our fellow citizens to understand, when you think Patriot Act, constitutional guarantees are in place when it comes to doing what is necessary to protect our homeland, because we value the Constitution.”

We need more John Conyers, Jack Murthas and Fitzs in this world... Members of Congress and some Senators have been too silent about Bush's new antics. The only way to take back this country is not to vote for the polticians in 2006 who are either involve in the corruption or for Bush...

The Lion (Fitzgerald)
The Witch (Bush)
The Wardrobe (The Courthouse doors)
All the evil animals are the Bush Administration and the corrupt Congress and Senate.

All the good animals are what's left over from the senate...

And as we know the lion won..

To add to Jackie:

The administration sounds like the Wizard of Oz:

The powerful Oz: American people

Scarecrow: Bush. He needs a brain.

Tinman: Cheney. He needs a transplant and a real heart.

Lion: Rove. He needs the courage to fess up to the truth!

Wicked Witch of the East: Condi Rice
Wicked Witch of the West: Rummy (in drag)
Glenda the good witch: Fitzgerald. He is the only one who can save Dorothy from corruption.

Dorothy?: Is me... HELP!

Thank you Special Prosecutor Biloxi! If our politicians were as true and loyal to their constituents as the 4-leggeds, we'd never be in this mess.

Republican National Committee spokeswoman Ann Marie Hauser said if Conyers "spent half the time condemning terrorism that he does condemning the President of the United States, he would be a credible voice in the war on terror."

Right alongside the Neocons.....

Go get 'em Fitz!!!

Lets see the Senate do what Feingold does, and stand on one issue back to back until the enemy is permanently wounded

That way they'll win. Stand together & stick together, and don't listen to that neocon Joe Lieberman...
