You have a bug problem? Because I'll happily squash those lil' motherfuckers for you, no problem.

You better throw away those deep pizza boxes, Krispy Kreme boxes, and Starbuck coffee cups. For sure, those items are being bugged. You may want to use the technique that Mark Felt used..Put the flower pot out if you want to talk... It worked for 30 years and didn't get caught...In fact, ask the cry baby, Woodward...

Tom DeLay this is a respectable blog we don't curse please save your language for your own company of friends thanks.

We now have grounds for impeachment. Remember secrets is what brought Nixon down. You should check out your office/staff/yourself as to bugs. Keep in mind that these criminal acts are still happening. I know they have an eye/ear on me I comment on everything even BBC. But I stand behind everything I say. Oh Bush is playing dumb about speaking on DeLay not be guilty. Ya it another I forgot.

Yes, Please understand that somehow these guys are "listening". Whether it is someone in your office who knows it, or someone in your office who inadvertently allowed it...they are on to you and so you have no one but yourself and your most "trusted" other. And you may probably doubt this "trusted" other. And that means these guys are successful - to make you feel as though you can trust no one...and are they right?

But awareness is key in "Crime Prevention". Just ask the cops. People that aren't paying attention are ususally the victims. The other component is people in touch or doubt their instincts or intuition. You may have a lot of wonderful people working for you and the fact is thay may be wonderful and bright and incredibly naieve. They may be that part of the equation that is "inadvertent".

Then remember, many liberals are incredibly naieve - they don't understand how the "other' side thinks: For the neocons, the end, no matter how unlawful, criminal, shocking, etc...the end will always justify the means.

Liberals have to understnad this PRIMARY concept in order to effectively undermine it, and protect this country and the constitution.

I have to correct the typo. I meant to say that people that did not listen to, or denied their instincts or intuition were also victims. In other words in a very BASIC sense, paying attention and trusting your intuition or instincts are also key to avoiding trouble.

I am so disturbed by things this administration is doing and has done that I want to weep for this country. What have we become? These people have used September 11th to change our country into a police state. I thought 50 Patrick Fitzgeralds would help, now I think maybe 100.

I agree with all of the above including the comment to Tom Delay
but I must say they have all messed up their nests.
Fitz you've now got to trust your gut ...I do belive you have been spied on..why else would the facts be churned...
more people presenting themselves to complicate...complicate complicate...
for those who are now deeply involved ..it shows their loyalty to smoke and thinking they were close to an issue when all they knew was their tiny little part..
they have got to feel like fools ..but they keep spinning and spinning..
a check of your work dates and their dates of coming forth will perhaps reveal a pattern...
put all those tiny people in their tiny little cells with tiny little pillows and they can live with their tiny little thoughts for a long time..
they left this big wide beautiful country behind long ago.

They sit inside their purtrid selves..
Projecting putrid perfefectness
Forgetting all the while..
Those they make feel somewhat less..
Never realizing .. they brought themselves down with their own
deeds.. but as always...
blaming someone else..
you have another wound to lick today (ref. to the junkyard thing)
we all weep for our country but we know that you weep for us all and the most...

PJF ->standard operating procedure that you would be under the microscope/monitor schematic.

Vile how he announced earlier this morning 'I did authorize the NSA' .. bold, crass, arrogant, corrupt power..

Bush believes he is above the law, and those laws that do exist, he'll re-write for his own purpose.

Make sure W is on the list right there with those 2 other clowns, Cheney and Rove.

President Hastert, anyone?

Kyle was 14 in the summer of 2004. It’s really not his fault you know? His mother has a master’s degree in social sciences education but never got to use it because she couldn't coach football. The kid never had a chance. She stressed being aware of what's going on in the world so much, some nights Kyle was the one insisting on watching the evening news. Kyle is the one who brought MoveOn.org and punkvoter.com into their home. Mom was so proud when she saw a punkvoter.com sticker on her car window that she made a banner with their slogan, "Knowledge is power. Arm yourself" for display in her 8th grade class room.
Soon after he had signed up for updates from these organizations, Kyle realized something funny was going on with their computer. He told his mom he felt the Bush Administration was monitoring their emails. His mother listened but wasn't too worried. She knew her history. She remembered all the hoopla about J. Edgar and the FBI spying on the Dr. King and Bobby Kennedy crowd in the'60's. Surely the federal government wouldn't engage so easily in spying on its citizens again. Mom must be getting old, because the antics of J. Edgar* and his buddies is exactly WHY she should have suspected domestic spying.
The silver lining in this story is in realizing the torch has been passed on to a new generation. Yeah, you can bet Kyle and his mom are in the government's data bank of persons engaging in suspicious activities and therefore are 'potential' threats to the security of the U.S. But hey, after learning this week about the federal government's surveillance of Florida Quakers, Kyle and his mom are in great company.
Signed, Kyle's Mom
* Mom's still pissed there's a building paid for with her tax dollars with that cross dresser's name of it. Who knows, some day the president of the U.S. (first name, Kyle) may replace the name of and give new purpose to this building. Mom likes, The Jimmy Carter Ethics in Government Agency.
P.S. Mom just became a card carrying member of the ACLU!

Judge in Scooter Libby, Sibel Edmonds cases is redacted in action

"according to the only document that Judicial Watch could shake loose in its public-records quest, that Walton doesn’t think so. His financial disclosure statement, the one released for public inspection through Judicial Watch, is completely redacted, every line of it."

I watched Alberto G. this a.m. on the Today show. He was asked if the NSA spying has produced any cases where terrorism has been thwarted. He responded "yes". If that is so, how would these people be handled? Since they were caught illegally(without warrants) they couldn't be prosecuted in any court here in this country. Which leads to my last question: If these searches have produced "fruit", what has happened to these people?
